I have a covered outdoor porch and live in Richmond VA..built it in 2005. I have had 3 TVs out there, each one progressively bigger to now I have a 55inch Samsung...been out there about 5 years. Think i paid $500 or do for it. I have never had any issues with any of the TVs. Now, it is a corner and never gets rain/snow...but damn its humid as all get out in RVA and never an issue. When it gets below say 35, just need to give it 5 minutes to warm up(LED) My advice is go cheap..replace if necessary,

Finally worked up the psyche to make the call. 10 minutes with first guy, offered me $12 a month of Sunday Ticket..I then asked for cancellation department. Get on the phone with a woman and explain my frustration as I have Sling at a second home, online DVR., 5 logins...and if I add in HBO and Showtime( what I have extra with DTV) all that for $60 a month..and for the equivalent I pay close to $145 with DTV. Also added in I am Bills season ticket holder, watch 8 Bills game a year on the Ticket..hard to justify $1400 a year to watch 8 Bills games.And all that is absolutely true. She was gone 5 minutes, came back and said $60 off Bill for a year, Sunday Ticket and Max for free..i said done! 20 minute call total Maybe be prepared with those numbers..and she did say promos get better closer to season.

I was going to post something the other day. My 3 oaks in the backyard are producing way more acorns than I have ever seen on any of the trees. So much so that the green ones are already falling like crazy. Granted, we have had an exceptionally hot, wet summer, so understand that is why they dropping early...but the trees are still loaded up with way more than normal. Folk tales tell me that means exceptionally cold and snowy this year...which would make me SOOO happy!!!

I think that's a tough one..big part of it and I know it sounds silly is the weather. Hot and humid big advantage for the FBS team. If I was to play it, would be the money line on JMU to win outright unless you getting 14 or more. These games can snowball in the 4th if it's a 10-14 pt game...cause the 2's on NC State are going to WAY outclass the 2's from JMU. Always hard to find ANY lines on these games. I have not seen any lines yet on the FBS-FCS matchups...can just tell ya I am not touching the Richmond-UVA game..and not going this year..but we are having a big party to wtach and root against "The University" ( said in the snootiest tone I can muster!)

Said it many of times..my first recollection of Bills games are 3 fold 1) Having to pay someone $5 to "watch" your car when you parked in the street 2) Seeing a kid about the same age as me get his ticket ripped right out from his hand in front of the stadium...to this day my hard tickets were always kept in front pocket with hand over them. 3) Begging pops to let us go into the endzone and fight for the balls ..no nets up back then. Never won that argument.

well if that is the criteria I will amend my answer to ...nothing. Pretty GD cheap to live here in Richmond..even compared to Buffalo. Food, fuel, housing, taxes, even restaurant prices much lower than even Buffalo . We choose to have a DC place.. the only B word I got up there is standard cocktail of Hendricks and Tonic is $14 now, and my wife aint no slouch putting those away.

Saw them at the Aud in either 79 or 80...unfortunetly did a double swim practice that day, got right out of afternoon practice at 5:30 and headed to Aud..few beers, few J's, ...slept most of the show?
