  1. Oliver Man com on man, what is with that stuff. Stupid Penalty.
  2. Absolutely, Milano is poorly spent money for we we get out of him, too many injuries, he had two good years 18 & 19. Bills management could have done better by letting him walk....
  3. Just watching games this year has been like riding a roller coaster at Cedar Point. Up, down, up, down...
  4. We all know this, but because everyone at One Bills Dr. has no fear at being held accountable to the owners, the coaches need to be reigned back in. They are not doing what is in the best interest of the team and that is the GM's job to make sure that they do.
  5. Its part of his responsibility, He signed Breida...... On many NFL teams, general managers are the eyes and ears of the owner, and they oversee the day-to-day operation of the team. They must be cold and calculating people because they have to make a lot of difficult personnel decisions. They make the player trades and free agent acquisitions, decide salary levels, and ultimately determine which players to select in the NFL draft. General managers must be excellent judges of every player’s ability because they’re responsible for doing what’s best for the organization. They must have a feel for what the team needs and be able to work in conjunction with the head coach and his needs. The best possible scenario is to have a solid general manager and a great head coach, who can put their egos aside and work together. But this situation is very rare these days because head coaches usually want total control over personnel, like Pete Carroll has in Seattle.
  6. Yes sir you hit the nail on the head. This team is good on paper but when you get into a knock-em down brawl they tuck tail and give up. I have yet to see any proof that MCD goes ballistic after losses like this. Its always "the system", or its "the process", or its "our culture". Personally I guarantee if this happened to Mike Tomlin's team and or John Harbaugh's team, you know the players would have gotten their asses handed to them after a loss like this. If you don't show this mean side of you as a head coach then the players can't truly respect you. I know from playing soccer and lacrosse in college, that I have seen coaches get more worked up than I have ever seen MCD. He has the wrong temperament for coach when things are not going hunky dory. IMO......
  7. I hear you, but he is the GM. That's his job.....I just seems lately there is serious lack of focus a 1 Bills Drive. With the coaching, GM oversees this area. They truly do need to circle the wagons and come up with new ideas. Because what is happening now to the team is not sustainable. It will leads to utter failure.
  8. Goes to show how clueless Beane is about our current running back situation. We have Breida, and the guy wont even use him. But you want to call in a retired player for potential employment in a already conflicted locker room with 3 RB's that you don't know how to correctly use in our offense. WOW!!
  9. There comes a time when a linebacker needs to make plays at the line of scrimmage. Yeah he had good years in 2018 and 2019. But a LB's job is to get tackles for losses and at or around the line of scrimmage, stuffs and run stopping ability. Devin White does this, Milano can't do this consistently the past two years, not anymore. I don't care if he can cover a running back out of the backfield or tight end because that is not the problem, neither of our line backers are disruptive enough on a consistent basis at the line of scrimmage, thus our running defense 's kryptonite. Here you go.... White in 3 years is only 13 tackles behind Milano total for his career, and white has played 26 fewer games than Milano. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6WgRaQHd8c https://stathead.com/football/pcm_finder.cgi?request=1&sum=0&player_id1=MilaMa00&player_id2=WhitDe02 WOW enough said.
  10. Where was he yesterday?? He was hurt again and a non factor. He has a bad track record at staying healthy. Since 2017 he has missed 11 games due to injury. That is not counting any injury's and missed playing time this year. 3 games not started and counting. He is 51st in the league this year for LB's in tackles "33 total". He only 41st with 12 assisted tackles and this was all prior to yesterdays game. He is not even in the top 75 players this year for tackles by a defensive player. https://www.espn.com/nfl/stats/player/_/view/defense/table/defensive/sort/totalTackles/dir/desc Hardly worth the ROI on the $44 Mil contract Buffalo is paying him.
  11. MCD is 100% on the hot seat for this Thursdays game vs the Saints. YOU DON'T GET YOUR ASS BEAT LIKE YESTERDAY AND GO INTO THE LOCKER ROOM AND NOT READ THE ENTIRE TEAM THE RIOT ACT!!! NO CLAPPING ALLOWED!!! If you don't think the players are starting to doubt them selves now, I don't know what to say or tell you. The coaching this year has been horrendous, ALSO AN EMBARRASMENT!! Accept for just one game. KC. Blow out wins do not count, in those games you should try different plays and personnel when a game is clearly going to be won. This team never tries to do anything different week in and week out. Why because watching this team the last 4 weeks has shown no differences with our play calling, defensive schemes and the over all coaching on this team. The coaching is 100% stagnant. This coaching staff is afraid of change and scared to make the tough decisions to fix the issues on offense, and at our RB position. There are players on this team that need to be benched. Both Singletary and Moss need to be backups. Breida, if not given the #1 RB spot seals our playoff fate this year. No playoff chances at all. If you think we are going to beat NE without changing things up on the the roster and with our coaching philosophy, be prepared for a serious reality check. Its not going to happen!!! We will get trashed by NE and Bill B. Jerry Hughes needs to be replaced at DE. He has lost any and all advantage he had over the opponents offense's tackles. Its been that way for more than 2 seasons now. You have to really shake things up the next 7 games. Ed Oliver needs to go to DE. He is more physical and honestly his speed is deceptive and he can only do better at DE, he can't be any worse than what we have now at DE. Buffalo needs to start addressing the line backers play. They have not been able to stop the run at all. Case in point yesterday!! Hello MCD and Frazier!! How many times are our safeties and DB's called on to stop the running backs that we constantly have had issues stopping. No changes in our D scheme and it shows. Loss after loss after loss because of this unwillingness to change because of our coaching. This is the linebackers' job. We should have never resigned Milano and we should not resign Edmunds either. Our line backing core scares no one. They can't stop the run and they are getting mauled by teams that can run the ball physically. That is Beane's fault for not identifying this and addressing the soft nature of this defense. The only reason this team has the defensive stats it has this year is due to the caliber of the teams we beat, they were all bad teams accept for KC, Tenn and Indy. This D is not top 10 D. Not against Titans, Not against the Colts. The level of the competition has padded our stats. Like I said we have not beaten a team with a winning record. That means we are not a playoff team period!!!!
