  1. Feliciano & there may be no one better in FA per our cap status, was taken advantage of by playoff caliber defensive lines. This is the ultimate comparison Yes! Right on
  2. Najee Harris & rework the interior of our O line, however my best guess is that he is plenty gone before our pick.
  3. I saw Brown limping on his one leg/ knee coming into the huddle.
  4. Changes coming: "That's the team we gotta beat. So we gotta do everything with that in mind this offseason." - Sean McDermott, #Bills coach, on the #Chiefs. That's a message 30 other teams need to adopt, especially on the defensive side. @nflnetwork @AroundTheNFL John Brown: 40 time @4.34 Kenny Stills: 40 time @4.38
  5. “I've seen experts say stuff this week that honestly they just make up. It's not even lazy/old takes, just wrong ones - some totally from left field. But if they say it with a lot of volume and conviction it must be true. And there's rarely anyone else present with any actual knowledge to correct or challenge them. It's really been striking to me this week. I realized it's because it is probably always happening, but this week with more discussion on the Bills, a team I know more about, the falsehoods and innaccuracies stand out. It really has been kind of depressing to realize I watch so much content from people who honestly are so terrible at their job and provide nothing substantial.“ Great point 👍 If there is an opportunity to reply to these types of things, I will often ask the writer to first do their research, and be professional about it.
  6. A medical opinion outside of actually examining Mahomes personally. Pro Footballdoc.com He was on the Chargers medical staff for 14 years. Without getting into long medical terms (though he mentioned those) he offered that Mahomes did not suffer a concussion but it was a hit to a vegas nerve in his neck which can trigger a blackout without severe damage & recovery is very quick. Added, the injury looks more severe than it is. He did also add that the turf toe issue will hinder him but not keep him out of the upcoming Championship game. He was confident Mahomes will be safely cleared after going through Concussion Protocol at the end of the week. Apparently once in the protocol you do not necessarily have to have a concussion (sometimes a players injury may appear to be a concussion so they use the protocol as a safety measure) but must clear all steps to be eligible to play.
  7. 1 hour ago, Miyagi-Do Karate said: Kind of interested in how KC defends the Bills. In the first game, they blitzed Josh a lot. He was pretty so-so against it, making them pay with his legs a few times, but otherwise didn’t do much damage finding open guys in the passing game. Will they blitz him, or rush 4 and try to playcoverage, similar to what Baltimore mostly did? Playing coverage is the best bet presently because we do not run with authority 👍
  8. Playing coverage is the best bet presently because we do not run with authority 👍
  9. Early Forecast in KC, Sunday evening, January 24: Some Sleet & wind gust of 21 mph. temps below freezing.
  10. Right on. Patrick’s long term health should be the only bottom line. Ask Daryl Talley. What an awesome player he was in a different era of protocols
  11. Our defense was different last year, not just in terms of efficiency but also base personnel. The concern is that our interior D line will not hold up like we did last year through the game. Lamar ripped off his TD “scramble” against the Titans last week right up the middle. Our interior D line against the run will certainly be tested. Also, Baltimore’s O line this year is bigger (though less athletic) and is more focused on power running which typically bodes well against physically smaller D lines.
  12. Seeing as Mahomes appears to be the comparison for Josh. Below are his stats against Baltimore this year: Mahomes went 31 for 42 for 385 yards and averaged 6.5 yards on his four rushing attempts. Lamar was not playing as well as he has recently, but the D is the same.
  13. Milano is a very good player, no knock on him.....most frustrating when he passed off Doyle to the invisible man in the end zone. That is our scheme with issues or communication issues
  14. Yes! Especially the time factor fie opposing TEs to settle in to zones
  15. Their O line as we all know are beasts even without their starting left tackle. The referee team we had throws the least amount of penalty flags league wide/ also the Colts O line was mugging Oliver & a few other interior rushers more than a few times.
  16. Well said. Sure does sounds like a ok 1st year numbers to me 👍. Plus his team mates have a ton of respect for him. Plus Bellicheck is a master at putting his db’s in the right place at the right time.
  17. Appreciate the attention to detail. Thanks for the whole picture 👍
  18. The Broncos are missing just about their entire defensive backfield.
  19. Zack Kelberman 4 hours ago At this rate, Vic Fangio will have to swap out his headset for a helmet. The Denver Broncos head coach/defensive coordinator's already thinned-out secondary was hit twice more in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers, putting the team at a crisis point with three games left to play. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Monday that Broncos cornerback Duke Dawson sustained torn ACL and LCL ligaments and sprained his MCL, devastating injuries that will require a "lengthy rehab" process. Additionally, per 9News' Mike Klis , CB Kevin Toliver also sustained a season-ending torn ACL against Carolina. What happens next for the Broncos? Don't miss out on any news and analysis! Take a second and sign up for our free newsletter and get breaking Broncos news delivered to your inbox daily! Dawson had to be carted off upon going down sans contact, a sign that almost always precedes devastating news. Toliver was hurt during a special teams play. The Broncos defense was predictably exploited thereafter, surrendering 370 total yards (245 passing, 125 rushing) and 17 fourth-quarter points in the 32-27 victory. In furtherance of an injury-ruined season, Dawson, Toliver, and Essang Bassey all sustained ACL tears within a seven-day period. This, with A.J. Bouye (suspended) done for the year and Bryce Callahan (foot) on injured reserve. Which forces Denver to cobble together a back end comprised of a rookie (Michael Ojemudia), a former undrafted free agent (De'Vante Bausby), a converted safety (Will Parks), and a practice-squadder (Nate Hairston) signed just days ago for a three-game stretch against quarterbacks Josh Allen, Justin Herbert, and Derek Carr.
  20. Right on👍 Last year, the Bills receivers were targeted to jam @ the line of scrimmage (Patriots exposed this) & the addition of Diggs has broken this weakness.
