  1. I don't know why - but I have this weird feeling that there will be 3 QB's on the roster like Ryan said. But the third will be from another team.
  2. That would be one helluva coup though if Tennessee could get Julio Jones for just Andy Levitre
  3. He was traded to the Falcons - but for a late round pick in next year's draft and a conditional pick in 2017. Julio Jones definitely wasn't a part of the deal.
  4. That means two more WR's need to go between Marquise Goodwin, Chris Hogan, Deonte Thompson, and Marcus Thigpen. Maybe one more but I can't imagine they'd keep 7.
  5. I was afraid IK had played himself of the team. Too many penalties and costly ones to boot. Twice he went offsides and allowed a drive to continue that was otherwise thwarted this preseason.
  6. Kinda off-topic - but am I the only one that finds all the posts/re-tweets about his fiancee/their relationship a little over the top? Maybe he's overcompensating for the domestic violence rumblings. But damn - I don't think I've followed a player that's more into public displays of affection.
  7. A.) I disagree. He has more sacks than Suh has since Dareus' rookie gear of 2011. If he's not better - he's equivalent. And a year younger. B.) How does that matter? C.) .... what? That's simply incorrect. You do know he's on the last year of his deal right now, right?
  8. This pisses me off. I don't have a problem with what he said. What I'm upset about is the offer. Suh set the standard in April. Dareus has been making a point to say he's the best DT in the league and his numbers make it hard to argue. And I knew when Suh signed his deal and Dareus said that - that it would take the same if not more. So coming in at less would obviously feel like a slap in the face to him. So why even send it to him?
  9. I hope he's fully healed by then. As much as I want Shady in the backfield for the opener - hamstrings are REALLY naggy. I'd rather him sit out an extra week if it's still a little sore than push him for the opener only to possibly re-aggravate it and have it be an issue all season long.
  10. I'd be freaking out if we hadn't drafted Ronald Darby and he wasn't getting high grades in practice by most in the media. Now i'm just a little bummed that we aren't as deep in the Secondary as I originally thought. Or at least just for a little while.
  11. Looking at the depth chart - i'd think they'd be more interested in acquiring a Tackle than a Guard at this point.
  12. He's great. But they seem to be all in on Miller and Incognito as our starting Guards. If this had happened pre-draft, i'm sure they'd have been all over it. But after picking Miller, I don't see them spending that kind of money for Mathis.
  13. We need depth at Inside Linebacker. With Mario, Hughes, Lawson, and Wynn - I don't know why they felt they needed more pass rush/3-4 OLB depth.
  14. I've been keeping an eye out for YEARS for an original version of the Machine Gun Kelly poster. I've yet to see one. I know there was a guy on this very board who would constantly post asking if anyone had one.
  15. Damn. Can't win em all this year.
  16. I really hope that he and Rex made a connection over dinner. Because now that his name is getting more and more clear - it's becoming obvious he'll be able to go to any team in the NFL.
  17. If Spikes signs with NE before 5/12 - does that cancel out our signing of Carrington in the Compensatory Pick equation?
  18. Shady - Mario - Dareus - Kyle - Hughes I'm calling FIVE!
  19. I think Shady's right. But it's not about race. It's about Chip not wanting to deal with Superstars he himself didn't mold. He wants to create and take credit for his own stars.
  20. I can't wait to watch people lose their friggin' MINDS around here when he stuffs McCoy for a loss next year...
  21. I agree. I was a big fan of Joe Buscaglia (although that feeling seemed to be the minority) and Sal is a very different personality in comparison.
  22. All true statements. But the problem is that he came here with a reputation of having a problem with fumbles and it was a HUGE, game costing fumble. It'd be like someone hiring you knowing that you've had a penchant for being late. But they give you a chance because you have a lot of upside. Then you show up late one day and it costs the company a big sale. It may be the first time it happened there, but combined with the rep - you're screwed.
  23. Both he and Russell Wilson (RGIII and Tannehill too) have 5th year options. If they don't extend this year, the options will be used so they're at least under contract through next year.
  24. The "inside info" was that the OP was told by a family member that Spikes was eating at a Buffalo restaurant over the weekend. Which if true still doesn't mean much. Especially since Bills brass are in Arizona.
