Nyet! yes, you still dream of and crave smokes, as do I (20+ years of pack and half of reds every cay)...that's just because of the relief your body received when your nicotine withdrawal symptoms were relieved by having a smoke. what you remember is how awful your body felt without the nicotine, and how much better you felt once the nicotine was reintroduced into your body. So to many , they associated that cup of coffee and first smoke of the day as a "pleasurable routine"..in reality, it was pleasurable only cause your body was having the biggest withdrawal of the day..coming off 8 hours without nicotine. Everything to do with smoking correlates back to the physical addiction to nicotine. -
I think that is true in a player for player(s) swap in most sports, but football is just such a different beast.I think this trade is truly a loss-loss as opposed to a win-win trade. Mack is an unbelievable talent, albeit getting a little older, and the Raiders only had to pay him to keep him. Bird in the hand! Letting that go is foolish to me. if you believe the money will affect his play. OTOH, The Bears not only had to pay him, but give up first two rounders, which in theory let you acquire and pay other great players as you have cost control at said draft positions. I thiunk they both lose this trade.

Through 2019 I agree with you. Not this season

Yes, it is. People make it about other things, but it 100% an addiction to nicotine. #metoo? -
devels advocate here...boy got his butt completely shut down by the Bills last year... I mean shut out!!! against our weak ass offense and that freaking idoit coordinator. And he be turning 28...and he just got paid $90M guaranteed. Let's judge this deal in two years..I for one am happy the Bills stayed far far away
-
Monday through Saturday I agree..think he is mediocre at best on Sundays, but hopefully will get better!
-
i thought it looked pretty putrid last year at this time as well. No one though Hyde/Poyer was going to do what they did. We have no clue how Star/Murphy are going to perform yet. I guess I am buying more into the long-term plan than just this year..and going forward McBeane has torn this thing down and putting in place what I believe is the foundation for a sustained run when Brady exits stage left... So I think he has done an excellent job..even with what i expect to be a 4-7 win season this year.
-
WHAT????? All the dead space not on Beane? Allen not on Beane? All the picks next year not on Beane? the $60M in cap not on Beane? The trades last year not one Beane?
-
9-7 last year, playoffs, two first-round selections in the top 16...10 picks next year and over $60M in space with your presumed franchise QB under cost control for the next 5 years. Seems pretty good to me so far

I think you can really trace this all back to TPEGS hiring GMTM and the subsequent trade for neck tatoo.Terry learned you never trade a 1st rounder, let alone 2..for any one person.

Damn..should have bet both..JMU played well enough to win today ..on the road, at an ACC school. Villanova...PLAY OF THE DAY!!!! Should have won by 17 ...damn these book have gottn smart not taking money lines on these games...would have been a great win on the moneyline. Good start to the gambling season!!!
-
I bet at Bovada, so all lines from Bovada) I love the first week for trying to pick off some FCS upsets JMU getting 15.5 at NC State...no money line..tough one here. Think I am staying away...I would put a small bet on a money line JMU if it becomes available before kickoff. I like Villanova getting 15 against Temple..again no money line but will play this one today..my "Play of the Day" Richmond -UVA at 6PM, Spiders only getting 11. I am a Spider fan so will not bet it, but I think UVA covers this pretty easy.

BTW, watching the Bills game outside as an awesome thunderstorm was going on all around was great. Even better on the rare occasions, it is snowing outside.

absolutely.... I even pay people with NO degree..not even high school, to do jobs for me that I don't want to do. Life is grand no????

Sal Carpaccio: Corey Coleman Is In Trouble
plenzmd1 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
they probably have about the same chance of having an impact i would think..and the way Beane values picks I am kinda shocked if they cut Coleman..too bad it was not a conditional pick..we sure it was not? -
I am always in amazement how people call hockey games and horse races...no freaking way could i do that job!
