Schoen has put together a decent roster. The OL needs work, but it looks like they have their QB, RB, and WR 1. The DL has some good talent as well. I am not saying this is a Super Bowl contender but there are nice pieces in place for the new coach to work with.

A new GM won't come here unless he has the power to move on from McDermott and bring in his own HC. He would probably try to work with McDermott in the beginning but if it doesn't work then Sean is gone. Also, the new GM will want final say on building the roster when it comes to the draft/FA.

It wouldn't shock me if Bill goes to the Giants. He has history there and he might like the challenge of turning them around. He does have an opt out in his contract with UNC to return to the NFL.

You can't put this on Kim anymore as she hasn't been involved with the Bills or Sabres since her health declined. Terry's oldest daughter who is being groomed to be the next Bills owner after Terry probably doesn't have any influence right now to make decisions. This is all on Terry Pegula as far Sean and Brandon still being here.

I will always be grateful to the Pegula's for buying the Bills and doing their part in getting the new stadium built that keeps the Bills future in WNY going forward. Their ownership with the team has mostly been a successful one. But I think we are reaching a point where a change in the FO is needed. Will Terry make a change. I think Kim would but unfortunately, she is dealing with serious health issues and is not involved with the team anymore.

Exactly. In the video when they broke the drought, she even said she takes the wins and losses more personal than Terry. I remember a few years back she was out in the parking lot doing shots with the fans. They showed it on the CBS pregame show. If she were healthy, I would think that McDermott and Beane are already gone, or their seats are extremely hot.

Watch out for the Ravens. They are healthy now and will probably catch the Steelers for the division. I think they will be the team that represents the AFC in the Super Bowl if they can remain relatively healthy going forward.

You do have to spend but the successful teams are the ones who draft really well. The Ravens are a good example of this. The foundation/core of your team is built through the draft. If Terry ever decides to clean house I would hope, he would look at organizations with a strong FO and a strong scouting staff who have a history of drafting well. The Ravens, Eagles, Chiefs are examples of teams who have done this. This is where Terry should look for the next GM. Then let him make the call on the next HC as well as bring in scouts who he feels comfortable working with. The scouting department for the Bills needs to be improved. IMHO. We have had to many misses with our picks and not enough HR's. Beane takes the fall for that, but the scouting department needs to held responsible as well.

I wish Terry had a George Steinbrenner attitude when it came to winning and losing. I remember a famous quote he once said. "The two most important things in life are breathing and winning and not necessarily in that order". George wasn't perfect but, in my lifetime, I have seen the Yanks win 7 World Series with him as the owner.

Beane wouldn't stay here if he were a McDermott puppet. If he were fired, then he would be unemployed for about 5 minutes before getting another GM job. Does McDermott have a say in how the roster should be built. Of course, he does but Beane has power here as well. Both men are responsible for this roster. If things continue to go south, then both should be held accountable.
