I know he is the owner and can do whatever he wants but Jerry needs to step down as GM for the good of his team. He doesn't sign Parsons who is an elite level talent. The he trades a lot of the capital he got from the Parsons trade to sign an older and not quite as good of a player in Williams. Williams is a good player but not on Parson's level. All of this for a Cowboys team that is most likely not making the playoffs.

Allen is one of the best QB's if not "the best" in the league. Plus, all of the commercials he does, then married to a celebrity. He has that Lebron, Judge type of popularity around the country. The only thing missing is a Super Bowl ring.
-
The Bills vs Chiefs has become a great rivalry. Allen and Mahomes are this generations Brady and Manning.

I bet most of her fans don't know the difference between a football and a baseball.

What team "won" on trade deadline day-2025 edition
Gregg replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Joe Douglas isn't the GM anymore. The Jets GM is Darren Mougey. What this selloff tells me is this current FO of Mougey and Glenn have job security even with this miserable season. We will see how this plays out. They still need a QB, and they have to hit a HR with these picks but for now they have set themselves up nicely for a rebuild with all of this draft capital they now have. -
Imagine going to that game. A bad Browns team vs a bad Jets team. The weather for NJ on Sunday calls for rain. There are going to be a lot of empty seats for this one. MetLife holds close to 80,000. My guess is 40 - 45,000 show up.

Let's take a second to appreciate James Cook

And an Andre Reed and James Lofton. On the other side of the ball Bruce Smith. -
Serious question how good are 7-2 AFC teams (and LAC at 6-3)

I would include the Ravens as well. They are getting healthy and when healthy they have a really strong roster. Those Ravens - Steelers games will be fun to watch. If the Ravens sweep them then the division is probably theirs. -

Cook has been the Bills best player this season and that includes 17. -

The AFC is wide open this year. This week I want. Falcons over Colts Bills over Dolphins Bucs over Pats These 3 things happen then the Bills will have control of the AFCE and a great shot at the #1 seed. -

Why do people think the Jets won on trade deadline day. The Jets will never win until they get rid of -
Jets TEARING it all down - Quinnen Williams to the Cowboys for 1+2

What was Beane supposed to get done when it comes to the Jets. The Bills are one of the Jets biggest rivals. They weren't trading any of their good players to the Bills. -
Jets GM Brick Johnson has been busy today.

Or Breece?
-
Beane is probably on the phone with Cleveland working on a deal that would bring Vontae Mack and Ray Jennings to Buffalo.

The Bills two weeks ago curb stomped Carolina 40-9. The coaches won't keep things close to the vest.

Allen and Cook against that Bengals defense. Big advantage Bills.

Go all in. The AFC is wide open this year. Every team in the conference has at least 2 losses so for the Bills at 6-2 the #1 seed is still very much in play. NE isn't playing a creampuff for a change by going to Tampa. I expect the Bills to blowout the Dolphins similar to the Carolina game and the Bucs to win. If that happens then the Bills are 7-2 with the Pats 7-3. That would put the Bills in control of the AFCE.
-
Watch out for the Ravens. They are getting healthy, so I expect them to go on a run. If they can beat the Steelers, then the division is still in play for them. Even though the Bills beat them in week 1 I still hope the Bills can avoid them in the playoffs if possible. They don't have a lot of depth but when healthy they have a really strong roster.
-
I do think the Bills and Bucs will win their games but the Falcons upsetting the Colts might be wishful thinking for Bills fans. Strange things happen with those overseas games with the time change. A Falcons upset win would be nice, but I wouldn't bet on it.
-
If the Falcons can upset the Colts on Sunday morning and the Bills and Bucs win their respective games later that day, then the Bills will be in great shape seeding wise.

IMHO going for the FG was the right call. They are up 7 and the Chiefs had no timeouts. If he makes it, then it's game over. If he misses which he did then it's still hard for KC to drive that far down the field with no timeouts and get a TD. Thankfully they failed. If the Bills were only up by 3 instead of 7 then I might have punted as a 53-yard FG is no sure thing.
-
I agree with you. The 4th and 17 should never happen. Give credit to Mahomes and their offense for making that play. But the Bills should have stopped them there. You can't give up a 4th and 17 completion. But overall, it was still good day for the Bills defense
