Week 17 SNF: Washington Football Team at Eagles

pretty noticeable that Hurts and Sudfeld stand about 40 yards apart on the sidelines. i think all their QBs hate each other. -
A Few Thoughts About the Dolphins Game, in no particular order
zow2 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good recap. This game was ridiculous. McDermott has brass balls. i would’ve had Allen and some other guys in bubble wrap. But McD had em all out there in the first half and every button he pressed was perfection. The depth guys looked great too. Poor Miami (well not really). since the 70’s I think Buffalo has whooped them over the years in every single meaningful game regarding playoffs or getting in. Looking forward to Saturday. Just do me a favor Bills... don’t screw around with uniforms. wear the same one as today. the one that’s meant to be our proper home uni, blue jerseys white pants. -

10/21/2018 Bills and McDermott lost to Indianapolis 37-5. I believe that was the game after Josh was injured at Houston. Put that score on the bulletin board this week Sean! That was the last game the Bills have played vs Indy. -

Well, Buffalo is the main reason the Colts even got in. So let’s send em right back home. -

Tennessee on D looks terrible. There’s no way the Bills could not come up with a scheme to score on that D. it’s just slowing Henry and Tennehill. -

How about Tenn, getting hosed with some calls. If you’re the Titans, this is the difference between hosting at home or having to travel to Buffalo in January. that’s a huge difference -

All i can say is be careful what you wish for. Don’t be scared of Tenn. and respect Indy. anything can happen on any given day. -

Nobody is screwing the Bills Lol. I’d be just as wary about playing an “easy” Indy club as i am about Tenn. At least we have the revenge factor against the Titans. I really like that angle. they embarrassed us on National TV -

One of very few teams that we would have the revenge factor against.. Tenn would have our full attention. i think i like that. -

Feliciano looked banged up just before the TD -
Yeah really. i’m worried Allen will be positive right before a playoff game. that would be catastrophic for the Bills chances. The Champion might be the team that can avoid having their star player(s) test positive.

Trevor has thrown a bunch of lollipops tonight. I think you have to seriously question whether Lawrence or Fields will be the better pro QB. who would be better if they played for a team with average skill players around them.
-
Fields looks very impressive tonight. He kind of got the Justin Herbert treatment this year, but you can see the skills. He has wheels too. Lawrence is good obviously. but you never know how much is him and how much it’s all the great talent around him? Both guys can throw, are accurate and can run. so that’s the kind of QB the NFL teams are looking for.
-
Fields showing skills and courage tonight. he’s obviously hurt and still balling. He’s making some future money tonight.
-
i’d tell Josh Allen to stay home the next 7 days. team will drop off food or whatever. no need to practice
-
With regards to Tua, just remember how many people who are "experts" on NFL matters simply dismissed Josh Allen after his first season. Heck Terry Bradshaw still insists that a QB's completion % out of college never gets better... Aikman is suspicious too,
-
FWIW, i saw a report recently that said there has not been one case of a player with Covid traced back to an outdoor football game. That includes college and NFL. These guys are spreading it by being indoors in enclosed rooms together with someone who unknowingly has it.
-
This is brutal for Miami. And since Fitz practiced yesterday, the Phins are having to go through contact tracing and Tua is not out of the woods as being a Covid casualty as well. All it takes as Tua being in the same enclosed room as Fitz, as well as any other players. I'm worried for the Bills too. What if we have an outbreak before the playoffs. ugh!
-
Exactly. It makes zero sense to play the critical, unreplaceable players "a series or two" to keep the rust off. You sit them. Why would you risk some lineman accidently rolling up on Josh Allen's lower leg after he releases a pass? Why would you risk Tre White tweaking his knee or ankle while slipping on a wet field? Don't be dumb McDermott. Sit those guys. The rust thing is stupid, they play next weekend. IF they look "rusty" it's likely because the Bills are playing an actual good team that has a plan...and we will need a scheme to overcome it.
