Nothing that we don't already know but articles in the media are mentioning it. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/is-bills-head-coach-sean-mcdermott-on-the-hot-seat-following-recent-struggles/ar-AA1OsE5U?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=68eea24cfeeb4b35b11cbe008cdc1c42&ei=13

McDermott may win one or more later on in his career just like Reid did, but Allen will be retired by that time. I also don't think McDermott wins a Super Bowl for the Bills which is why I want a change. Allen still can but a coaching change needs to happen. IMHO

What senior leadership (if any) does Terry move on from in 2025/26?Gregg replied to Mango's topic in The Stadium Wall Isn't Terry and Kim's oldest daughter being groomed as the Bills next owner. I thought Terry was showing her the ropes by bringing her to the owner meetings as well as learning the day-to-day responsibilities of running the team.

What senior leadership (if any) does Terry move on from in 2025/26?Gregg replied to Mango's topic in The Stadium Wall He should hire Lou Lamoriello as a consultant to help the Sabres find a new GM and HC. Lou still knows the league although he is too old to handle the day-to-day duties of being a GM

If Sean McDermott and Marv Levy switched era’sGregg replied to bubba2018's topic in The Stadium Wall Sean would have benched Thurman to make it harder on Kelly just like he did last night to Allen by benching Cook.

If Sean McDermott and Marv Levy switched era’sGregg replied to bubba2018's topic in The Stadium Wall I will never understand why they didn't run Thurman more. He was dominant that day. At the very least the Giants would have been forced to put more men in the box to stop him and that would have helped Kelly open up the passing game.

What senior leadership (if any) does Terry move on from in 2025/26?Gregg replied to Mango's topic in The Stadium Wall I wonder if things would have been different if Kim were healthy. She was the driving force in them buying the Bills. She seemed to take the wins and losses personally like a fan. They showed her in the parking lot doing shots tailgating with the fans one time on the CBS pregame show a few years ago. I wonder if Beane are McDermott are still here if she were still involved with the team. At the very least I think she would have put them on notice and their seats would be very hot after 9 years of not getting it done. IMHO

If Sean McDermott and Marv Levy switched era’sGregg replied to bubba2018's topic in The Stadium Wall Allen with those Bills teams in the 90's wins the Giants Super Bowl and the 2nd Cowboys Super Bowl. Allen would have a much better defense led by #78. Allen would have Reed and Lofton to throw to. Even though Cook is a good back he is still no Thurman. The Redskins he probably loses as they physically dominated the Bills. The first Cowboys Super Bowl they also probably lose with all the turnovers they had. So, I say Allen goes 2-2 in those 4 Super Bowls with the 90's teams.

We can be the NFL's version of Army. Run the ball 99% of the time. A 1:00 game will be over by 2:30.

Nobody is crowning NE but if you don't think they have a good shot at the division with that schedule then you aren't facing reality. With the exception of the Jets game the Bills haven't looked all that good even in the wins. Does this mean the season is over, of course not. But they have things to fix if they want to compete for a Super Bowl. Right now, this team looks nothing like a contender.
-
	Sad and pitiful.

Why does McDermott get a pass? A new GM will probably want to bring in his own HC rather than be forced to work with McDermott especially if the new GM's philosophy on building a football team doesn't match up well with Sean's.

I wouldn't even look to get the coach first. I would at teams who have drafted well to get the new GM. The FOs from the Eagles and Ravens for example have done well drafting over the years and putting strong rosters together. Both teams have won multiple Super Bowls. I would look to hire AGMs from teams like this who have done well in the draft. Once the Bills find that person then let them hire the next HC. The new GM has to come here with a strong track record with building through the draft. If we had that with Beane then we probably have a Super Bowl win already.
-
The only person who can change it is Terry. If this season ends up a disappointing one, then I would at least hope Beane and McDermott are on the hot seat. Terry will be asking Bills fans to pay a lot for tickets with PSL's at the new stadium. He can at least try to put the best product on the field for Bills fans to watch. After 9 years of same old same old with McBean that probably means a different GM/HC to come here and run the show.
-
I am not assuming playoffs. They probably will make it, but NE has an easy schedule and looks ready to challenge the Bills for the AFCE. McDermott is winless on the road in the playoffs so if that first playoff game is being played on WC weekend, then I already know their chances of making it to the Super Bowl are practically zero especially if they have to go to Arrowhead again. Bottom line the Bills need the #1 seed. It can still be there for them, but they need to turn their season around starting with Carolina.
-
A must win is coming up vs Carolina. The Panthers have been playing well lately. I would hope this will be one of those games where the Bills win big and the game is over by halftime or 3rd quarter. To be fair the Bills have won many regular season games like that over the years. It wouldn't surprise if this ends up being a close game that goes down to the wire. I don't even want to think about 4-3.
-
Don't worry Beane will get Josh that legit #1 WR in the draft when he selects an LB in the first round.
-
The Eagles seem like the NFC version of the Bills this season. They look "off". The OL isn't as good; Barkley isn't close to what he was last year. The defense isn't as good as last year. They just got smoked by the Giants and even with Dart they still suck. Of course, they did win the Super Bowl last year so if they have an "off" year it's no big deal as opposed to the Bills who can't seem to get over the hump and win a Lombardi.
-
Elway didn't win until he was getting towards the end of his career, but he at least played in three Super Bowls before finally winning two. It's a shame that Allen can't get to even one Super Bowl. Beane and McDermott have failed to get him the help he needs to get to play in one.
-
Not that I expect Terry to clean house but on the chance he does then who are emerging as the top GM/HC candidates. There are usually 4 or 5 jobs opening up after the season. Given the Jets are 0-6 with a bunch of 1-5 teams I expect that will happen again.
-
If the Bills hire a new GM, then McDermott is probably gone as the new GM will want to bring in his own HC. You see this all the time in sports when a new GM takes over.

Random talking head says something about the BillsGregg replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Yup and its being noticed more with the media and both Beane and McDermott are being called out for it. Everyone can see it. Last night you could see Allen pressing and forcing things trying to make something happen. Right now, this team has no shot at a Super Bowl, and they might not even win the division. The real question is when will Terry do something about it.
