  1. And 10 pages later, PUNT the troll got exactly what he or she wanted. Have they come back once to respond to the many thoughtful takes over the course of several days to respond on this? Many, MANY posters in this thread put way more thought into responses to this asinine provocation by the OP and yet he hasn’t come back to reply once in his own thread. I thought that was a rule around here but “rules” around here don’t get enforced equally so who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ bang up job guys
  2. is this not a place to speculate on tie-breakers, playoff scenarios, etc...for the Bills? Cool you could have just skipped over the thread but thanks for the input ?
  3. excellent observations and yes all those outcomes would be welcome.
  4. For those curious: “Total QBR was developed by a team at ESPN Stats & Information Group including Jeff Bennett, Dean Oliver, Alok Pattani, Albert Larcada, and Menlo College professor Ben Alamar. The group also received input from ESPN analysts Trent Dilfer, Jon Gruden, and Ron Jaworski. Total QBR was developed based on analysis of 60,000 NFL plays between 2008-2010, and was unveiled on August 5, 2011. The formula was modified in 2012 and again in 2013.”
  5. Funny I don’t see someone like, oh, say, JJ Watt catching guff for his numerous sack dances and celebrations...wonder why ?
  6. QBR is a dead and buried statistic. There are many better measures of QB play out there today, developed, coincidentally, by outlets not named ESPN. Hence the only people today continuing to cite QBR with a straight face are ESPN shills like Barnwell.
  7. why are all your threads clumsy attempts to provoke fans? That’s the better question. The fact you’re still around is a little surprising.
  8. Let’s hope Houston can help us out on Sunday night and hand NE their 2nd loss. If that happens, some interesting scenarios open up.
  9. Smoke threw a tight spiral on that TD too. Thing of beauty.
  10. Signature, convincing wins on national stages tend to change a lot of minds.
  11. there were quite a few here that called him a bust not so long ago. Most of them have owned up to being wrong though.
  12. sad thing is they are probably right, because all the current crews are terrible.
  13. Probably best game so far by Allen, so gotta be A+ from me.
  14. that was terrible. To be 100% fair, the closer ref (back judge i think) got the call right from the start. No clue whatsoever what the other ref was looking at that when he called it a TD. The second foot came down entirely in the white.
  15. Star with the FG tip and the pick was great.
  16. don’t see too many of them here though. The KC guy is long gone, and the Pats fan doesn’t say anything too crazy. Granted, I may be missing some.
  17. I think they get to 11 easily (Pitt and Jets.) if they get to 12 they may get the division.
  18. Holy **** I thought the AFL folded 15 years ago.
  19. But there are plenty of national NFL media personalities that have been giving the Bills their due for weeks, if not months now. Dare I say, it sounds like some of them are actively rooting for the bills. So not only does the OP sound needy, but also just plain misinformed. see: Charles Robinson Kyle Brandt even Stephen A Smith for pete’s sake. I could go on.
  20. My goodness. The fragility of some of you Bills “fans.” Who cares? And Green Bay is a smaller market fwiw. Every week, team is now 8-3 here and “we don’t get this and that and where’s our credit??” Lordy.
