  1. I'd argue the guards were a worse than average, but I agree with your overall thought that all we need is one more piece to play guard and likely they'll be improvement with Richardson and Kujo from last year. I don't get all this sudden Henderson hating. All season rarely heard anyone complaining about him, now suddenly he seems to suck according to many here.
  2. I said that half kidding, but I did think the people here who were going nuts because they kept him (and RB) were way off base. They weren't the problem, the problem was working withing the budget that RW and even more Littman set. Now they have a real budget to work with.
  3. This could be the second time this week Miami's FO panicked according to this http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/jordan-camerons-agents-manipulated-media-to-get-dolphins-contract/ar-AA9MHp8#page=1
  4. Is "soon" longer or shorter than today or tomorrow??
  5. Can you own two threads in the same city?
  6. Trying to figure out why everyone is saying the Jet's won the FA battle in the AFC East? Granted they have a good #1 WR now and Revis, where else are they improved? Seemed last season they had many holes
  7. The biggest reason Kelly wanted Bradford was he heard he went to OU and just assumed it was Oregon.
  8. Trade him for Kiko. We had a great D last year without, we don't need him.
  9. I believe at any point in time Miami can also pull the tag as long as Clay hasn't yet signed it. If he's really feeling the Dolphins are screwing him over he could do thta, but probably not the smartest thing for him to do to get the most money either.
  10. Question can the following be done?? Assuming Miami doesn't lift the tag as they want to try and mess Buffalo's plans, so we give him an offer. Miami then has five days to match. Can Miami and Clay though instead work out a long term cap friendly deal that would allow them to keep both Cameron and Clay?? Would allow for Clay to kind play the Bill's too by getting a better offer out of Miami. It may come down to where he'd rather play though it seems in most cases the player would rather stay with old team if money is equal. Or at that point is Miami restricted to the original transition tag offer only and/or matching our offer identically??
  11. I'd be happy if they signed LaPunta. Could have either Woods or him play guard. Get one more backup for depth and are set.
  12. No RW around this time to bail out the Davis's
  13. Typically the logic is a pick one year out is valued one round lower so offering next years 1st rounder owuld be the equivalant of offering thme a 2nd this year. So probably not likely you'd get him for that. Maybe this years 2nd and next years 1st would have got the deal done?? But would we even want to
  14. I'd argue he does provide good depth only in that he can fill both spots in a pinch. Likely every game he will be active due to his special teams play. If some week two WR go down, he can play some snaps that game as a WR as opposed to having to keep another player active who may never play for the game if everyone stays healthy. Is he going to make a difference asa WR probably not, but not likely that the othe guy you may have activated in additon would have made much of a difference either. In that respect I think he is a valuable asset as fills two spots to some degree.
  15. Would tend to doubt it as no deal announced involving the Bill's. Here we are five hours in other than Felton, nothing happening so doesn't appear they were too far along. We were to busy making trades and re-signing Hughes.
  16. Unless you're in a zero state income tax state, difference may only be a couple percent. I moved from NY to NC, amount of state taxes taken out each week was almost identical. Real estate taxes, now that's a different story.
  17. How do you know we even tried?? And I say that in a good way as think he's likely not worth what he's getting.
  18. Sure, Except there's no way you're moving from 19 to say 2 or 3 with next years 1st and a couple of draft picks. Maybe all our picks this year and next would do it. Now my next question is, why would you want to? There are no great QB prospects this year. There are two quys who warrant 1st round picks, but have more questions than any top QB pick has had in years. So have to agree with the others. only reason I could see a person suggesting this is drug!
  19. I have an idea, let's cut Fred Jackson! no one will even notice.
  20. Four in the morning at the mall, he must have thought it was Black Friday and he wanted to be the first in line to get the new X-Box!
  21. Giants wouldn't be a bad choice for him as they have a decnet line, so less chance of him being labeled a bust and cut in two seasons or so.
  22. He drafted three lineman last year and signed one FA, how is that not addressing it?