  12. Until Daboll and MCD pull there heads out of their collective butts and address the RB 1 & 2 position, we are not a playoff team this year. Neither Singletary or Moss have earned the number one position. Period!! Breida needs to take the number 1 spot. You have 7 games left this year. If Buffalo is too stubborn to make this change then they will not even make the playoffs. This team is too afraid, and scared to make changes with their personnel. I firmly believe that MCD and Beane are afraid to make players upset or unhappy in the locker room, because of this so called new Bills culture. Let me tell you what this new culture has done. It stops the team from becoming better. When you stop a team from growing or utilizing talent that exists on their roster even though they might not be a starter you are done being a competitive team. MCD is afraid to ruffle the feathers in the locker room, you get complacent and soft as a team, because the players do not fear being replaced at their positions. I would sit Singletary and Moss for the New Orleans game. You have to start changing the attitude of these players and the rest of this team. They do not have any attitude and it shows on the field. Moss needs to be a healthy scratch this Thursday. Breida needs the RB#1 role for a entire game. Until this happens this team will never improve because the coaches are too scared of change in the locker room.
  13. I know this is going to open a huge can of worms and haters. But its when when we traded the 10th pick on the 2017 draft and we lost Patrick Mahome's. Even though Beane wasn't the GM we still have the same level of the GM mistakes with talent choices. That are questionable head scratching decisions. That was the day we should have stuck a pitch fork in the both the owners and past GM's sorry a**es. And the problem continues....till this day.
  14. Its all on MCD. Its his job to have this team ready to play week in and week out. He is not doing his job. Our offensive and defensive coaching is over seen by MCD. He is the reason that this team is not learning from its mistakes. A good coach puts the best players on the field each week to win the game. We have yet to do that. Case in point out RB's. We keep playing people that should be on the bench. If you can't play with attitude then sit your ass on the bench. Our LB's have no game at all. They are the root cause of this teams failure to stop the run. When is the last time you have seen a highlight with our teams LB's flat out crushing a running back in the last 4 years. You can probably after a tedious search find maybe 5 of these type of plays. MCD has a lot of work to do to save this season..... Its up to him.
  15. The ineptitude of our running defense is all on our LB core. We should have never resigned Milano. He is always hurt and again he has not shown me that he can stop the run on strong RB's and teams that are designed to run the ball. It's no different with Edmunds either. Same deal with him, Not a LB for stopping the run, not to mention the pass either.. Our LB core is seriously overrated and always outmatched when we play bruising teams. Not to mention over paid!!! The buck stops here, LB's job is to read the back field of the other team and stop the run, stop the short middle of the field passing attempts as well. We do none of these well with out LB's. Football 101
  16. Frank Reich is a better coach than MCD by a huge margin.
  17. Once again proof. Zack Moss was a waste of a pick. This guy has no RB vision to avoid any tackles. Runs right into his own player and has no speed at all. Man
  18. Lets see what they do against the Titans first. Then we will see how they stack up.
  19. We will see against the Colts. The colts have a decent D, nothing great but not bad. Frank Reich too, can't be overlooked. I really think Wentz is a non factor, I want to see him have the worst game of his career next week vs our D.. The Patriots could be just a aberration, after they play Titans we will see how they truly stack up to real AFC competition.
  20. Yeah I hope him and Davis are involved more next week against the Colts. I watched some of the Colts game and the Colts are average at best. Nothing special about them, that's for sure.
  21. I hope not. I still think he can bring a different speed dimension to our backfield that we will need moving forward.
  22. Yeah he is a change up for sure at RB. I still think he needs to earn his way into a starting position. That fumble today was preventable by him, and luckily it had no real negative impact in this game. But he did have a spark that we have been missing in the running game. He just seems to be able to make people miss more than Moss and Singletary.
  23. Another thing I have noticed in our games this year when we struggle to get anything going. None of our receivers are coming back to the line of scrimmage to help Josh when the coverage is tight or in cover 2, or when the other teams safeties are playing two high. Our receivers always seem to run just side line to side line and never seem to come back to the ball to help out Josh. I don't know but this team has gotten so focused about breaking up field that they forget that coming back to the LOS if they are covered, is an acceptable option, and it is the only way to get open when you covered most of the time, running back towards your QB seems to be a forgotten tactic with our wideouts and would be a huge help for JA.
  24. I wish he was given a chance to play. I think he has the most RAW potential than any RB on our roster or PS. You will never know how good the guy is until he gets the carries in a real game.
