I watched what was the first "season" i guess last spring. It was a 5 or 6 parter. I liked the series, but as you said, there were jumps is their thinking and logic. I find this a common theme is lots of history channel shows (like the unvierse). They start off really well, and somewhere along the line, the producers let the shows subjects and experts just go off on whatever wild theories they have that aren't even necessarily based in reality. Regarding the series, i liek a lot fo hwta they present. I'll have to check out this new season. They bring forth a good variety fo compleeing evidence, enough so to make me go out and get "Chariots of the Gods" by von Daniken, which i am currently reading. I'm a believer that things have visited the planet in the past. The biggest piece of evidence to me is that there are numerous paintings, carving, sculptures, etc that show flying objects and the like. Why would ancients include these objects if they didn't exist? They didn't put them in their art work just to mess with people in a few thousand years.

The players need to realize that they have 0 chance of winning. Their best bet of getting through this is to bring vaseline and something to bite on.

WILL WE EVER BEAT THE PATRIOTS AGAIN?

Jets prove adding top name Free Agents help

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! You're not allowed to point out how the Jets have spent 2 recent 1st round picks on CBs and traded for another. -

Amazing what happens when the pats* OL actually gets called for holding. -
The 2000 and the 2002 drafts were infinitely worse than the 2006 draft.

Your point about rushing is taken, but rushing stats can be skewed because a team that is leading is obviously going to run more to kill the clock. A good majority of the top rushers came from teams not in the playoffs. So now its Whitner's fault we didn't draft both Ngata and Mangold? I thought we took McCargo over Mangold? And yes i agree with you that the BILLS need some DL help more so than a CB. For other teams it would be different. For example, if the Lions were selecting at #3, they'd be well within their rights to take Peterson.

No one, remember? Most people on here think twitter is stupid, which is why they hang onto every word of every tweet of Bills and ex-Bills players.

I think they need to change up the system as well. Have a 4 round draft where in each round an NFL team drafts a college team. The NFL team then has the rights to all draft eligible players from each of the 4 schools they draft. Think about it. Do you draft a not so good team like Clemson so you get bowers? Or do you draft a more solid team all around? The panthers would draft Auburn, and the Broncos would draft 'bama. So do the Bills take then? Mizzou to get a QB and some D? Maybe Wisconsin for watt and carimi?

Agreed. With the ravens out, the only thing left to root for is a meteorite hitting the stadium during the AFC Championship and knocking out both pieces of **** teams playing in it.

How do you know all of this? Does your brother hang out with volunteer firefighters in bars as well? -
The jets need to beat new england* by running the ball because Mark Sanchez sucks as a QB. If the jets had a QB worth a damn, they could trade punch for punch with the pats* because their defense is so much better. But, the jets also spent 2 1st rounders on CBs in the past couple of years (revis and wilson) and traded for another (cromartie). They know they need to keep the ball away from brady to win, but they also knew they need to be able to shut down the passing attacks of both the pats* and the colts if they want to get to the Super Bowl. For the Bills, there's no OT worth taking at #3, so one of the DLs would be our best option. If there was an OT ranked that high, it would be the no-brainer pick.

Exactly. The owners aren't in the business to make some profit each year. They own a team for the long term gain. They buy it at 500 mil and expect to sell it for almost double it's value down the road. They'll gladly operate at a minimal profit for that long term payoff.

With. Newspaper, book, kindle. Or, if you're technologically inclined, there's nothing with taking the laptop into the crapper. I could even be dropping a deuce right now. -

I thought it was an ivy league "caliber" school? -
This where i disagree. If all things are equal, the BILLS are better off taking a OT than a CB. However, i'd rather take a "great" player at CB than a "decent" player at a position of need. That's how you win in the long win. You stockpile talent. Great players WILL improve the team regardless of what position they play.

Let the speculaiton begin - Cam Newton
Ramius replied to Kipers Hair's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
"Draft value" is meaningless. Ask how the Colts feel about not getting appropriate value when they "reached" for Dwight Freeney. I'll see if i can dig up my spiel on draft value from a few years back. -
Jimbo has been on a roll here. He's done a hell of a job here thusfar this offseason, and most of the guys we've gotten seem to be locks. We've also got 8 guys enrolled already and taking classes. He's working on 2-3 high profile guys as well, but who knows where they'll decide. (Of course, what has really helped is Urban Cryer resigning and Miami doing horrible). I know rankings don't matter that much, but FSU could reel in the #1 class. Headlining the class are Nick Waysom and RB James Wilder Jr. We've also reeled in WR Kelvin Benjamin, who is a beast at 6'6" 215. We're still in the running for DE clowney. Regarding Lynch, he seemed to want to come to FSU, but they had the local recruiting writer on the radio, and he said that Lynch's mom is bat-**** crazy and she basically told him he's going to ND or else. There's no hard feelings from FSU about him.

+1 A good solid dump is highly underrated. -
dick jauron had 1 winning season in 9 years as a head coach. 1/9. He wins 11% of the time. John Fox won 3 division titles and went to a super bowl in 9 years. Bit of a difference.

Between Wannstache and Fitzbeard, the Bills would lead the league in awesome facial hair. -
That would be hilarious. Jauron's tampon-2 would get steamrolled by the stillers and Ravens.

We'll Be Drafting Our Franchise QB This Year
Ramius replied to Bangarang's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sorry, Ponder didn't play in the pistol offense. FSU ran plays out of the pistol formation, but was much closer to pro-style with the majority of snaps coming from either under center or shotgun. -
