  1. If I never hear the term "sitcom math" again, I wouldn't be too upset about it. Just sayin'.
  2. So... this story was on our national news tonight. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/technology/news/article.cfm?c_id=5&objectid=11881939
  3. "Don't let the little head think for the big head" - Words of wisdom my uncle gave me as I moved away for College.
  4. Nice! Thanks for the info guys. It looks like I'll still be around for the first week of camp. Really looking forward to actually seeing the Bills again. (Haven't been there to watch them since the '91 AFC Championship game. Let's go Buffalo!
  5. Does anyone know when the schedule is going to be released?
  6. So, I'll be flying back to the US next month and will be visiting old friends and family in Upstate NY. It's been nearly a decade since I've been back there. Anyway, I'll be spending some time in the Rochester area and know that the Bills hold their training camp at St John Fisher. I've never been to their training camp before and would love to go and see what it's all about. Does anyone know when it's going to take place? Is it hard to get tickets? I'm making up my itinerary now and would love to slot that in. Let's go Buffalo!
  7. What's COVFEFE? Easy. It's a distraction from the real issues. (and it's working!)

  9. How are Bran's powers going to affect the story?
  10. Gotta go with Ferris Bueller, and a shout out to 16 Candles.
  11. Buffalo sports writers are the very worst. Their childish behaviour toward the end of last season was totally embarrassing. The fact that Vic Carruci was actually praised on this board a couple weeks ago almost made me hurl.
  12. I am blessed to live in a region known to produce quality hops. (Nelson-Tasman region/Top of the South Island NZ) This year's hops were harvested about a month ago, so the local brewers are just coming out with their freshly hopped IPAs and Pilsners. Last night I enjoyed a couple fresh pilsners. Harvest Pilsner from The Sprig and Fern. http://www.sprigandfern.co.nz/blog/triple-gold-medal-winning-harvest-pilsner I love this time of year. Let's go Buffalo!
  13. Work - Gym - Home - Beer - Wings - Draft - Disappointment - Self-loathing
  14. Flying back to the US for 4 weeks in late July. It's been 8 years since I've been back there. (Colorado, Rochester, Adirondacks, High School reunion, then 5 days in the California Redwoods before I fly back to New Zealand.) I really hope to attend a practice at Bills training camp if things work out. Let's go Buffalo!
  15. I agree that him getting back on the plane was bizarre, but that isn't the issue. The issue was that the airline decided that the only way to solve this issue was to forcibly remove a paying customer from their plane, after doing nothing wrong. You think he should've been tased or maced? C'mon. How else could this have been diffused? Hmmm... maybe they could've kept on upping the offer for anyone to leave the plane until someone actually accepts the offer? Let's just imagine for a moment that this 69-year-old man, was your 69-year-old grandmother. Let's say that United asked her to leave the plane, and she's no, because of one reason or another. Would you honestly think it would be ok for a cop of grab her and drag her down the aisle, off of the plane??
  16. Lost in all of this, is that he is a 69 year old man. Who does that to an old man? I mean, was there no other way to diffuse the situation? Yeah, he acted like a f-wit, but it all started with the A-hole cop, who is now suspended.
  17. This actually made the national news down here in New Zealand. Way to go, United Airlines! I haven't watched the video, but I can't believe some of you guys are sticking up for the airline. What kind of bizzaro world are you living in? This guy paid for his flight. Received a boarding pass. Entered the plane and sat down in his assigned seat. Case closed.
  18. Wow. Small world. I'm also originally from Webster and did the exact same thing. Cruising on up to the Ames store on my kick-ass Schwinn, to check out toys and sporting goods. Were you around when the Ames store was first a "Big N"? How about the Star Market (Then Apples) next door?
