  1. I tried to warn people years ago about Beane. No one wanted to listen. Where would this team be if Cleve takes Allen?
  2. I can not believe we let Legette get drafted when we had the chance to take him. This is a colossal failure. Legette literally told the Bills Carolina was taking him. There is already questions are about this regime being able to evaluate talent, and I have no faith they get this correct.
  3. It's 100% Cooper. You don't get rid of the 5th year option unless it will end up being useless because Safeties are paid less than what the 5th year option would be.
  4. Thought the same thing. He is my guy. His tape is ridiculous.
  5. Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Arizona Cardinals Rome Odunze, Washington - NY Giants Ladd McConkey, Georgia - Carolina Panthers Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - Buffalo Bills Xavier Worthy Texas- Indianapolis Colts Bonus Bills pick - Brian Thomas Jr
  6. Josh, Dion Taron Johnson, Bernard Gilliam, Ferguson
  7. Very well said. Don't forget to mention he played with an elite play caller and an elite long ball QB. Allen isn't in the same tier as Penix with the deep ball. Odunze also got to play with Polk and McMillian, two very good WRs. I also can't get his last game out of my head, where he was wide opened, turned the wrong way and dropped the ball. Reminded me of Gabe Davis.
  8. I completely agree with you there, however, going in motion and creating separation is not as easy as it sounds. You need to have elite ability to change direction at the same speed which your running, the reason why Hill is so good. The WR is running horizontal across the line, if they can't change direction on a dime, the CB will have zero issue staying with the WR.
  9. If a defender misses on a jam, thats on the defender, not the offensive player being too quick. These rules now days allow the defender to literally be right at the line and to mug the crap out the player for 5 yards. Try jamming DK vs jamming Chase. Much tougher to do anything to alter DK than Chase.
  10. Happens all the time my man. Teams were doing it to Diggs all last year.
  11. I dont trust Joe Brady enough to be able to scheme plays where a traditional X is not needed. I think we will end up with these smaller slot guys all getting jammed at the line.
  12. I'm pretty confident the Bills wont touch AD Mitchell. His skill difference between him and other around him isnt big enough to deal with the not knowing playbook and taking plays off BS.
  13. Legette Vs Miss St There are multiple examples here: 35 secs, 1:15, 2:00, 4:40 (this play is awesome).
  14. McConkey injury history worries me. He just seemed more effective at screens and slot play. I just don't think we need this type of player. Legette all the way. He fits what we need to almost perfection.
  15. All I'm going to say with Xavier Legette is that, watch the tape. The guy is incredible at NFL type football. His ability to go up for the ball is NFL top tier. He goes across the middle and finds the hole easily. On quick throws, he places his body position in the correct spot to push out the defender. South Carolina used him like Deebo Samuel and it didnt work with Rattlier at QB, he just isn't a good QB. Legette got nailed because of that, and got up to play every game. Not many guys are taking those hits he took and playing the rest of the game. His blocking in the run game is elite. It's incredible to be honest. He had a few drops, but he was force feed the ball all year, of course he is going to drop a few. They all do. Seriously, just don't watch highlight videos of these guys, go and watch all the targets of the guys. It's eye opening.
  16. He always reminded me of Drew Lock, so this checks out.
  17. There ain't WR I want less than Worthy. He's more effective from the slot. Really only effective on outside less than 25% of time. I have never seen a WR struggle so much with understanding where he is in reference to the sideline. He is constantly stepping out. Don't even get me started on his hands, they are worse than Gabe's. Constantly dropping balls and has weak hands, meaning if a defender makes any contact on ball, he aint catching it. Xavier Legette tape is way more impressive than Worthy. There were multiple times this year where Worthy was even caught from behind, where Legette would take off. Say no to Worthy. I dont know how anyone could watch the tape last year and think this guy is a 1st round pick.
  18. You can't say that. You need a dance partner and teams are under the assumption Bills will be good next year, so you are asking a team to drop to the late first, for another late first and a second. Teams don't want to do it. Every year you hear teams say they got offers and didn't want to drop that far. I think the highest Bills can go this year is mid teens.
  19. That won't even be enough. Late round picks have little value to teams in top 8.
  20. Makes zero sense to me. Can't believe the Pegula's have money issues.
  21. Things like this irk me. You can't force a team to drop to 28. You plan on giving up Josh Allen to get up to top 8? About the only thing that we could give up for a team to drop all the way to 28.
  22. He already raised red flags during the combine in his interviews and there is lots of tape of him not doing routes correctly, and at 100%. He is so talented, but he scares me so much. I just dont think we can take him. Mcdermott doesnt do well with rookies that aren't catching onto things quickly in practice and the meeting room. I watched some interviews with Mitchell, and his attention just seems to wonder. Xavier Legette is my prediction. I think Beane and Mcdermott will love him. I also think him being older is a plus. I think it was a benefit for Kincaid last year. Legette will give you blocking on the outside for the run game, and has the size and explosion to go deep.
  23. I tried to watch the bootleg WR video, but watching three guys talk on zoom for hour and 45 mins is too much for me. I need some highlights or some player video. They should have broke it up into segments and uploaded individual videos. I watch youtube on my tv while working out. Its a pain to have to skip around on a tv.
  24. There is a lot of garbage on youtube too. Every person that watches a highlight video is now a draft expert. I watch the ten min videos on each WRs that underdog NFL draft has. I like those. Then you have these videos that are like over an hour and a half, no idea why anyone would think that is a good idea to put that on youtube in one video. No one has time to sit there and sit through a couple dudes talking about prospects for over 90 mins. I watched one video of Steve Smith and realized what a hack he is. He barely even knew who these prospects were. He acted like he was some scout, yet you could clearly see that he watched 10 mins on each player and made an assertation on the player. Simms just does things for attention, much like Steve Smith, he really doesn't put the hours into evaluating before opening his mouth.
  25. That was my first point, get the draft done before these two leagues start the playoffs. I even felt the press conference from Beane yesterday and a tone of, lets just move on already. I just can't believe players are back in the building already for work outs for the next season, and the draft hasn't even happened yet for the season.
