Adam Gase and the decision to cut Jordan Phillips
C.Biscuit97 replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’ll admit I didn’t think Gase was as bad as people made him out to be. But he seems to have some social issues and is a total weirdo. He’s probably fine as an OC but isn’t a leader of men. Happy to admit I’m wrong and that he’s the Jets coach. -
Josh Allen - week ELEVEN report card
C.Biscuit97 replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If we had Pat Mahomes, would you say that? It’s definitely an overrated stat but it’s insane how difficult it is for Bills qbs to reach it. We have watched a lot of terrible, outdated football. and Allen played great against a Terrible team. He is the new owner of the Fins. Now do it against a good team. If only we could play Miami every week, Allen would be an all time great. -
Do you act bi-polar on game day?
C.Biscuit97 replied to Bubba Gump's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Screw you!!! I’m sorry. ? but I think one of the reasons I started watching the Bills and being more realistic (I would talk myself in them winning the SB every year for a long time) is it’s just easier. I would get so mad and anxious during Bills games, it was kinda awful to watch. Now, I just get pleasantly surprised when they don’t lose a game in a painFul way. ? -
I always appreciated ND as a Catholic who went to a Jesuit school. But I don’t follow them religiously ?. But I listen to a podcast with Daniel Jeremiah and Ryen Russillo and they were hyping him up. So I’ve been watching him. He is fairly raw but just keeps getting better. Love that he’s Canadian (they love Buffalo) and he is playing for his sister (she committed suicide). With this draft being so deep at receiver, he could slip to the 2nd and would be an absolute perfect compliment to Brown and Beasley.

Duke Williams on a milk carton
C.Biscuit97 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t think Duke can get consistent separation at the nfl level. -
He has been awesome. Great pickup. I could be wrong (there’s a first time for everything) but he kinda worries me if he gets a long term deal. That said, I love having him and he’s been a machine this year. Give him Star’s money.

He is one of my favorites qbs ever. I think he is a top 10 qb all time. But if he wasn’t John Elway, he would be getting fired. No GM is worse at scouting qbs (not a fan of Drew Lock). I bet he resigns so it isn’t too awkward. Those other teams had a lot of talent. The Broncos do not and have a very young, inexperienced qb playing.

If you are referring to me as a Taylor fan, you’re completely clueless. I was one of The main people who wanted Taylor replaced. I apologize for not being simplistic enough to just compare Qbs because they played in the same offensive system (also why didn’t you compare Jackson to Alex Smith?). if you don’t think Jackson isn’t playing at a mich higher level than any year for Taylor, in his second year, you are either clueless or just a hater.

Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
C.Biscuit97 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And for the record, I will gladly admit Josh Allen absolutely owns Miami. He dominates them. Now, I just want to see it more against other teams. -
Kyle Allen passed for 325 yards today
C.Biscuit97 replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t know what the point of this is. Jimmy G threw for 400 and they won. So did Dak. Cousins threw for 300 and won. So did Matt Ryan. do you need to pass for 300 yards every game? Of course not. But it’s like some of you try to justify bad offensive football. Yesterday was more fun than most Bills games. Throwing the ball effectively and scoring tds is fun! -
I respect this. I put Allen and Jackson on the same level coming out. I loved both of the physical talent but I was weird about their limitations as passers. I’m not as surprised at Jackson because he was pretty damn good in college. But he looks even better than I thought as a passer. With Allen, I want to see him have the monster games against NE and other “good” teams. that said, it’s still so early. The key will be how they adjust the more film teams get on them. But Jackson is a MVP candidate and Allen has shown some improvement.

Edmunds and Milano - our new pass rushers
C.Biscuit97 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think that is what some people were saying when he was drafted. I think he could become a great MLB. But I know he would be a dominant OLB. It’s more instinctual position and he is a beast blitzing. the only downside is a smart qb like Brady would destroy a blitz. But it was great to see that much pressure. Poor Fitz never had a chance on some plays. -
It was bad hire by John Elway, who is awful at his job.

C.Biscuit97 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You’re such a hypocrite. You completely dismissed this game Taylor had against Miami. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201612240buf.htm he played really good against a really bad team. Now do it against Dallas and Pittsburgh. and what psychopath goes out to dinner on Sunday. That’s the day of football. Friday’s and Wednesday’s are date nights. -
Matt Ryan Top 10 Passing yards

If we had Matt Ryan, we might be undefeated. -
Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
C.Biscuit97 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn’t that the thing? Allen has a special arm. He also can completely miss an open Brown on a crossing route that could have been like a 70 yard. i don’t think anyone questions his ability. If he lacks consistency and that’s what makes great qbs. -

They beat the Jets and the Colts starting their 3rd string qb. They traded Fitzpatrick (in line to be DPOY), didn’t have Howard, and a 2 other cbs. I’m glad he played well. But Miami is dog crap. Kinda silly to overrate it. But hopefully, the confidence will lead to good performance against good teams. but 7-3 is 7-3
