  1. There is already a precedent. The Panthers owner was forced out. I am sure they would prefer that Snyder sells the team “on his own initiative” if possible, for any number of reasons.
  2. Thielen has been beyond his sell by date for a couple of years now.
  3. Hopkins will be 31 when next season starts and has lost much of the last two years with injuries. He carries a cap hit over $30 mil next year and $26 m the following year. He is a very poor candidate for further big money extension. This is no doubt why AZ is trying to dump him. Buyer beware here. It would be a terrible move for the Bills and has zero chance of happening in my opinion.
  4. There you go confusing the preferred narrative with those pesky facts. Shame on you.
  5. Yes, it seems that the “hang ‘em high” crowd are about to find out that top notch DCs do not actually grow on trees.
  6. I am not sure it would be possible for you to be any more clueless.
  7. Outstanding. Well done, and thank you for encapsulating my feelings and those, I am sure, of many other fans.
  8. Where do I sign up for your lessons on how to post on a message board? I want to learn more.
  9. He showed up to troll before the last Bengals game. If you call him on it he gets all petulant and accuses you of hating on him because he has a different opinion. Personally, I could not care less what his opinion is. It is of no value.
  10. This cannot be true. I read here that the Bengals are invincible.
  11. There are going to be many shocked and sad Bills fans next year when they come to the realization that: 1. Other teams value Edmunds very highly. 2. The Bills will struggle to replace him, leaving a major hole in this defense. I am sure the Beane and company would love to retain him but I doubt that will be feasible given the Bills cap limitation and the contract inflation going on.
  12. Just a random thought - The best thing about the announcement that Tua will not play is that we are spared a week's worth of incessent whining about the the great Miami offense and weapons and the Bills inability to contain them, and the constant ball washing of Mike McDaniel, Boy Genius coming from the national media and the self loathing Bills fans around here. Perhaps we can all just relax and enjoy the butt whipping to come. There will be plenty of time come Sunday night to twist our collective panties into a knot over the juggernaut known as the Bengals.
  13. Romo is a competent analyst, although he can certainly be annoying a times. One of the few good ones. Far better than Troy Aikman, for example, or Chris Collinsworth.
  14. Kliff Kingsbury kanned! Kalamity kry kiddies!
  15. Yes, there was a defender wrapped around his lower legs preventing completion of the throw. This was obviously the reason for the poor pass.
  16. Lack of consistent pressure today was an issue and left Jones with way too much time which made the pass defense appear poor. There were times he was standing there for 5 seconds and more with no pressure at all. Also, Marlow looked lost out there. it was a huge problem. Yet despite this, the defense recorded 3 interceptions and held them to under 250 yards passing. we won by two touchdowns. i expect with a full week of preparations and less of a running on pure emotion approach, The Bills D will be just fine, although replacing Hamlin does concern me.
  17. With Indy and Detroit out, Atlanta becomes the best location. It’s neutral, an NFC city, indoors, easy to get to, time zone friendly and seems available. New Orleans maybe? They could play outdoors, potentially in AZ, but that seems like a more difficult road.
  18. I think it is at least likely, if not probable, that Miami loses to the Jets. Who is playing QB for the Dolphins? The Jets D will handle them. 13 - 3 Jets.
  19. If the Bills win, any game against the Bengals will be in Buffako, so yes, pretty important.
  20. I totally agree - we have numerous ridiculous threads every day that should not be started and should not remain open. Any order that can be applied to reduce that number, such as limiting head coach firings threads, is much appreciated.
  21. I do not see how we can conclude he is a good coach based on the collapse of the team down the stretch and the gross incompetence displayed in the mismanagement of Tua’s head injuries. That alone speaks to his immaturity and lack of leadership. He could not out coach McDermott on his best day and did not in either game.
