There are going to be many shocked and sad Bills fans next year when they come to the realization that: 1. Other teams value Edmunds very highly. 2. The Bills will struggle to replace him, leaving a major hole in this defense. I do not see how we can conclude he is a good coach based on the collapse of the team down the stretch and the gross incompetence displayed in the mismanagement of Tua’s head injuries. That alone speaks to his immaturity and lack of leadership. He could not out coach McDermott on his best day and did not in either game.
