  1. That comment by JP could piss off some of those who have been vocal of JP. I know I'm up too late, and over thinking things, but I see nothing more than a bunch of grown men wanting to win, win badly, and win now. I see no problems with that!! A nice revision of the "Bickering Bills". We know what happened with the Bickering Bills, Part I.
  2. Holcomb was efficent. Not spectacular. I think the playcalling and offensive gameplan was just idiotic.
  3. If you wanted an ex-Bill to coach the QB or Offense... Frank Reich would be a far better choice than Kelly, because Reich studied the game a lot more than Kelly did. If you were able to combine Kelly's physical gifts at his prime, with Reich's understanding of the QB position?
  4. I was thinking more along the lines of John Tesh...
  5. I'd like to buy 200 shares of the Edmonton Eskimos please.
  6. Listening to the sports out here about this (KGO), it was more of a situation where Winborn was unhappy about loosing his starting job to Andre Carter. Winborn then refused to play in the new Mike Nolan system. It was Winborn who asked to be traded. Nolan told him that he would accomidate him, and that he should clean out his locker as to not be a distraction, in which Winborn agreed. Many 49er players interviewed said that this was not a punishment by Winborn. It was nothing more than a coach and a disgruntled player reaching an agreement about the players future.
  7. I was going to make a perspective comment, but after reading your signature, I can't say nothing but great things about you.
  8. Was listening to KHTK (after Don and Mike), the idiot Grant Napier was singing the praises of Eli Manning, gave him an A for his performance yesterday, etc. One thing he did say that caught my interest, is that he mentioned that he had seen Eli play every game, winning one of eight games, playing horribly in his first 5. I started to think to JP. This is only his third game. He hasn't looked that good in the last two. So, the questions are this. Are we pannicking too much about JP's performance? Should we give the kid more time to get his NFL bearings? Or is the writing on the wall about JP already?
  9. Jim Kelly was 4-12 in his first year. He, and the Bills, turned out pretty damn good. Reality check third line.
  10. J.P. Created everything. He's soooo powerful, he should change his name from J.P. to J.C.
  11. If they find the guy in the Grassy noll wearing a Bills jersey, that means were really doomed!!!
  12. We had a major hail storm here in the Bay Area this past Monday. Expecting heavy Rain Monday/Tuesday.
  13. How cool would it be to have the Bills throwback jersey's against the Power Blue of the Chargers?!
  14. Looks like the "r-e-a-l" major event is that they found Ed Rutkowski alive living in a cave near Angola!
  15. My uneducated guess in the shadow of Alex Smith, is that the Bills and the County reached some kind of deal, to where in return for the County not shelling out money for maintenance due to the County's debt, the Bills are extending their lease. Either that, or Ralph sold the team to Golliasano, and the team will now be called the Rochester PayStubs!
  16. Solid B- to a possible B. Playmaker in Parrish. Good pick. Addressed need on Offensive line with Preston and Geisinger. Needed depth with Everett. King pick is one of those "in case on a rainy day we need something" picks. Maybe the Lionel Gates pick is to signal that a Henry Deal is iminent? Other than that, no reasoning for that pick at all. Overall, I'm not too dissapointed, although I am extremely pissed that the Jets got Nugent.
  17. Justin Geisinger Grade: 3.5 Position: OG Class: Sr School: Vanderbilt Conference: SEC Ht., Wt.: 6-3.5, 322 40 Time: 5.37 Selected by: Buffalo Bills Round 6, pick 23 (197 overall) Grading System BIO: Four-year starter at left tackle. Awarded varying degrees of All-Conference honors since his freshman campaign. POSITIVES: Powerful, wide-bodied college tackle who projects to guard at the next level. Nasty blocker who drives defenders off the line or seals them from the action with body positioning. Stays square, keeps defenders in front of him and effectively uses blocking angles. Knows what.s happening on the field and helps out teammates. Quick off the snap into blocks and immediately sets in pass protection. Solid hand technician. NEGATIVES: Lacks blocking range and struggles sliding laterally. Lacks adjustment as well as the ability to redirect to opponents. Must learn to finish. ANALYSIS: A wide-bodied lineman with excellent weight room strength, Geisinger has done a solid job protecting the blind side at Vandy. Limited blocking range will force him inside, though he could develop into a productive starting guard in the right system. PROJECTION: Mid Fourth Round
  18. A friend of mine, who is a 49ers fan, and a Cal Season Ticket holder... "!@#$ the 49ers! I'm a Raiders fan now". The 49ers had a chance to really bolster their fanbase by drafting Rodgers. I know Smith might be the better QB, but the Cal fans wanted Rodgers on the 49ers. The 49ers missed a golden marketing opportunity.
  19. Note to self. If in self fantasy, you perform 69 with daughter of sans-headset, wear football helmet without facemask. Thus preventing skull crushing in event that at precise moment of ecstacy, she suddenly closes legs.
  20. Because Dan Snyder isn't the owner. I think I'm gonna start a personal war with baby Dan. Sure. He has more money than I do, but I can't stand Napolean types who think they're better than everyone else. Snyder the midget should be the personal manservant for Al Davis. That's all he's good for.
