  1. I would say besides Allen that Cook is a concern for opposing defenses. He is the only legit threat we have to take it to the house from anywhere on the field. As for our WR's and TE's opposing defenses take them as seriously as a three stooges' episode.
  2. They have to do something. Definitely not getting past KC in the playoffs. Now the Bills will have to fight for the AFCE. Thanks Brandon, thanks Sean.
  3. As I mentioned in a previous post if the Bills job opened up it would be a very attractive one because of 17. Pegula could still mess things up, but he would have the top candidates begging to come here with the franchise QB already in place.
  4. I don't care if Cook can block. Bottom line is the Bills are trailing in the 4th quarter, so you aren't putting him out there to block anyway. He is the one playmaker on offense who is a threat to take it to the house from anywhere on the field. You are trying to get him the ball in open spaces so he can go make a big play.
  5. I can't argue with that as the Sabres are an example that you can easily be right about this.
  6. With the trade deadline approaching the pressure is 100% on Beane. He needs to go get a legit #1 WR to help Allen and Cook. Shakir is a good WR, but he is more suited as a #3 or even a decent #2 but he isn't a #1. The Bills can't get by with just two weapons on offense at the skill positions. With the defense we have to hope the players coming back from injury and suspension will help shore up that side of the ball. One thing is for certain watching last night is Allen and Cook alone cannot get this team to a Super Bowl much less win one. They need help if they want to get past KC in the playoffs. Brandon needs to be active this trade deadline and get them another playmaker on offense. Kincaid getting healthy will also help on that side of the ball.
  7. If the Bills job opened up it would be one of the most attractive jobs to come to because of #17. Pegula would have his choice of top GM's and HC's wanting to work for him. This isn't the Jets where top candidates will avoid that job like the plague.
  8. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nhl/nhl-commissioner-hints-at-winter-classic-returning-to-bills-stadium-in-near-future/ar-AA1OnnaF?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=68ed5b758cae415c8a63219744b648a9&ei=16 The NHL is targeting the 2028 season. It will mark the 20-year anniversary since the first winter classic at the current stadium. They want to do another one at the new Bills stadium.
  9. Glenn could lose the locker room if he continues to start Fields. https://www.ganggreennation.com/new-york-jets-news/87954/report-multiple-ny-jets-players-wanted-tyrod-taylor-over-justin-fields
  10. I would have guessed Daboll, but it looks like Dart might be able to help him save his job. A blowout win over their hated rivals last Thursday night was a good start. I will say McDaniel is next. I am surprised he is still their coach TBH.
  11. Fair point but when you have a really bad record after 6 games in football your season is basically over. If this were baseball you can struggle for a short period of time and still save your season but at 1-5 with only 11 games left it is going to be really hard for the Ravens to save their season especially if they don't get their starters back from injury ASAP. It's the Steelers division to lose at this point.
  12. The Steelers have the division pretty much clinched. It's not just the Ravens as the Bengals and Browns seasons are in the toilet as well.
  13. The defense failing especially in the playoffs is the main reason I want to move on from McDermott. But I know that won't happen since Terry likes him as the HC.
  14. I don't know what's going on with the Eagles, but they haven't been all that impressive this year. Barkley is having a down year compared to last year as their OL doesn't look as good. They just got blown out by the Giants at MetLife. The Giants even with Dart aren't all that good. It will still a be a tough game but maybe not as tough as we thought.
  15. The Falcons offense will present problems for the Bills defense, but I still think the Bills win a close one. Something like 27-24.
  16. The road schedule isn't all that tough at least on paper. We will see what happens on the field which is all that matters. But if the Bills are as good as we think they are then they should handle business at Atlanta and Carolina.
  17. I don't know what I am enjoying more the Dolphins collapsing or the Jets being 0-6 and looking totally clueless. I guess the correct answer is "F them both". McDaniel probably gets fired and it wouldn't shock me if Glenn is one and done. He is getting killed by the NYC media today.
  18. Not if the Bills were coming off a Super Bowl championship season.
