I hope this isn't the case for multiple reasons. The Whaley/Ryan pairing either had no idea how to evaluate injuries properly or they just liked to straight up lie to people about injuries until they had to pull players form games. Resting a player for an extra week can be huge as far as helping them avoid aggravating an injury that keeps them out for a much longer period of time, I feel like we rushed a bunch of players back too quickly and that resulted in them getting hurt worse. I'd prefer silence on questions about injuries to "he's fine" and then suddenly the guy is out for half the season. Hope this group knows what they are doing.

Give it a rest, I actually like you but this "expert" label you keep assigning yourself is getting old. Whatever you want to tell yourself, your posting history on this board clearly indicates that you choose a position to take and then assemble a collection of facts to support that position.

That's your assumption based on your own bias. Don't take an assumption and present it as fact, which is something you are fond of doing. It's easy to cherrypick random facts to back up any position.

The emotional progression in these assumptions is fascinating. Managed to get from curious to total defeat in a single post. This sums up half of the posts I see on this board perfectly. Have you noticed that Beane has also been very forthcoming about everyone's roles, in regards to who works for whom?

I chose moderately, but I am very encouraged by the changes so far. I don't see our roster as playoff caliber right now. I am very happy about the front office restructure and look forward to seeing how good our coaching staff is. If the coaching staff shows competence at developing players this year, our team starts showing some heart in crunch time and McD shows some poise in critical situations I will be pretty encouraged as far as 2018 when we look to not be killed by the cap and will have 2 1st rd picks.

No, he means the guy who is actually on an NFL roster and didn't eat his way out of the league.

Do you see anyone lining up to give him more than 2.5? Blount scored more TDs than anyone in the league last year and he didn't even get that.

You can absolutely read his articles without a subscription and you're kidding yourself if you think they don't take views into account when evaluating writers; it's half the reason why half of their writers just make ridiculous whiny comments on twitter, to drive traffic to their pages.
