  1. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again-I don’t want “nasty” I want good to great. People called him nasty here for a couple of years because no one could say he was good. He was better (at times) than what was in Buffalo, but he was never good. You know who isn’t considered “nasty?” Quentin Nelson, Zach Martin, past players like Joe Thomas, even Jason Peters…those guys never had that “nasty” label, they got that “all pro” label. saying Feliciano had an attitude is a disservice to the other guys who also play on the line. They all go to bat for their teammates, they all get dirty, but he was the one who got the most acclaim for it. The fact is the team got better with him on the bench-I liked him when he was here, glad they upgraded, won’t miss him now that he’s gone
  2. So I will say I was NOT a fan of Johnson for a while. It seemed every single time a ball was thrown his way it was caught and it went either for a first down or a touchdown. Then things seemed to start clicking for him and it seemed to really come together just before that Pittsburgh game when he got the pick 6. He has certainly made me eat crow and I must say I am very happy to do so!
  3. It’s crazy that this thread has gone on for this many pages! So somehow the third string QB who had never held for kicks in his life is somehow better than the guy who is currently working to do it? All because of the very slight chance they may fake it at some point in the future? Like you said, if this is the biggest issue people have, guess that’s a good thing!
  4. Sounds like you are arguing semantics because you decided to be a troll. It’s a thanksgiving day game, which the NFL considers prime time. It is a game that everyone across the nation will be watching
  5. Was that before or after Collinsworth said it was a great play when the guy tried to twist Josh’s ankle/leg?
  6. I think it’s crazy to see how far Josh’s mechanics have come since that first season. Footwork, arm angles, vision…it’s pretty incredible
  7. That’s actually pretty funny 😂 I saw this someplace else and people were pretty angry with Brady-who cares if he thinks it was a fumble too? He’s not the one who made the tuck rule call 🤷‍♂️
  8. So we all see a video of a guy who isn’t doing backflips after getting drafted, but why does everyone have to have that reaction? Have you watched other interviews from him where he shows tons of emotion that would make you think this way? Maybe he’s just a calm guy by nature, maybe he didn’t feel the need to ham it up for the camera…to me your thinking is the 20 years of drought thinking. The Bills are a destination now, players want to play in Buffalo
  9. If they are up by more than 1 score in the second half of a game they will be rough to beat, but if they fall behind by that same amount they have little chance of coming back. With the way that teams can score now I don’t think that’s a great recipe for success
  10. Loved the write up, great job! Where I actually disagree with you is on who you feel for better. It was almost literally impossible for the Jets not to get better, but still not too worried about them yet. I don’t believe the Chiefs and Ravens got much better because of the draft. I think many on here think the Chiefs did well because they got a couple of names that were mentioned here for a while. The Ravens still have no wide receivers to throw to. You can only throw it to Andrews so many times and Lamar could get injured again. They probably won’t have as many injuries this coming season as last so they will most likely have a better record, but I don’t think it will be because of an undersized (but good) center or bigger DT from UConn
  11. Where does it say he’s only a third down back?
  12. It’s fine to be critical (clearly, since you are critical in all of your posts) but are you ever positive? You must have been a real hoot during the drought years
  13. Cool-the Jets have been getting “A++” draft grades for a couple of years in a row now, how had that worked out for them? they took a good player 4th overall-amazing! they took another one 10th overall-how did they do that? they took a running back people have heard of-Super Bowl contenders!
  14. They better not fall behind at any point in any game though-who are they going to throw the ball to? Not sure you can throw it to Andrews 30 times a game
  15. Holy crap this is then incredibly ironic, because this is the worst take in Bills draft history-congratulations!!!
  16. In these scenarios you have the Bills trading out of the second round just so they can get back a 4th round pick-that doesnt make any sense to me
  17. So you realize that all of those small changes put together means that the top offense in the league has gotten better. I’m not saying they keep goi my defense I think we would all like to see them draft some more speed/blocking for Josh but all of those small changes put together could end up being a significant upgrade
  18. White wasn’t White when he got drafted either…what’s your point?
  19. Wait so you’re saying the Bills would’ve gotten Hall and Booth if they stayed at 25? One of them was going to fall to the 4th round?
  20. I know taking a guard really vaulted them to the top of the list 🤦‍♂️
  21. I always love reading the "historically deep draft" statements year after year after year. I think there have been about 15 consecutive historically deep drafts in a row...it's amazing!!!!!
  22. This is a really bad take-you could then say this about any wide receiver. You could apply this thinking to any position…josh should get paid less if he hands the ball off more this year, Ed Oliver shouldn’t get a contract because he only rushes the passer, he doesn’t also drop into coverage the guy is a special talent, deserves to get paid, and wants to be able to focus on one position like virtually every other player in the league
  23. Oh my God that’s the worst schedule ever! I can’t believe they made the Bills play away games that they had to travel to! And im pretty sure we are playing every team after their bye! The league is obviously out to get them because they are small market and clearly this is the worst schedule on the league! just getting it out of the way….I’m good now
  24. Out of that group I wouldn’t even call Devin’s agent back…I like Motor but this is very likely his last year in Buffalo
  25. They have both been in the league 3 years and aren’t allowed to get a new contract until now. Since neither was a first round pick they only have 1 year left on their contract. This is the exact time they should be trying to get a new contract. They both know if they don’t get a new one they will get the franchise tag next year, which means they will miss out on the major pay day for even more time
