I think sometimes as fans we forget how hard it must be to fire someone who work so close with. People were unhappy with Canada for a while but I saw plenty of plays that could have been made by players that weren’t as well (Pickett has been so so bad). but the good thing is the new OCs can’t be worst.

Yup. I’m not talking about just Josh when I say this. And this is my “I’m becoming old (but still quite handsome)” mindset. But his generation are front runners. However the second they are losing, they look like their dog just died. They need to fix that and especially Josh since he is their leader. one thing I noticed last night with Hurts was he was the same guy when they losing and when they took the lead. Agreed but it is a million times easier with Zack Wilson. If you settle for 3 fgs against the eagles, they can come back.

The best part of Dobbs is he would be a huge upgrade on a bunch teams he was already on - Steelers, browns, etc. he’s the new Fitz. Maybe will never be a top starter but is more than serviceable and can win you some games.

It’s scary to think what Cleveland and Pittsburgh would be if they had better than bottom 5 qb play. we have been deliver an absolute gifts with this crop of afc qbs. And the best one, Mahomes, might have the worst weapons. You’re saying people are more happy when their team wins than when their team loses? I think with all these stats, I would love to see a consistency ranking/ opposition type metric. Floyd has been amazing and Oliver has been really good. The rest of the guys have their moments but then disappear too often in big spots

Oh for sure but I can remember in some big spots/ games, the pass rusher disappears. I still believe 100% Frazier was scapegoat but with all the injuries this defense has had, I place little blame on their feet. They have held up as well at they can.

Kinda misleading. 20 sacks have come in 3 games (two jests, 1 Washington). That means we have 19 in 8. Still solid but definitely inflated by those outlier games.

Who had a better start to their career after 2 years - Benjamin or Hill? What happened in Hill’s 3 year? When are the most successful years of Kelce’s career - pre or post Mahomes?

1) Allen is extremely awesom. Zero debate on that. 2) bills fans love putting down rival qbs. I get to an extent but it’s really down wirh mahomes (see the training camp thread). 3) this stat is misleading but it is still a very impressive one. 4) fun fact: Benjamin had as many 1,000 yard receiving seasons as Hill did when Mahomes became the full time starter. All of Kelce’s best seasons are under Mahomes. 5) Reid SBs before Mahomes = 0. mahomes made those guys HOFers.

Not to be dramatic but if this team with Allen can’t make the playoffs with these qbs in the afc, it will go down as one of the worst seasons in Bills history. These other starters on most of the contenders are disgusting. This is one of the saddest things I have read and would take me to a dark place as a Jets fan but it’s true. Somehow, they have a backup qb who threw 1 td to 13 ints in college. How are there no good qbs?

Like if a tree falls in he woods, do good games against Zach Wilson even count? He is one of the worst starting qbs I have ever seen. that said, nice game RD!!!! Do it against Hurts and Mahkmes and I’ll be really impressed. But he should get a player of the week award!
