  1. I've grown fond of Joe and Booger. Bring on the confused reactions. Obviously not everyone agrees that they're terrible, or they wouldn't have gotten the job in the first place. I'd rather listen to this crew than Buck/Aikman any day. Hating on Booger is like hating on Nickelback. A few people started doing it, and then it became the cool thing to do. There may be some justification, but the herd mentality has pushed the disdain to an unreasonable level just because it's cool.
  2. I don't. Beane said yesterday he might go after a couple guys whose value has dropped... I'm thinking that means bigger-name guys who didn't get what they were looking for... Hmm...
  3. We're going to win the Super Bowl.
  4. Wow. Saying Singletary is #1 back "as it stands now" is definitely not a ringing endorsement and begs the question of whether the intention might be to add another back, making Singletary the complementary piece.
  5. You do realize this is an alt-right news network, right? There's no more biased network on the news. This is the kind of reporting that has people ignoring guidelines; even if it's not explicitly stated, it leads people in that direction. One specific point: the death rate for flu quoted here is straight-up false, and people need to stop cooking up these estimated actual death rates for COVID-19 based on asymptomatic infections. If you're going to do that for COVID-19, you have to do it for the flu, too, so it's all a wash and we should go with the death rate we see. That data shows that COVID-19, with some geographic variability, is about 10x-15x more lethal than the flu. I'm surprised that OAN is still harping on the flu narrative when Trump himself has moved away from it.
  6. Joe Biden almost did this on live TV the other night when he was feeling bad for people dealing with mental health issues due to COVID-19. It was crazy. Showed how pure his instincts are.
  7. We should be the first team to refuse to let the window close. Mike Florio has been calling for some team to do that for years. How do you do it? You take a talented roster-builder like Beane and you give him the guts to move on from a QB when it's time to pay him. One way to do this? Draft a QB every year. The only other way to keep the window open is to have a Tom Brady who takes huge discounts.
  8. It's amazing how everyone forgets the contested catches he made in this game, catches that no one else on the roster could make. Can't believe they take them for granted.
  9. We need a 3rd & 1 guy. Desperately. That's about it.
  10. Lol. There's know-it-all Joe again. So cute.
  11. We have places we can upgrade... TE, K, P, DE... but only two holes (OT, RB)
  12. Only two roster spots left: backup OT and backup RB.
  13. The new logo looks like a haircut.
  14. The girl in purple is perfect... Good lord.
  15. Sleepy Matt Fairburn and I've-got-it-all-figured-out Buscaglia... No thanks!
  16. Why do you feel it necessary to be a jerk? Come on, man. Why the condescension? I figure Marlowe was more expensive than a late-round pick or undrafted FA and is probably going to get cut, so no need to sign him. Are you related to Marlowe or something? My god.
  17. Somehow the Steelers did this with negative cap space.
  18. Wow, that's pretty insulting. In case you didn't know, NFL teams typically carry four safeties. The Bills have four who seem to be better than Marlowe. Just expressing my opinion that signing him wasn't needed when he's likely just going to be a camp body anyway. Relax.
  19. Safety depth is already A-OK with Hyde, Poyer, J. Johnson, and Neal. Not needed
  20. Bills should have offered $6M.
  21. Buffalo is #13 in cap space, with 12 million in excess of league average
