  1. Wow this team is just laying bigger eggs as the season goes on. This one is even harder to live with. Lose a game with only 3 pass attempts against your Dee...
  2. Josh is starting to turn into a lability too. He can't read the defense's this year and choose the correct receiver on his progressions. He needs to take some blame too. Even when he has protection he is making bad choices.
  3. This game comes down to it again, costly turnovers and stupid mistakes again. Josh missed critical passes to open receivers when we needed them the most. Our receivers dropped the balls they needed to catch at a crucial times in the game. Our Defense can't stop the run to save their damn lives. Our LB's are pathetic. IT IS A EMBARRASEMENT TO LOSE TO A TEAM MAKING ONLY 3 PASS ATTEMPTS. Every coach on the Bills side line needs to be taken out to the wood shed for an a** whooping.
  4. Our linebackers suck. They have no clue on what gap integrity means. They can both go...
  5. So what's your point??? Who cares where he played his college football. Playing on MNF and with potential wind and wet conditions is enough to challenge any rookie when its 32 degrees out.
  6. Daboll will utilize Breida with the potential to get him out in the flats where his speed will pay off. If these winds do kick in like they are calling for, around 50 to 60mph gusts during game time, the worst thing that could happen is if it rains at the same time. One or the other, but hopefully not both rain and wind at the same time. But if it rains and the wind is as bad as they are calling for they short passing gaming is going to be a premium as long as the receives can hold on the ball and get decent YAC we should be fine. I believe Mac will have a difficult time with the winds. He has no experience in this type of weather, being a rookie. So the advantage should go to Josh. If he plays smart.
  7. I think the biggest handicap this team has right now is their coaching and the overall lack of it when it matters most, unfortunately it happens on a consistent basis with the Bills. Daboll is either the biggest detriment to this team or its MCD for not getting the best out his players week to week, or starting the best players that are available to dress. We have had terrible coaching in 4 lousy games this year and these loses exposed the lack of real-time game planning against the opponent on both the O and D side of the ball. I sure as hell did not see a well thought out game plans in any of these 4 loses. Even some of our wins had really bad coaching in those games too. I do not understand why Daboll has not been held more accountable for this teams often abysmal offensive play calling and exploiting the other teams weaknesses. That is his job and its MCD's job to make sure his team is ready to go every week with the right players on the field. We have all seen some of poor play calling and everyone can just hits their heads on what the hell Daboll is watching up in the booth . Because of this guys inability to adapt real-time to the flow of game when its needed the most, or when this team gets behind this year, he is a huge liability as OC right now. The only reason we don't have more than 4 loses this season, the majority of our competition that we have played has been below us talent wise, or due to the other teams injuries to their starters. To be honest I don't believe we are better than NE at this point. But come Monday if the we out coach NE and Bill B, and Josh plays error free, making good game time decisions we win. But the key is to get a sustained offense going early and maintain it for the entire game. Something we have not done well at all this year. We can't afford to take a half off in this game, and expect to win it in the last 2 quarters. We can't constantly go 3rd and 10 in this game and expect to win. We have to get into short yardage 3rd down attempts. Beasly and Breida are going to be keys in this game. If we don't utilize these guys this week, we are in for a long Monday night. NE will not make many mistakes on D, if any at all. If we do all these things right on Monday night, then my opinion will change that we are the better team. But it could go in the exact opposite direction too. Bad coaching, and Josh not playing smart and him playing hero ball. This year when he does this we have lost all those games. That is the challenge this week, out coach Bill Belichick. Josh needs plays his best game of the season and even better than the game he had against KC, anything else will be bad TV for the Bills on Monday night.
  8. McD is not there yet. He still needs to work on quite a few flaws in his approach to coaching.
  9. They need to do something to mix it up against NE. They have to put Mac & Cheese on the ground!! Oliver should have a big game.. I never liked NE and its Kraft Mac & Cheese anyway...
  10. Josh will have to play smart and make good decisions, the entire game. No int's !!!
  11. He will be a key part of us beating NE this week. He needs to have a good game.
  12. NE is going to get beat again by Miami too. You will be 0-2 in your games against them this year. 1-3 in the last 4 against them....too What does that say a your about your team not being able to beat TUA who is a 2nd string quarterback at best... on any team...
