24 Hours after London, The Good (yes there is good), The Bad, The Ugly.
zow2 replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
I heard a couple players mention on Friday that the club was making them stay awake all day Friday and go to sleep at their normal time. That wouldn’t work for me, i imagine it may not have worked for all the Bills players. I sleep when i’m tired. If i got poor sleep or no sleep on the plane and i was tired at 3pm UK time so be it, i’d want to lie down. They just botched the travel. Josh even mentioned he couldn’t sleep on the plane. -
The Buffalo Bills sports science coach. he sucks

I’ve seen nothing out of Love this season to make me think he will be Green Bay’s QB much beyond this season. Now that defensive coordinators have film, he is getting figured out. They are mainly ground and pound against a porous Raiders D.

This game is Drek so far.

Kincaid in concussion protocol, Knox has a wrist injury
zow2 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well that stinks but at least it’s not a leg, knee or ankle. I think one of not both will be back this Sunday. -
Not trading him. As a matter of fact i’d move things around in the offseason to sign him long term.

Kincaid might be out? dang. Who is Josh going to open the game throwing a 7 yard dart to. Just kidding! hope he clears protocol in time for the game. He’s due for a breakout game soon -
April Fools in October? there’s got to be some young hotshot on a practice squad somewhere just waiting for an opportunity.

If the Bills offense isn't sleep walking for the first 3 Qtrs vs the Giants it won't matter what Tyrod does. The O should be able to put enough points on the board to keep this game out of reach.

My wife has terrible inner ear problems. She had tubes as a kid. We flew to Florida back in April 2022 and the pain from the flight was unbearable. That ear has bothered her since, painful and barely can hear out of it. The ENT put in another tube and then an performed an outpatient surgery using a small balloon to open things up. Unfortunately it didn't work as planned. Wish i could report a better outcome.

For Hot-Rod Taylor... we love ya as a Buffalo alum, but it's time to pay the Bills my friend.

The reality check for me is that the Buffalo Bills are not in the same class as: San Fran, KC and Philly. I thought they were after the Miami game but they're just not. The Bills lose too many close games...the running game disappears, coaching gets disjointed and too many weird things happen including serious injuries. I'd put the Bills in there with Dallas, Miami, Cinci, Detroit, Jags. The problem is Burrow is getting healthy and the Bengals could get on a serious roll and Miami can outscore anyone on a given Sunday plus their RB's are insane. Meanwhile Buffalo is trending a little downwards from major defensive injuries. It's reality.

I had zero illusions of Von going from 0 to 100. Quite honestly I don't think he will even be close to 75% all season. I'd keep him off the active roster until late in the season so he could get a game or two in before a potential first playoff game.

Watching the 49ers this is what they do all the time. Short 5-10 yard passes and YAC. They constantly scheme guys open for quick passes. Also, seeing Josh scramble around the edge, having the ability to get a first down, and then stop and throw a dumb pass to a covered guy, has to stop. Just finish the scramble and get the first down and go out of bounds.

He looked nothing like the Von Miller we know, trying to edge rush with a big knee brace on. Check out the picture on the front page of the Buffalo News today. He has a long way to go. I'd keep him inactive for now.

That picture of Von on the front page of the Buffalo News this morning. Honestly, he looks like a disabled person trying to go around the edge with a big ol knee brace on. I'm not sure why they are using a roster spot on him. Seems like a waste. He's nowhere close to 100% and may not be this season. I suppose he wanted to dip his toes in the water as he said after the game.

Before the season I told a buddy of mine, the Bills will be a threat to win the SB as long as Josh, Diggs and Milano do not get hit with a season ending injury. Well one down. This hurts. But again, this is a chance for someone else to step up and shine. Someone will be filling Milano's position and will need to make plays.

Rasmus Dahlin signs 8 year 88 million dollar extension
zow2 replied to Walking Tall's topic in Off the Wall
He must like it in Buffalo and feel good about the team's future. -
The schemes Shanahan is running are great. Purdy has to be accurate but there’s guys open all over and they prioritize YAC.
-
The McDermott/Dorsey, high flying Bills who win games by 4 TDs are back to their old ways of not being able to win the close ones. That’s my main problem with McD. Win the close games, the team should be able to do that. KC wins so many one possession games.

The Bills are home. Plane just landed at 11.48pm

He looked kind of dejected on the bench. Like he was excited to play but then knew once he was in there for a couple plays he could not get around the turn as an edge rusher. I think he knows his knee is not stable enough yet. Not sure why he was on the active roster today.
-
They will have to make a trade, at some point soon. You can’t sit back in this SB window. they need good replacements
-
this Brock Purdy fella. He might just throw the most accurate ball in the entire league. last pick in the draft. imagine that.

If the Bills can’t beat this Giants club handily with Jones Or Tyrod, then they don’t deserve to even be a playoff team. The Bills coming off a lousy loss should kill the Giants. Mcdermott usually has the guys ready after a loss like today.
