Tier 1: Proven playoff winners Bills, Bengals, Chiefs Tier 2: Good shot at making the playoffs Ravens, Chargers, Titans, Broncos, Raiders Tier 3: playoff hopefuls Browns, Dolphins, Colts, Patriots, Steelers Tier 4: doo doo Jete, Jags, Texans Crazy to think that at least 1 (and probably more) of those teams in the first 2 tiers will miss the playoffs.
