This WR group is one of the worst if not the worst in the league. Shakir is a good player who should be #3 WR. He would make a great #3. The problem is he is the Bills #1 WR and he's not a #1. Kincaid is a nice player. He is not elite yet, but he is improving. I just wish he could stay healthy. As far as elite players from the skill positions on offense go its Allen and Cook. That's it.

We will see in these next 6 days if there is a battle for the division. Tampa and Houston are must wins. Gets them back to 8-3 and a game back of the Pats. Lose one of them and its hello WC assuming they make it.

What if the new GM wants to bring in his own HC and tells Terry he won't take the job unless he has the option to fire McDermott.

I don't think anyone could make a good argument to fire the Chiefs HC/GM if this is a down year given all they have accomplished in recent years.

The Bills will have no trouble filling the new stadium next year. Fans are going to want to check it out to see what a game is like there and what else the stadium has to offer since it will be 53 years since Bills fans got to experience a new stadium. Once the "shine" of the place wears off then they better have a competitive team at the prices they are charging otherwise hello empty seats.

If the worst case happens and they are 6-5 a week from tonight, then the pitchforks and knives will be out in full force for Beane and McDermott's heads.

Even if they don't make the playoffs, I think Terry will still give them 2026 to fix it. If year 1 in the new stadium is disappointing, then they might get fired or at the very least have their jobs on the line if 2027 isn't a good year.

The Eagles pretty much have the division locked up. They are 7-2 with the Cowboys at 3-5-1, the Commanders at 3-7 and the Giants at 2-8. But they will most likely still be playing for seeding. The Lions, Bears and Bucs are 6-3. The Seahawks and Rams are 7-2 and the Niners are 6-4. They will have something to play for when they come to Buffalo.

This is going to be an interesting offseason for sure. It does feel like this team has regressed this year. With the Pats getting better Beane has to have a good offseason with the draft and FA. We (fans) say this every year, but he has got to find a #1 WR. They need another elite level weapon on offense to help Allen and Cook.

Rumors/speculation in the NYC area about Bill going to the Giants. He has history there and has always spoken highly of the organization. If he did become their next HC I wouldn't be surprised.

After nine years it feels like a change is needed. The Eagles eventually moved on from Reid, and he had more success in Philly then Sean has had in Buffalo. He led the Eagles to 9 playoff runs, 6 division titles, 5 NFCCG appearances as well as a Super Bowl appearance. The Bills IMHO need a change. I would love to hear from Terry on what he thinks of the Bills right now since his opinion is the only one that counts.

The Bills have missed on too many draft picks in the early rounds during Beane's time here. If McDermott and Beane are coming back (Spoiler alert - THEY ARE) then Beane should look to improve the scouting department. They deserve some of the blame here as well as far as striking out in the early rounds of the draft. Overall, this roster isn't all that great and the scouts own some of the blame for that.

I thought Terry's oldest daughter is learning the ropes from Terry to become the next Bills owner when he is no longer around.
