Fair point but the Bills WR's are "meh". Kincaid looks like he is developing into a solid player if he can stay healthy. Shakir is a decent WR, but he shouldn't be WR 1. That's a problem as he is more suited as WR 2 at best or better off as a WR 3. Cook might break down from carrying a heavy work, but the Bills don't have any other options as far as difference makers go on that side of the ball.

After 9 years and 8 with Allen I do think she would have done something. Either fire them or put them on notice that their jobs on the line. With Terry it feels like they have 100% job security no matter how the season plays out.

What does everyone think of the Colts? I have to admit I didn't see 6-1 coming especially with "Danny Dimes" as their QB. But the Chiefs have gotten their act together and have to be considered the favorite (AGAIN) to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.

Brady needs a gameplan to get Cook the ball a minimum of 25 times combined rushing and receiving since he is the only playmaker that Josh has on offense. Enough of this everybody eats crap. Cook needs to "eat" the most if the Bills offense is to get out of this 2-game slump they are in.

I wonder what the FO would look like if Kim had remained healthy. She was the one behind the purchase of the Bills more so than Terry. Remember the video when they ended the playoff drought. They showed the owner's box when the Bills were playing the Dolphins. Terry and Brandon were sitting there watching the game while Kim was in the background pacing back and forth nervously. She even admitted that she took the wins and losses more seriously than Terry. I would have to think she would not be happy the Bills haven't gotten to the Super Bowl with Allen as the QB all this time. She might have fired Beane and McDermott by now or at least put them on notice that their jobs are on the line if they continue to come up short in the playoffs.

We all know come next Sunday afternoon between 3:30 - 4:15 we will all be nervous nellies during crunch time as the Bills will be in another nailbiter. Hopefully they end up 5-2. They should end up 5-2 but 4-3 is a real possibility and the Panthers run game vs the Bills run defense will be the main reason if 4-3 happens.

Then good luck getting a new GM to come here especially one with experience and who has had success in this league. They aren't attached to McDermott, and any new potential GM is going to want to have the power to bring in their own HC if they don't see eye-to-eye with Sean on running the team. They probably wouldn't take the job if they didn't have that option.

If they go a run, then the #1 seed is still in play. The Steelers dropping to 4-2 helped. The Chiefs are 3-3. The Colts are 5-1 but can they keep it up. The AFC looks wide open this year.

By Beane and McDermott? If this season goes south and really goes south (NO PLAYOFFS) then Terry is going to have to think about cleaning house. But if they do come back both should be on the hot seat in 2026.
