The Herd has a report that barring a miracle, the LA Chargers are moving off of Brandon Staley at the end of the season. The owner of the Chargers won't fire a coach in-season but he's reportedly gone.

There's one thing separating the Bills with teams like KC and Philly, and it's kind of an intangible. The DNA makeup of the Buffalo Bills does not include the clutch gene. They can compile some of the best offensive numbers the league has ever seen, They have an incredible knockout punch against mediocre teams... and the defense can use smoke and mirrors to be top 5 in all sorts of categories. But the team is not clutch when it counts. and I don't know how that gets fixed.

That overhead replay is so hard to watch.. ugh, Davis got the DB to stumble and he was wide open. The WIN was right there. The safer throw would seem to be the outside far corner where Gabe was running towards. That's one of those throws where either Gabe catches it or no one. So I can't really tell who was in the wrong here. There was another pass to Gabe (i can't remember when?) but it was 3rd down I believe and Allen hit the DB in the backside instead of throwing it over the top to Gabe who had a step.

I can't do this.. because the Lows of losing are so much more powerful than the Highs of winning.

The Bills will win the final 4 of 5... but some absurd, never seen before end of game scenario involving other AFC Wild Card hopefuls will happen on the last day, and the result will keep Buffalo out. So it will be "Billsy" by proxy from another team or other teams.

That “refuse to lose” mentality that some teams have….well it ain’t with the Buffalo Bills i can tell you that. It’s a darn shame.

Root for Kansas City big over GB this weekend. You don’t want KC coming in off a loss to play the Bills.

The whole problem with Buffalo for me is not even a single horrible loss here and there. It's the macro. These other clubs are killing themselves to find a viable QB. And we have the best QB in the game here other than Patrick Mahomes. Josh is here...he's in the building, he's at practice. He's pretty much the only QB who never misses games and he's got every tool....and the Bills are wasting it. If the man was playing for Philly or San Fran or Pittsburgh or the Rams, Seattle whatever...he'd have a Super Bowl by now maybe even more. This city man.. ugh.

I thought they did learn a bit,,, knew they had to end Philly with an OT touchdown. They were methodical, Josh ran when he needed to scramble and get 1st downs. Great drive. Then on 3rd and 6 or whatever it was they went for the kill shot to Gabe and were out of sync. Hindsight is always 20/20, but i bet an easier play was there to get the 6+ yards and not risk missing a big throw. Methodically pound it in the end zone for the W. Sure would’ve been sweet.

Now that i’m older, The game usually washes off me in less than 24 hours. This one hurts a bit more because like 13 seconds, They blew the chance to win TWICE. Couldn’t get the stop at the end, or in OT. Disgraceful.

Not that is matters, but Nick Wright on a National sports show today said it appears the Bills have a lame duck coach. You know the old saying, where there's smoke....

Probably something happened right when KC boat raced the Bills to go to Super Bowl 1. Something mysterious happened to curse the city right around then.

Us fans just need to realize that losing to: Jets, Jags, Pats, Bengals, Broncos, Eagles, (possibly KC, Dal, Mia?)...means they just are not too good., and they would've flamed out in the playoffs and pissed us off even more.

The game is too fast for the officials to call it accurately. I assumed that's why they now have the "eye in the sky", to buzz down and get them to huddle up and correct calls. But stuff like interference, or non interference or holding can't be corrected.

I listen to DC sports talk and the offensive players just do not want Eric Bienemy to be the head coach. If the new owner, Josh Harris, gets player input for the hire, EB won't be the coach. He's a throw back, and not a players coach. It's his way or the highway.

I've started to see this pop up on various social media and it's the most painful sports graphic I've ever seen.

I used to think some other organization would scoop up McD if he got let go here. When they start looking at all the close head scratching losses, I think teams would shy away. It's disgraceful, how often the offense has pulled themselves off the mat to tie or take a lead late, only for the D to cave at the end or in OT. The Bills championship window is maybe in the final realistic season and McD has pissed it away. Even with D injuries they should have closed out some of these games...TWICE in Philly they blew it.

If the O averages 30+ pts per game over the final seven, i’d nominate Joe Brady to be head coach, and worry about who to find for DC. Keep the continuity with the O and Josh.

13 seconds for sure but “12 men” has to be in there for me., especially if they miss the playoffs by one AFC loss.

I've told my friends over the years that Buffalo teams are on this planet for the sole reason of providing enjoyment and euphoria for other teams fan bases. It’s not likely but i saw somewhere on the interwebs that an AFC team could make it in with 9 wins. Supposedly, it’s not out of the question.

Minnesota did not deserve a win tonight. Glad the Bears came back.

If Marvin Harrison Jr has a decent QB throwing him the ball i’m awarding him a gold jacket today. That guy is so good, has to be the most sure player possible

The bears will be picking a QB #1 right? they can change their franchise around pretty fast
