just sucks that a guy who goes undrafted can totally outplay a guy who was drafted, but just will not get paid to his value for at least 3 years. No doubt peters is still a sore subject here, but guy did what he needed to do to get market value...

This is one of those rules that the players should fight for in the new CBA. These undrafted guys really take it up the pooper... Hopefully he sees a good chunk from that fund that pays guys like him that severely outplay their contracts

Performance evaluations are going the way of the dodo bird..sit downs at some intervals for coaching and feedback..no numbers or stuff. The new term is continuous performance management..look back evaluations are almost dead . These are very good! I am 57, had a wedding the other month so looked to put on a suit... and pants were "euro" cut from like 2011...still looked like bell bottoms! Think 2012 last time I wore a suit There it is. I have sold for valley startups for most of the last twenty years... wearing a suit in to interview out there is the kiss of death..especially at my age. BTW, my wife works for a staid old line fortune 100 in sales, and now that my friends are staring to have kids graduation from college, she has set like 5 of them up for intereviews in places like Pittsburgh, Cleveland and DC. She always tell them sharp sport coat, polished shoes...no tie, no suit, no wrinkles, no bad looking shoes

Man, tickets were expensive! Most the concerts I go to now are much smaller, so I am not scrambling for tickets. Getting in that site yesterday was a hoot. Like 8 different “ presale”’ categories, and I am not exaggerating. Reminded me of getting in an airplane now! anyway, seats we wanted were $350, so I passed for now and hope they come down. I can’t really see them going up by much, but can see them coming down. Could be wrong, but willing to gamble!

No, the Bills went 17 years without the playoffs cause they consistently made bad hires. You think the Bills would be better off right now with Rex or Marrone /Whaley combos ? Gailey/Nix? Jairo/Levy/Brandon? all Those combos sucked, the fans knew it way before something was done to address it. Name me two coaches in the last ten years of any sport who got hired to win( non tank teams) sucked for two years, and then went in to have a winning program? winning breeds continuity, not the other way around.

Wife has always said that having babies did something to her internals and she no longer rides coasters...and we were both huge coaster fans , i still am! That all started with the Comet..with free ride tickets for Loblaws! Along with hockey sticker books! The real question is who else grew up in or near the Falls and used to beg their dad to go to Pages Whistle Pig so you could get one of the rides there. My Pops never, and i do mean NEVER, would pay "those outrages prices for a hotdog..let alone the dollar a ride cost"....so I never once ate at or rode at the Whistle Pig..scarred for life i am!!!!

herein lies the issue. While they have plenty of cap room, they only really have a couple of trade assets...Sammy, Risto, Olufsson, Montour, Lazar.. ...who else ya got to be traded? Crazy thing is Lazar is prolly the one guy who i think they best not trade..that dude has a role on a good team So then it goes to free agency..which we all know is never a way to build a hockey team for any kind of success...and goes all against what we have heard for 3 years from Bots that he is gonna build from the draft. So dispiriting, i just see no way out of this mess Bots has created...nothing in Rochester to get excited about at the moment either unless i am missing something. Trade anything you can i guess at the deadline outside the guys mentioned above, those have to be a hockey trade in the summer no doubt. But Gus for a 5th? Done!