  13. Until the Bills can round out their play calling to start being less predictable when they have the ball, and taking what the opposing team is giving them, they will be in the same position they have been in all the games they lost this year. They will get rattled, start getting stupid penalties and they will lose. Josh for what ever reason is so amped up in these games he is missing throws that are not even close to having the receiver making an attempt on the ball. He has lost his ability to get through his progressions, and he has even lost his ability to gauge when he needs to get rid of the ball. His sacks this year are 50-50. Bad O-line blocking and him not taking easier throw for shorter yardage instead of throwing the home run ball all the time, which results in him holding onto the ball too long and losing potential positive yards downfield, with a sack or by him throwing a INT. The Rams game last night was so similar to what Buffalo is doing wrong on offense lately. Constantly trying to get the big play on pass attempts and forcing the ball when it should not be thrown to begin with, the pic 6. Rams stopped running the ball and started looking for big passes down field and that cost them that game. Also bad QB decision's. Buffalo is going to live or die these next 4 weeks on the play calling diversity. If they can't get back to what they did last year and fix the obvious O-line related issues they will be hard pressed to win 1 out of their next 4 games. I said this last year prior to the AFC CG that they needed to get the running backs involved more in the game planning. Josh running the ball is a last resort. He is going to get hit and he is going to get hurt, it is inevitable. Also the defense is going to have to dial it up bunch of notches on pass rushing, with stunts and or corner blitz's. They have to, or TB and NE will walk away with wins. I have been waiting all year for this offense to get back on track and after 11 games it still is not where it needs to be. Daboll better truly realize he is going to have to get creative to out coach NE and Bill B. and the same thing with Tampa and Bruce Arians. I think the coaching in the next three games against these two teams makes or breaks the rest of this season.
  14. Oliver's helmet hit Siemian in head they are going to call that every time.
  15. Oliver Man com on man, what is with that stuff. Stupid Penalty.
  16. Absolutely, Milano is poorly spent money for we we get out of him, too many injuries, he had two good years 18 & 19. Bills management could have done better by letting him walk....
  17. Just watching games this year has been like riding a roller coaster at Cedar Point. Up, down, up, down...
  18. We all know this, but because everyone at One Bills Dr. has no fear at being held accountable to the owners, the coaches need to be reigned back in. They are not doing what is in the best interest of the team and that is the GM's job to make sure that they do.
  19. Its part of his responsibility, He signed Breida...... On many NFL teams, general managers are the eyes and ears of the owner, and they oversee the day-to-day operation of the team. They must be cold and calculating people because they have to make a lot of difficult personnel decisions. They make the player trades and free agent acquisitions, decide salary levels, and ultimately determine which players to select in the NFL draft. General managers must be excellent judges of every player’s ability because they’re responsible for doing what’s best for the organization. They must have a feel for what the team needs and be able to work in conjunction with the head coach and his needs. The best possible scenario is to have a solid general manager and a great head coach, who can put their egos aside and work together. But this situation is very rare these days because head coaches usually want total control over personnel, like Pete Carroll has in Seattle.
  20. Yes sir you hit the nail on the head. This team is good on paper but when you get into a knock-em down brawl they tuck tail and give up. I have yet to see any proof that MCD goes ballistic after losses like this. Its always "the system", or its "the process", or its "our culture". Personally I guarantee if this happened to Mike Tomlin's team and or John Harbaugh's team, you know the players would have gotten their asses handed to them after a loss like this. If you don't show this mean side of you as a head coach then the players can't truly respect you. I know from playing soccer and lacrosse in college, that I have seen coaches get more worked up than I have ever seen MCD. He has the wrong temperament for coach when things are not going hunky dory. IMO......
  21. I hear you, but he is the GM. That's his job.....I just seems lately there is serious lack of focus a 1 Bills Drive. With the coaching, GM oversees this area. They truly do need to circle the wagons and come up with new ideas. Because what is happening now to the team is not sustainable. It will leads to utter failure.
  22. Goes to show how clueless Beane is about our current running back situation. We have Breida, and the guy wont even use him. But you want to call in a retired player for potential employment in a already conflicted locker room with 3 RB's that you don't know how to correctly use in our offense. WOW!!
