He was always coming back. It was silly talk. And I think he is a great leader but do wonder if an offensive coach/ different voice is what we need for the next step. that said he would deserve a ton of credit for keeping the team together. But you could also argue that we shouldn’t be in this hole in the first place and have some of the worst losses of the last 5 years this season. And the biggest reason if we make the playoffs are Pickett, DTR, Browning, Zach Wilson, etc.

I love your enthusiasm and there is zero doubt Allen is amazing. But I never once thought about who had the most tds through 6 seasons ever in my life. Such a random number of years. I also take this things with a grain of salt because it’s like flag football for qbs and wrs now. Sam Howell is on pace for 5,000 yards. It’s silly. For instance, I think yesterday was Allen’s best game of the year given the defense and he had better stat games. I just want the playoffs.

Shakir is not fast enough to be an outside receiver. He would be awful as a number 2. It would be lkke when we thought Josh Reed (one of my least favorite bills of all time) could be a number 2 and was so awful.

Called it draft day. One of my favorite guys last year. We definitely need a better outside receiver to make DK even more dangerous. and he’s a great guy but that Knox contract is so bad now.

You know they have different roles on the field right? And that Shakir might not be as good against a better corner right? Cole Beasley would have gotten destroyed as an outside wr but thrived in the slot because you can different matchups. Everything is working fine. No need to change things up.

We have top 3 defense for a couple years with Allen.

Come on Alpha. Trying to put down Mahomes to prop up Allen? Mahomes threw for nearly 300 yards in his first nfl start. alex smith once sent a season without throwing a td pass to a receiver in KC, a season!!! Check out Kelce numbers with/ without Mahomes. Or their playoff record with SMith. Or all the SBs Reid, who WEO and others called a fraud, won before him. yhe putting down of rival qbs (especially Mahomes) is one of the dumbest thing this board does. So hear me out… Jauron would get 7 wins out of Trent/ JO, A train, Kelsey, Melvin Fowler, and Robert Royal. Imagine what he could do with this team! I would argue that Jauron got the most out of his talent. Marrone has a top 3 defense and some legit talent.

It’s funny but he is one of the top 15 starters right now. Cleveland is 6-3 with bottom 5 qb play. It’s wild that they would settle for Flacco. I’d rather try out Matt Ryan.

I think Harbaugh is a great coach. But can see this blowing up big time. Diggs would hate him. Allen would hate the offense he runs. besides, I think he goes to Chicago.

Have you ever listen to that podcast? Allen and Daboll have been on doing Deez nuts jokes. Are they possibly gay and/ or sex offenders? it’s not that deep of a podcast. Exactly and this is why athletes/ people hate talking to the media. The second you show personality, you get in trouble for it. imagine if everyone acted like hockey players and showed zero personality. It would be so boring.

He also runs an offense that would totally clip all the progress Allen has made as a passer.

Honestly a really tough question but the Texans still haven’t done anything yet. But I absolutely love Ryans and Stroud is a top 10 qb as a rookie. Their turnaround has been amazing. But still too early to take them over us. He’s about as pure of a passer as there has ever been as a rookie. There might be some adjustments because there always is, but IMO, he’s about as sure of a bet as there is to continue this trajectory. Also, the league should make them be the Houston oilers again. Seeing that fake madden franchise mood team in Nashville where those unis was gross.
