  1. Well spoken! failure of our O to attack the deep middle earlier/ no pressure on Mahomes/ I’ll add allowing chiefs receivers a free release @ the line of scrimmage with 13 seconds to go. I think the failure to go for the jugular after Maithu went out & allowing those free releases with 13 seconds to go are still driving me crazy today No pressure on Mahomes so well said because there is where the last 2 years of our draft capital sits. We could have taken Creed Humphrey over Basham…..
  2. Yes! Kelces clean run off the line of scrimmage was mind boggling
  3. Good info 👍. I’m curious to see how Williams/ Morse/ Bates perform against Chris Jones.
  4. #41, #71, #25, #19……all they do is make plays (& I understand McKenzie has had a few hiccups on ST, I’m more about his play as a WR) I know I’m stating the obvious, but my guess is that KC goes after Dane early.
  5. Yes, Tony Romo referred to the chiefs secondary as using “sticky coverage”. When the Chiefs pulled that in the Super Bowl against the Bucs, they had numerous flags dropped on them in the first half 👍
  6. I’m sure you know, the blitz opens up the opportunity to hit the hot receiver. Hopefully the Bills took Belichek’s comments to heart & are prepared. Not sure how JA is rated on responding to being blitzed this year, but if I remember correctly in 2020, he was very good against the blitz. One of my favorite clips of the early 90’s Bills is Marv Levy on the sideline yelling……..”Thank you for the blitz!”
  7. Andy Hart @JumboHart About two weeks after Rodney Harrison said the same thing. Guess the @TheHall #Patriots DBs all agree about the young QB. Quote Tweet WEEI @WEEI · 1h Ty Law: Mac Jones has hit the rookie wall
  8. 😂 Bruce Smith considering coming out of retirement as well
  9. The weather for the Jets game bounced around within a few hours of being accurate for the 10 days prior. I now live out of state & the saying here goes; “If you don’t like the weather, stick around for 30 minutes.” 👍
  10. 20 degrees/ 1 to 3 inches of snow/ winds @5 to 8mph 👍
  11. Yes, if the Bengals choose to sit Burrow & rest some starters because it’s very unlikely they can over take Tennessee for the #1 seed, this opens up the potential for a different outcome for B-Lo. Burrow also had that injury @ the end of the Chiefs game, so they may want to protect him.
  12. I respect a lot your comment on our O line.
  13. Well said, as you know he has also been behind a bit of a nightmare when it comes to our O line. Between injuries, Covid & poor play especially @ the guard position, & if he was not such an elite running QB, we all would be awfully frustrated with this Offense. I have so many memories of Tom Brady dropping back to pass & having all day plus more than a day to go through his reads, as well as read the entire novel of War & Peace…. it would just frustrate the daylights out of me…..give JA that type of protection with his current set of skill position players & we are looking at multiple MVP seasons. Well said; I may be wrong & not to be critical but Sanchez commentates with a real tone of not having come to terms with his own former career as a QB.
  14. Agreed, well done putting all into context. That first drive he lasered some throws in there, especially one to Gabriel Davis where he narrowly split 2 defenders. It seemed as though JA did not respect Atlanta’s pass defense enough to exhibit the discipline he showed against the Patriots the week before & he went somewhat back to gun slinger mode. He is still learning how to be a top tier QB. However, I would not as you seem to have already shown here, say he had a Nate Peterman day. That game was something else…
  15. I always reserve the right to be wrong, but the scheme may be to tone McKenzie down for the last 2 regular season games & then increase his role in the playoffs. This may help from a strategic point to take advantage of defenses trying to scheme against him in the playoffs
  16. Horrible Harry has begun to play well, hopefully he maintains.
  17. Matt Parrino @MattParrino · 1h What I think o-line could look like on Sunday: LT- Bobby Hart LG- Ike Boettger C- Mitch Morse RG- Daryl Williams RT- Spencer Brown
  18. Sal Capaccio @SalSports · 38m Patriots officially rule out both WR Nelson Agholor and RB Rhamondre Stevenson against Bills. Their list of questionable players is lengthy. WR Kendrick Bourne is also still on the Covid list.
  19. Yes, As you know his status is only questionable. Hope there is no tragedy in his personal life.
  20. Mike Reiss @MikeReiss · 59m Update from a brief peek at practice: No sign of Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne or Rhamondre Stevenson.
  21. Colts Front 7 showing injuries to key players. Not saying this will slow them down, but even though it’s mid week, something to consider as well as Edmunds & Milano no beuno either
  22. I’m certain all are aware of the Colts injury report. Only mid week though DNP; BUCKNER CARRIE FISHER LEONARD ODEYINGBO SMITH
