Hmm he’s got an ego that has him play overly aggressive. Glad Dolphins used $$$ of him.
-
He got torched a lot the past few years. Not sure he’s a guy who is coachable.. lot of $ for a bit of a me guy. Certainly talented but glad Bills didn’t do it.
-
Hey I totally respect your opinion. I’m hoping they restructure more contracts. It’s pretty complex stuff. I’ve got my thoughts but certainly doesn’t mean I’m right. If we don’t do much then your spot on.

Think I’m going to wait and see what BB does before any assumptions are made. Let’s see how it plays out 🤷🏻♂️.. I think Miller still makes sense. Better players make your team better.

Matt Milano Contract Extension, as per Adam Schefter

Hmm I’m not sure how this eliminates resigning Edmunds ? They are freeing up cap space for potential moves. -

Vikings HOF coach Bud Grant passes away - Age 95

So hysterical 🙄Yes he certainly lived a long live. Doesn’t mean he can’t be honored. -
Sure I’d like him to play a full season. Last year he got injured. Guys get injured. He won’t see the full 6 years of the contract. I’m glad we signed him. In two years we can discuss if it was a good signing.
-
Seems like he played a huge factor in the win in the road vs KC. How did that pass rush look without him ? The NFL is a this year league. Let’s worry about future years when we have to. The Bills with BB will be a contender for years to come but in particular this year.

Jets pursuit of Rodgers is fueling bills offseason focus
QLBillsFan replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems like a bad match at this juncture. The Jets have some young talented skill players. AR the aloof super star didn’t seem to relish the mentor be patient approach with the Pack rookies. Now the Jets commit likely 2 years to a huge cap hit, regressing diva, media seeking malcontent. Seems like a plan🤓 -
Diggs unfollows Buffalo, follows Cowgirls 🤷♂️
QLBillsFan replied to DaggersEOD's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes you nailed it.. hey world I’m giving my all so it’s not on me. Imagine if JA had this approach. And he certainly could equally take that position. But Josh is a leader and Diggs is not. Great Diggs what’s the endgame? I’m great the rest of the team isn’t. Meanwhile ..stop gonna be traded out of the blue to the Boys. Massive lack of self awareness.. but he’s a me guy. It’s not gonna change anything other than to erode his relationship with teammates. Well done. -

Absolutely. By the way is he perfect ? Is Josh? Does every player and coach have opportunities to get better? Sure… I’m confused at what’s he trying to accomplish with all his attention seeking dialogue. Basically I’m doing my job.. it’s not on me. The rest need to be better. And despite the Bills redoing my contract and giving me $$$ I’m not happy. This is stuff that should be behind closed doors. It’s the state of the current athlete. The Bills should just say let’s discuss where we can all improve. Otherwise just ignore his immaturity. I’m sure things with Dak throwing him the ball in Dallas would be perfect 🙄 -
Good idea but he will be long gone by 27.
-
Wow seems so simple. It’s very unlikely we tag him unless we already have a trade partner. At $17m you better know that. Every team has FA that walk for nothing. The value of him gone vs the Bills spending $17 is the win. Beane is pretty smart. On the whole he’s been good. How did you like our GM’s for the 15 years before he got here? He’s not perfect but he’s a good GM. I expect he will continue to put this team in a position to win.

Should we trade Ed Oliver?
QLBillsFan replied to Floridagatorsbuffalobills's topic in The Stadium Wall
So you use an example of the Vikings getting a 1st rounder for a pro bowl WR. It’s rare that trades like that occur. It’s not that Oliver for example isn’t a decent player. But at $11M it’s just not good value. Teams want value more than anything. I proposed sending him to ATL ( they need DT and have cap $) and getting starting LB Mykal Walker at around $3M due to his value. And.. we give them a sixth round choice next year. The player + $8M cap relief is like getting the “great” deal like a second round pick. -

QLBillsFan replied to Floridagatorsbuffalobills's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s a decent player, but our cap issues.. Atlanta needs D help. How about Oliver for LB Mykal Walker and we give them a 6th next year. We save about 7-8m off cap. And a potential replacement at LB. -
Per Shefty - Bills “expected to lose” Poyer and Edmunds
QLBillsFan replied to BeastMode54's topic in The Stadium Wall
Diggs is showing great maturity and leadership. I don’t mean during game outbursts, those happen. But his current act is hard to understand. The Bills aren’t trading him. He took the restructure and gladly signed. So what’s the deal? He knows the Bills would get crushed on the cap because he got the restructure. Grow up.. they aren’t sending him to play with his brother in Dallas. -

QLBillsFan replied to BeastMode54's topic in The Stadium Wall
The fallout of getting a hall of fame DE which is what we needed. Edmunds had plenty of time to show he’s a consistent game changer. He hasn’t been. KC won with a very average D. Help JA feed the O.. score more points ! -
No brainer to go RB in first 🤷🏻♂️With OL, LB, WR, and S needs. Isn’t SB of Giants enough of a warning on RB’s in the first. The no brainer is to not go Robinson!

Lamar Jackson wants guarantees that exceed Watson contract
QLBillsFan replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not amusing just logical. As you say the Browns foolishly tried to drive the new guarantee market. The NFL is being incredibly generous to the QB position. See Seahawks, Giants, Saints this week. But the fully guaranteed market is just giving away $ unnecessarily. It’s just smart business. Lamar has clearly benefited from having his mom in charge. Yikes… -

QLBillsFan replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
So highlighting he’s a me first guy. The Ravens are a highly respected franchise. I’m seeing Newsome and the leadership are not signing up for the insane guaranteed $. Add that to how things ended last season and that is resonating across the league. His play upside and O based on him, health, and leadership are all concerns. -

Again why a firestorm? David Tepper Panthers owner is spoken as a guy who wants to make a huge splash in the Carolina market. Lamar seems to make sense but why no interest ? The $ vs the future production don’t line up. Not a Ravens fan but that team is as respected as any NFL franchise. And they are saying.. feel free to make a deal with Lamar. That is really interesting.
