  1. Go back and read your own post, yes you did. All I'm saying is you are using a ton of hindsight to make your argument....do you also still crush the Bills because they didn't pick Mahomes or Brady?
  2. This is a trade that has worked out for both sides - Jefferson has played really well in Minnesota, but right now it's still hard to make a comparison in my opinion. Diggs has been the focal point since day one here. Jefferson has not faced many double teams until very recently. Diggs has been getting the other team's top corner more often than Jefferson. You can't deny that Diggs ability (along with Allen's improvement) has completely changed the offense here. I'm confused by your statement saying Jefferson has won more games than Diggs though
  3. I'm just hoping the Steelers aren't wearing their bumblebee uniforms! Those to me are the worst uniforms in all of sports
  4. Well he has thrown less interceptions than Josh Allen this year.....
  5. You're making your argument based off of this year's stats and claiming you find it laughable that people wanted to get rid of him or give competition for him based off of last year. Last year he was not very good - he has obviously improved from last year to this year which is great, but you are using an extreme amount of hindsight against the people who wanted him to have some competition for training camp this year. If you look at his stats last year (and watch the games) the Bills needed to bring in competition and there should have been calls to cut him. He obviously showed very early in camp that he had improved greatly which is why the other punters were cut so early. Just saying that it's quite lazy on your part to use this year's stats against people who wanted him cut or have competition for his job before this season began. Now if the same complaints come up before next season, then you will be fully supported in using this year's stats
  6. Oh riiiiiiiiiight, why didn’t the Bills think to look at this years stats during last offseason when they were trying to make a decision about Bojo. This idiots based their decision to being in competition for him off of how he performed last year! If you could please show the Bills front office how to use next years stats and performance for the upcoming draft, we would all really appreciate it
  7. I’m not disagreeing with what you’re saying, the point I’m trying to make is let’s not make it seem like guys before steroids weren’t cheating, that’s all. I also don’t understand why baseball players get crushed for using PEDS but football players get caught using PEDS all the time and they aren’t vilified nearly as bad. I don’t care that football is more physical, doesn’t give them a pass for using PEDS, the hardest thing to do in sports is hit a baseball-steroids don’t help with your hand eye coordination all that being said, would’ve been really nice to see Griffey Jr stay healthy his entire career
  8. This is not to say Aaron cheated at all, but to make it seem like guys years ago didn’t find ways to cheat is naive. I can pretty much guarantee you there are cheaters in the hall of fame from the 50’s-80’s. It’s also interesting that guys who use steroids in baseball are vilified and seen as absolute villains, but NFL players get caught using PED’s and it’s barely mentioned for more than a day and they get a 4 week suspension
  9. As good as those players were, their style wouldn’t get them in the field the way the game is played today. They had to be physical because they weren’t athletic enough to keep up with the running backs back then. I have watched enough film of these guys to think they didn’t play the game the right way-the amount of cheap shots, late hits, etc that they would give so guys wouldn’t go o we the middle to me is embarrassing. But to each their own, I would want my linebackers to be able to go from sideline to sideline as well as being able to cover someone in the passing game. Those guys couldn’t do that
  10. So honest question to everyone saying he’s not physical enough-name some linebackers in the league that are “physical enough” - You can probably say Bobby Wagner, but go back and watch the Bills game, dude was getting thrown all over the field. This is an honest question though, and are you truly watching enough of all of the other teams linebackers to know if they are more physical? as someone said earlier, the big, thumping linebacker days are over-those guys from years ago wouldn’t have any success I. Today’s game. I think Edmunds problem isn’t not being physical enough, his problem comes from taking the wrong angles and picking the wrong holes Shocking, you’re against a Bills player...are there players on the team that you actually like?
  11. What’s funny is that some posters on here who can’t give up the idea that he shouldn’t be the Mike are also the same people who get upset when people won’t drop the “Josh Allen is inaccurate” argument
  12. Obviously if the fans aren't yelling loud enough at home or posting quick enough in the game day thread the players and coaches can't do their jobs to their full potential
  13. I’m pretty sure it’s still because of the ONE good game he has had for his entire career...that’s the only explanation I can come up with
  14. Oh I definitely agree that they are a good team - you don't get to 11-0 without being very good. As I'm sure every fan base does, we have a tendency to overanalyze our own team and take the 10,000 ft view of all other teams. I think the Bills match up very well with what they do. The Bills let you get the underneath stuff and tackle very well (with the exception of Taron Johnson - that guy is terrible but that's a completely different topic). As you could see yesterday, Baltimore gave them tons of underneath stuff but didn't let the receivers get many YAC. If they had their full team, I think Baltimore wins that game. Couple that with the idea that their defense does not match up well with our offense, especially now that Dupree is done for the year, and I do expect the Bills to win that game
  15. Was coming here to say the same thing - they are undefeated through 11 games so they deserve a high ranking, but I'm really looking forward to the beating the Bills put on them in a couple of weeks. They have barely survived a Dallas team that's going nowhere and a team of essentially 3rd stringers in that Baltimore game today. That being said, it shows that every team towards the top have played games that perhaps they could have won by more or didn't look at great and still won, so I'm very encouraged for these last several games and the playoffs
  16. Come on man, this stuff still? They’ve played 11 games and have won 8 of them-you don’t get to that point by beating only terrible teams. You’re nitpicking the Bills and using the other teams to fit your narrative. I could easily switch around the narrative foe their losses-for the Tennessee game there was so much uncertainty including game planning for 2 teams, the weather was bad for the KC game, lucky catch on a Hail Mary to lose to Arizona, etc....I mean you’re worried about getting blown out by Pittsburgh-they have some close wins against bad teams this year! the point is every team has had some pretty suspect games this year, that being said you don’t get to 8-3 by only beating cream puffs-this isn’t college football
  17. I watched him for a while today, and he was single blocked an alarming amount of times! They had Davis try to block him once, Knox blocking him too many times...just boneheaded coaching decisions to leave him 1-on-1
  18. The unsportsmanlike penalties against both Moss and Davis are laughable, so was the one official who didn’t throw the flag initially on the OPI on San Diego at the end of the game (right before Hail Mary #2🤦‍♂️)
  19. He’s good at his position, who cares if he is nice. Would rather have nice and good than pissed off and bad
  20. Considering the Bills haven’t scored a defensive touchdown since I think Sam Adams picked off Tom Brady all those years ago, that is quite the fearless prediction!
  21. Just like I think people need to pump the brakes when they call someone a bust after one season or even half a season, I think you need to pump the brakes a little bit here. That’s not to say he’s not having a good rookie season, but so did Vince Young, so did RGIII, even Lamar was already in the hall of fame after last season! Point being, give teams a full offseason to game plan foe him before we put him in the hall of fame with Rivers and Brees
  22. They tried to trade up for Brees, teams didn’t want to trade with the Bills
  23. I’m honestly trying to think of a TE who left Buffalo and have done so much better. I like Thomas, but he has 300+ yards receiving and 4 touchdowns. While better than Buffalo’s tight ends (but less touchdowns) he not exactly crushing it
  24. At the rate that people love their hot takes, I’m surprised people aren’t already bashing NEXT years draft picks
