  1. Well said 👍 Great points as well. My concern is Belichek can get in Allen’s head & frustrate him to the point of reducing him to “Sugar High Josh”. If there is 1 coach that has the best chance of doing this it would be BB.
  2. Another idea regarding this post: ”Are you concerned about the Pats defense?” Yes, somewhat. Last year our coaching staff was a step ahead of Belichek especially in the 2nd match up. (They had him totally frustrated as he’s not used to bring out coached.). If we can consistently stay a step ahead of the Patriots coaching staff, with the talent we possess, we’re good to go.
  3. Offense: Brown Allen Diggs Defense: White Klein Oliver
  4. Just take a quick look at the catch he made & more importantly how he got himself into position to make the catch on the Bills last drive in the Titans game. Amazing. Also, on a much earlier drive, he was streaking across the end zone in the Titans game, wide open & unfortunately Josh did not see him. He has been in situations that this team wants to ascend to, great locker room leadership.
  5. When you have bigger physical receivers, unfortunately, Wallace is not the answer.
  6. He looks a bit out of shape still & was knocked backwards 3 yards on the last play. It was embarrassing, even though he was up against a good D lineman. He should own it & try to improve
  7. Unfortunately, our rookie right tackle was getting beaten regularly throughout the game.
  8. Yes, They lost their receiving TE
  9. Last game against the Chiefs, Diggs & Beasley & Davis we’re all very slowed by injuries. Also the Chiefs DB’s were daring the refs to throw a flag on their home field with the way they were covering the Bills receivers. In the Super Bowl last year, especially in the first half, the Chiefs DB’s drew a lot of pass interference & or defensive holding penalties. The refs in my opinion sent them a message. Also, John Brown in the last matchup was struggling to get off of press coverage. Our difference this year besides having a different O line make up & 2 rookie pass rushers & Star back is Emmanuel Sanders. I think he creates problems for the Chiefs, even if he does not rack up numbers….I’ll be watching 3 things, 1. I know it depends on JA having a good game & creating space, but how much of an advantage will our receivers have over the Chiefs defensive back field? 2. With a reshuffled O line & a rookie right tackle, how well will we run the ball & protect Allen? 3. With the emphasis on our D line in the past off season, are we ready to make a difference there?
  10. Sincerely, My apologies for any disrespect to you. I’m certain that I have room to grow in how I respond. All the best to you 👍
  11. I appreciate your freedom, & I just to set the record straight, I did pay them more prior to their now increased performance level. I paid them gladly significantly more than the market dictated. Much more to say if you showed more common respect. I would enjoy the convo.
  12. I must confess I baited you into this response. Your logic is why I don’t work for some one. I own my own company. Many of my “high performance” team members were not always high performers. Josh has proven that he is not like a Pat Mahomes or a Tom Brady & I’m not saying that critically. They ascended quicker than he did & have maintained it. Although a true comparison is still a bit early. As far as your sarcasm goes, use it on someone else. I have no need to respond to yours at all.
  13. The title of the post says “ If JA plays like crap this week, accept that he’s simply not good” My response is in context to the title of the post. Yours is not.
  14. The post seems like an over reaction. Even if JA continues to not get into a flow against the WFT, 3 games does not make a season or a career for that matter. Perhaps let’s look @ where he is game 16 of this season.
  15. If we were to bring Atkins in & he still had similar abilities, his presence & the attention he would receive would open up outside pass rushing lanes for our current greatest position of need, edge rusher. This would enhance the abilities of Addison & Hughes while helping to accomplish McDermotts stated goal of getting better than the Chiefs. I would imagine he would also contribute to defending what the Patriots are attempting to build in their rushing game.
  16. 1 year wonder: RGIII 1 game wonder: Timmy Smith/ 206 yards rushing in his first start in the Super Bowl as a rookie.
  17. Ryan Talbot @RyanTalbotBills · 1m THIS is a tweet that the #BillsMafia should be thrilled with. Ben is one of the best in the business in terms of breaking news and he's as locked in as any insider out there. If Ben says the #Bills are in the mix, you can take it to the bank. Quote Tweet Benjamin Allbright @AllbrightNFL · 9m The Bills are in the mix for Ertz but that tweet is from a fake account.
  18. September 30, 1973. Jets vs Bills attendance: 80,020 Final score: Bills 9/ Jets 7. 1st regular season game in the then Rich Stadium
  19. I agree that we try to make a move to get younger @DE. There are more than a few players in FA who fit the Beane/McDermott mantra that we have not thought of.
  20. Based on his comments about his former salary with the Vikes, I would say Rudolph will follow the money.
  21. Barring any unforeseen injuries to our starters this is a good call. Ford needs confidence & more reps in 1 position.
