I hope they can work something out. Obviously, he is not on the level of Barkley or Henry, but he is the 2nd best player on our offense. Led the league in rushing TD's last year. That is something that can't easily be replaced in the run game. His 2024 stats 207 carries Tied-19th YDS 1,009 16th TD 16 Tied-1st AVG 4.9

Both the Eagles and Commanders are much better than the Giants. Even the Cowboys are better. The Giants are looking at a rebuild so I don't see the playoffs as a possibility. Wilson is fine until the Giants get their future QB in the draft.

Giants are meeting Russell Wilson today. He isn't what he used to be, but he can still be the starter until they find their future QB in the draft. He is certainly better than Tommy "Cutlets" Devito. If I am the Giants, I don't let him leave the building without a contract.

As far as QB's go the big 3 are Mahomes, Allen, and Burrow. Daniels looks promising in Washington, but he has to prove he can do it year after year.

Agree. It's a QB driven league. No coach or GM is winning unless they have the QB in place they can build around.

The big reason the Pats declined was they went from the GOAT to Jones. That is a massive drop off in talent at the most important position. No coach in NFL history could overcome that. Even in the last few years with Bill their defense kept them in most games, but the offense was garbage.

Wilson is meeting with the Browns today and the Giants tomorrow. Both the Steelers and Giants are showing the most interest in Rodgers. In the Bills case they are close. If the Bills could get Hendrickson (I doubt the Bengals trade him here) then that could be the move that puts them over the top and they bring a Lombardi to WNY. Of course there is always the risk it doesn't work. I agree with you about the draft. Beane needs to hit a HR with a strong draft class for DL. The lack of pass rush has hurt this team for years now and its one of the main reasons the Bills have yet to play in a Super Bowl.

Probably could say the same thing about McDermott. To be fair no GM/HC will look good without a QB. See Bill as an example of that when he went from the GOAT to Jones.

With this being a strong draft class for DL I don't see a trade with the Bengals either. Like you said the Bengals probably wouldn't trade him to the Bills anyway. I do think the Bills will still focus on DL in the draft. Not just for next year but for the long-term future as well.

It would be funny if he signs with the Giants and leads them to the playoffs. That would piss Jets fans off. If he signs with the Steelers as the rumors say, then I could see a Steelers at Jets week 1 on MNF since Pitt plays at MetLife this year.

True but the Bills have a lot of picks this draft. I wonder if they package some of them to move up if there is a player they really want.

I actually prefer the draft. The 1st round especially. FA is nice but teams are built thru the draft.
