Teams really don't play the starters in preseason anymore. If they do it's for a series or two. I wouldn't worry now but if he is still having health issues by mid/late August then it will become a concern.

This Bills team needs their version of 78. Even 12 had 34 and 83 as major contributors on offense. Who does Allen really have besides Cook. Our WR group is pretty average and there is absolutely nobody on defense who can dominate like Bruce did.

Don't forget about Daboll. He might be the favorite to be the first coach fired. If the Giants have another trainwreck of a season, then I expect Schoen to go as well.

Both Belichick and Reid are much better HC's the McDermott. Also, the Pats and Chiefs defenses play/played a lot better than the Bills defense in the playoffs. Both Brady and Mahomes never had to play in "God mode" like Allen does to give their teams a chance to win.

The way these injuries are going in TC I hope McDermott plays only the scrubs in preseason. The Bills could go 0-3 and lose all three games 63-0 and I wouldn't care.

If the Bills were to lose at home in the WC round, I think that would put McDermott on the hot seat and possibly even fired. That would be a very disappointing ending to the Bills season if it happened.
