You must have missed his post that inferred anyone who disagreed with his point of view had a low IQ. If you are getting a 5 out of Cordy at LT, a 2 out of Mills at RT, a 4 out of Kujo at LT, and a 1 out of Kujo at RT, then simple comparative advantage says that if you move Kujo to RT, all you need to get out of Cordy at RT is a 3 to break even, but you'd more likely get a 4 or 5 out of him on the right. It's not the worst idea in the world.

Who is going on a rampage? The guy manages to sell suck year after year, so he's certainly good at that part of the job, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a single poster that wants him actually involved with football decisions. He's not going anywhere. Honestly, if the Bills part ways with the Ryans, I see them bringing back Scwhartzy as Head Coach and promoting Lynn to Assistant Head Coach. That is the Billsy thing to do, no?

Some teams do it, but I think it's usually only for premier players.
