  1. Give it time. McDermott and Beane have only been here 9 years. They will figure it out. Josh may be 50 years old when they do but they will get it done. Have patience.
  2. Tough day to be a Philly fan with the Eagles and Phillies.
  3. This will be a tough game. The Falcons defense is pretty good. They have some nice weapons on offense and the Bills defense blows. I am not saying the Bills can't or won't win but it will most likely be a very close game and a game they can absolutely lose.
  4. Bill looks out of place in college. With him being so close to Shula's all-time wins record I am surprised he didn't wait for another HC job in the NFL. But he cannot have control of the entire operation. He sucks being in the GM role which was what led to his downfall in NE. It's probably the reason he didn't land another HC job in the NFL. But the man can coach especially defense. His record speaks for itself when he had an elite level QB. Granted Brady is the GOAT and better than Allen, but I bet he would have a better chance winning a championship with Josh then McDermott who I don't think will ever win one for Buffalo. Allen will be this generations Marino/Rivers with Sean.
  5. Judge and Allen seem to be having the same careers in their respective sport. Great players done in by poor coaching/managing. I wonder if either of them will have a chance to win a championship. Right now, I would say no.

  7. Has a trade ever happened between divisional rivals of players of this caliber. I would take all three players from the Jets but the chances they would help us out are almost zero percent.
  8. If he does leave UNC I can see a return to the NFL. I see "HC of the NYG" in his future. Daboll is not surviving this year. Bill has history with the Giants.
  9. I live in NJ and the pizza in both NJ and the NYC area is very good IMHO. I can't comment on Buffalo, Chicago, or Detroit so NYC is my only choice for this poll.
  10. I don't think McDermott or Beane are getting fired. Even if the Bills missed the playoffs, I think Terry would give them next year to fix it. They have done a lot of regular season winning over the years so one bad regular season if that happened won't get them fired. If by some chance Terry fired McDermott, then I think the most realistic option would be to promote Brady as HC. This way Allen gets to stay in the same offensive system they have been running which has proven to be effective. Then hire a proven DC like Jim Schwartz or somebody like that. The defense is the real problem and changing up the scheme wouldn't be a bad thing IMHO. But again, I don't see McDermott getting fired anytime soon.
  11. The two best athletes in NY happen to play for my favorite teams the Bills and Yankees. I wonder which one gets a championship first Allen or Judge. Both seem to be held back by the coach/manger in McDermott-Boone. I hope both can win obviously but I have my doubts about either getting that championship.
  12. I don't think it's meant as real life hate as that would be nuts and whoever feels that way towards a rival sports team needs help. There is sports "hate" among rivals. Bills - Dolphins, Yankees - Red Sox, Michigan - Ohio State to name a few examples. The teams that fanbases want to beat the most and ruin their season. That type of thing.
  13. Jets fans should be used to this. Woody Johnson has been flipping the bird at Jets fans for years.
  14. As for Buffalo and baseball I could see the Yankees and Mets being NY and Bills fans always remind Jets-Giants fans that they are the only NY football team. So, I can see supporting the NY baseball teams even though the Blue Jays are a lot closer to Buffalo. I can also see the Blue Jays having a lot of fans in WNY being the "local" team to the area. But the Indians, Sox, and Pirates. I can't understand that. Especially the Sox given the hatred for Boston teams in the Pats and Bruins.
  15. Ben has won two Super Bowls. That doesn't sound like a wasted career to me. McDermott is making Allen this generation's version of Marino/Rivers.
  16. I don't know about 1-4. The only game they really should have lost was the Ravens game. They had a blowout win vs the Jets. The games against the Fins and Saints were close, but most NFL games are. Even the bad teams can play a competitive game, The Saints game was close for 3 quarters but the Bills did pull away in the 4th quarter for a 12-point win. The Dolphins is a rivalry game, and they were fighting to save their season. I actually expected the Fins game to be close. The NFL isn't like many college games where the score is 63-0 in the 3rd quarter. With all that said they do have issues on defense. I don't know if it's lack of talent or scheme they run, but something isn't right. The offense is fine IMHO. Fixing the defense will be a hard thing to do in season. I expect the Bills 1st Rd pick in the 2026 draft to be either DT, LB, or CB/S is my guess.
  17. What if Harbaugh (Ravens) becomes available? He has been with the Ravens a long time. He has been a good coach in this league, but this year is looking like a disaster for them, even though injuries are a big part of it. I wonder if he and the organization part ways if they don't make the playoffs.
  18. This board will go full blown nuclear if the Bills are 4-2 late Monday night.
  19. For once the teacher actually is hot. Lucky kid is right.
  20. Give credit to the Blue Jays. They were the better team and deserved to win. Football and hockey for me now. Let's Go Bills and Let's Go Islanders.
