  1. Mr Roger's drew a 'L' as in Pittsburgh Losers......
  2. I think coaches became riverboat gamblers because there are several of the top teams with elite qbs that routinely go for 4 and short because they have the advantage and they succeed more often than not. The Ravens and Lamarr say he's an mvp candidate and an elite Franchize QB they can hardly justify coaching or playing scared when there's a chance to win the game. Not after they blew the lead in last game as well. Just their bad luck the Bills have the superior and well seasoned team that has the offense and defense that can rally and make up for a bad start.
  3. Is draftking app even usable in ny? I looked at it awhile ago it said had to be in PA.
  4. Maybe they don't deserve another good quarterback until they learn how to protect them better. Peyton took a beating over the years despite having a quick release and elite skill reading defenses. Luck was beaten up to the point he didn't enjoy playing anymore. Would any Bills fan argue that part of the reason Josh improved so well is he still loves playing the game. Once it becomes just his job, I hope it's after numerous SB rings with the Bills and he decides he prefers to focus on his family, farm and the Patricia Allen Foundation and walks away healthy and satisfied with his career.
  5. Yea if the deer popped out in front of him suddenly easy for him to have swerved just from fast reflexes before even having a thought of hitting breaks as u head straight at the deer.
  6. Yea just like breaking the plane at the goal line u catch the pass 2 feet in its a td.
  7. I'm certainly glad the Bills don't play games concerning player health. If he clears the protocols fine if not we plug in who is healthy.
  8. Yea most would rather be on a roster over a practice squad and then there are those thatcwill prefer another teams location. However, it still is completely up to the player if they want to sign any offer they get. And if a team really wants to keep the player they can offer a bigger check not sure if there are any limits and if it is counted against cap.
  9. Well if a player is really one the team does not want to lose they can offer to pay him a bonus to not sign with another team.
  10. Always could but the signing team has to put the claimed playee on their 53 man roster. Also a player can refuse the offer if they prefer to remain on the ps squad they currently are on.
  11. Would be ironic if we get to Super Bowl and faced the Eagles as the only NFCE team we didn't play against yet for the Lombardi.
  12. Only himself to blame for not taking the opportunity to keep getting better at routes.
  13. McD is coaching 3D chess and Titans were playing checkers. I bet the Titans didn't even practice their punt returns as they prepped for the Bills.
  14. I get the feeling Cole wouldn't accept a deal to play for the Bills.
  15. He had a pair of bills themed sneakers on. Can Google it to see what they looked like.
  16. I'm glad they all looked competent. The Bills will sweep the AFCE and I prefer the Fins, Jets, Pats to at least look capable. Beating scrubs is no way to stay sharp to win the SB. I
  17. Didn't even think of the single season record. But let him aim to hit 23 to retake the nfl single season record to be held again by a Buffalo Bill.
  18. I don't get the impression he will need to be coached to realize he's gonna benefit from the rotation we employ. I think his statements on wanting to be on the field just was his way of saying he isn't looking to be a passenger but be a part of the reason the Bills get the Lombardi. He's aware he's got a shot to at least challenge the sack record Bruce holds, but it means von has to play well for a number of years yet. Don't know if I want to see any player break Smith's record for sacks, but I know I'd rather it be a player that did get a healthy percentage of his stats as a Bill. Miller is chasing his place in nfl history. He wants to be first to win 3 SB with 3 different teams. Be awfully nice to get into the top 5 all time sack leaders. Since he signed for a number of years which coincide with what appears to be the start of a new winning era for the franchise, it is feasible he could challenge for 2nd place total number of sb wins and get 5 rings, 3 coming as a Buffalo Bill making the choice to be inducted to HOF as a Bill, as he then transitions to joining Brandon Beanes staff. And he eventually becomes Bills GM at some future time to get more SB rings with the Bills. I mean if I am going to take the time to imagine some future scenario it's gonna be the one I described not some picture of a disgruntled aging star crying over playing time. But that's just me. I try to use my imagination in positive ways.
  19. And it's very possible Davis continues his development to elite status to up that to 5 on the team. Edmunds could bloom with the way our dl is capable of playing. And Groot and Basham are flashing.
  20. Yea. I'm gonna take Allen at his word he just loves to play the game and that part of the game he seems to motivate him and certainly you see a little extra effort from many of our players and that's a result of Allen's style. Injuries can happen at any time even doing just everyday things. I'll take a Josh Allen who is having a blast playing his way over a cautious timid Allen who's hesitancy could cause him to be too slow to avoid a harder hit and injured on a play he routinely avoids by his athleticism.
  21. Why i want to have the undefeated season to erase that only team in NFL history claim of the Dolphins. Let the Bills do one better with the 17 game seasons now.
  22. Lol and the gimmicky part of those plays is more often than not just Josh scrambling buying time to find best receiver and usually seems Knox mirrors Josh and gives him a good target. Knox is very good at giving Josh a safety valve when pressure has him moving. Iirc it was Knox that failed to catch that lateral in Josh's rookie year back before all the Bills offense learned with Josh you keep playing till you hear the whistle. Unlike any of us we don't know the plays Dorsey has in his playbook the Bills front office does and they know exactly how well Knox fits in their plans. I don't see the Bills trying to lowball players under this front office. When some players wanted to cash in they did elsewhere and yet a couple came back and seems like for fairly team friendly deals. Lawson and Phillips got more $$ elsewhere before returning to be Bills again. Knox also bought a house in WNY before this so it's possible both sides already knew they were gonna get deal done.
  23. I'd also throw in Thomas, he was fun to watch while defenses couldn't stop him.
  24. In one interview recently Von mentioned he wants to be a GM one day so he plays until he has to concede to father time and he just moves into a position in front office to learn from the current best gm in the NFL. Win win.
  25. Dunno who he's referring to. I certainly hope he's tweeting about another teams transactions. Otherwise publicly commenting in a somewhat negative tone doesn't seem like he's fully into the process. If he has some beef with the cuts he should keep it behind closed doors and not be tweeting cryptic innuendo.
