Buffalo Bills worst draft choices.
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trent Edwards was a third-round pick. You can't really put him on this list. -
I've grown fond of Joe and Booger. Bring on the confused reactions. Obviously not everyone agrees that they're terrible, or they wouldn't have gotten the job in the first place. I'd rather listen to this crew than Buck/Aikman any day. Hating on Booger is like hating on Nickelback. A few people started doing it, and then it became the cool thing to do. There may be some justification, but the herd mentality has pushed the disdain to an unreasonable level just because it's cool.

NFL to release schedule dates on May 9th
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You do realize this is an alt-right news network, right? There's no more biased network on the news. This is the kind of reporting that has people ignoring guidelines; even if it's not explicitly stated, it leads people in that direction. One specific point: the death rate for flu quoted here is straight-up false, and people need to stop cooking up these estimated actual death rates for COVID-19 based on asymptomatic infections. If you're going to do that for COVID-19, you have to do it for the flu, too, so it's all a wash and we should go with the death rate we see. That data shows that COVID-19, with some geographic variability, is about 10x-15x more lethal than the flu. I'm surprised that OAN is still harping on the flu narrative when Trump himself has moved away from it. -
Super Bowl window of opportunity is now
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We should be the first team to refuse to let the window close. Mike Florio has been calling for some team to do that for years. How do you do it? You take a talented roster-builder like Beane and you give him the guts to move on from a QB when it's time to pay him. One way to do this? Draft a QB every year. The only other way to keep the window open is to have a Tom Brady who takes huge discounts. -
Rewatching playoff game
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Jerboski's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's amazing how everyone forgets the contested catches he made in this game, catches that no one else on the roster could make. Can't believe they take them for granted. -
RB is a really GLARING need, right?
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Richard Noggin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We need a 3rd & 1 guy. Desperately. That's about it. -

EJ Gaines is back!
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Clemfield2622's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We have places we can upgrade... TE, K, P, DE... but only two holes (OT, RB) -

Only two roster spots left: backup OT and backup RB. -

Bills Re-Sign S Dean Marlowe
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why do you feel it necessary to be a jerk? Come on, man. Why the condescension? I figure Marlowe was more expensive than a late-round pick or undrafted FA and is probably going to get cut, so no need to sign him. Are you related to Marlowe or something? My god. -
Ebron to the Steelers
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Somehow the Steelers did this with negative cap space. -
Bills Re-Sign S Dean Marlowe
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wow, that's pretty insulting. In case you didn't know, NFL teams typically carry four safeties. The Bills have four who seem to be better than Marlowe. Just expressing my opinion that signing him wasn't needed when he's likely just going to be a camp body anyway. Relax. -
Bills Re-Sign S Dean Marlowe
Giuseppe Tognarelli replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Safety depth is already A-OK with Hyde, Poyer, J. Johnson, and Neal. Not needed -
Bills should have offered $6M.
