Getting gashed again off the script. Slow start again

Your very true feelings for tomorrow outcome
zow2 replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Pats defense is not something to be feared. They have some injuries and backups are playing. Mac Jones has really struggled. The Saints are barely mediocre and they beat the Patriots 34-0 a couple weeks ago in Foxboro. If this game is in question into the 4th Qtr i will be disappointed. And a loss would be catastrophic. -
Good, McDermott is probably giving these guys unofficial "vet rest" games if they are dinged up a bit. I'm sure if it was the playoffs he'd be in there this Sunday. Keep the team as healthy as they can for the long haul.
-
Maybe he will help, he’s a decent kick returner and fast. KC will end up hosting the AFCCG again. Denver and Vegas suck and the Chargers lose every single close game.

Are people really that unhappy with our 4-2 Bills?
zow2 replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
Gotta win some ugly games along the way but you want to be playing your best football in December/Jan. The Bills squeaker over the NYG counts the same as Miami's 70-20 win over Denver. You get style points in college but not in the NFL. People should chill, let this season play out. -
If the Bills Don’t Make it to the AFCCG, Should McDermott Be Fired?
zow2 replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sean McDungy needs to get these guys to a Super Bowl or in my opinion, the prime Josh Allen years have been wasted. -
For a myriad of reasons i just can’t work up a hate for Saleh, and i pretty much hate everyone. Two guys in our division i don’t hate that I should are Saleh and Tua.
-
Josh can scramble and slide or go out of bounds 25 times in the game. That's fine with me. Just don't absorb unnecessary contact. Also, get rid of the ball in the pocket before getting hammered (when possible).
-
I don't. Doctors who discuss sports injuries on the internet, speculated it's an AC joint sprain by the way he fell and the reaction. Interesting I noticed Allen's immediate reaction was the same as Richardson's. Obviously Josh's injury should not be as severe since he still played.

IF Allen Tried to Force His Way Out of Buffalo...
zow2 replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's not anytime soon, but I've always thought Allen would find a way to end his career near home and with his boyhood team, San Francisco. -
I disagree with some here. Our QB has a shoulder injury. An AC joint sprain (severity unknown). Anthony Richardson is in a sling and may have shoulder surgery due to a grade 3 AC joint sprain in right shoulder. This is not the game I want Allen running up the middle and absorbing contact. This is a game i'd try to dominate the tranches and run more. Have him under center, some quick short passes and play action. Yes, running more might mean the game stays close longer, but Josh needs an easy week on the shoulder. I have faith the D will force a takeway or two. They didn't last game and will be due.

From what I saw in the Giants game, Von is taking up a valuable roster spot from a healthy player. Let him build up his strength and trust in the knee during practice not games.
-
Where are you at this brand new “No running Josh” ?
zow2 replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm worried that the shoulder is hurting more than he will admit. Last year they brushed off the elbow injury but it clearly was an issue and needed rest. So to that end he can run all day, just avoid contact please. And the Bills should try to grind out some rushing attack vs NE and Tampa. Running and some quick efficient passing and play action might be their strong suit now. -
That roar when they scored. Dallas home game in LA.
-
And i would’ve kicked the FG just now if i were the chargers coach. make it 10-10. it’s not like their going to get the ball 8 more times.
-
I’d be mocked as an NFL coach. I’d kick the FG. Possessions are limited. Take the gimme 10-7 lead. I’d go for 4th downs if/when it starts to get necessary in the 2nd half.

Unleash Josh Allen...stop trying to change him
zow2 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, his immediate reaction was the same as how Richardson reacted on his injury. Now he’s in a sling and prob having surgery. Just a bit too close for comfort for Josh. -
What is going on with the offensive juggernauts?
zow2 replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
Play your best football in Dec/Jan that's the key, especially the later. I think KC is hosed. Their D is good but I think at some point things break down for them. Buffalo I know has better offensive weapons than KC but who knows if the D can hold up and won't sustain more injuries. Miami is scary efficient on O but we shall see what happens when the weather turns and they play some better defenses. They still have Philly, KC, Dallas, Balt, Buf and the Jets x2 We will see about the Chargers tonight but they might be sneaky good later in the season and Cincinnati with Burrow healing will be a factor for sure. -
Unleash Josh Allen...stop trying to change him
zow2 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Once again, Allen gets injured either in the pocket or moving backwards,,, not running the ball forwards. So the narrative of don't run and risk injury is not true. Don't run and initiate unnecessary contact is more reasonable. I saw that Anthony Richardson may call it a season and have shoulder surgery. Supposedly he has a grade 3 AC joint sprain. Some internet doctors think Josh got an AC joint sprain on the play last night. If he did, he's a tough SOB (as we already know) to keep playing and slinging some ropes in the 3rd and 4th Qtr. I'm sure it hurts and I sure hope it's a very mild sprain or whatever it is. -
I'm not that concerned about conditioning or offseason program. His knee does not look ready to play as a high level edge rusher in an NFL football game. The Bills can't pretend that his knee is ready for combat. It isn't. So activate a player that can actually contribute and go 100%.
-
The biggest individual blunder was Gabe's fumble. Just a lack of ball security. It gave the Giants tons of life, destroyed the Bills offense for the entire first half and you could immediately see that it would be "one of those games" when it happened.
-
I'm sorry all, I watched Von closely a few times and didn't see anything. He would go around the edge at maybe half speed and then kind of jogged towards the QB who easily got the pass off. I get what the Bills are trying to do. He's getting paid a boat load and they have to get him live game reps. They took Groot off the field on an important 3rd down play and put Von in, and he was a detriment. He's just not ready to make any kind of impact from what i can see. Unless this week of practice he suddenly looks great, I'd make him inactive.

Bass barely missed two long FG's to the right. I'm not worried about his mechanics. The kicks looked good they were not shanked 20 yards right or left. Just unfortunate on a breezy night but I'm glad he got those out of his system in a win. I'm only pissed at Bass because his missed FG's cost me a fantasy win,, but I'll forgive.
