  1. They are just trying to get the QBs to know the Daboll playbook early, can’t wait to sign Dabs as the HC and get that vaunted pass only Offense running.
  2. I was excited to see Bates get out there, turns out you can’t keep a guy off the field forever because he’s “so valuable” and throw him in cold. He was fine for what, 2 plays?
  3. Man, for as useless as Breida has been through his career and he looks like the lead back on this team, I’d say it’s time to go get a real back.
  4. If he’s benched for a rookie over that play, then I’m legitimately fine with McD being fired. On the wrongs guys, but ok.
  5. Wow, hope he gets help before hurting himself or someone else.
  6. You are finding this as a positive sign? 2018 is good, because Allen worked out. Edmunds, overdrafted, Taron Johnson was a nice find as was Teller who he subsequently traded fir a bag of chips, that’s pretty awful. I mean, what else are you really happy with?
  7. Oliver has not come close to justifying a top 10 pick. End of story, there is zero debate in that. He’s a good player, but in a redraft, you probably don’t take him in the first round.
  8. They have to run the ball and mean it, not throw it on tape against the Jets and barely come back to it again. The O is completely one dimensional and Allen can not do it all. From the D, stop this stupid rotation and play the game situationally. If you really think all the guys are interchangeable, then they all must suck. If you are willing to admit that, fine, but I’m not. There are guys that are better than others and we constantly watch the 2nd string guys give up big plays in key moments because we act like this is peewee and everyone has to have their turn.
  9. Honestly, I think the better question here is, what players have lived up to where they were drafted? The only one that I can really say yes, is Allen. I don’t know if it’s him, or the way the coaching staff chooses to use players, because some of that certainly is questionable, but the end result is not good in terms of what they are getting for draft picks. It’s been ugly, value has not been there at all. Would you honestly take any of the guys that he drafted in the same position again? Allen is the only one, lets leave this draft off the table because there’s no body of work to really know yet. Overall, I don’t think anyone would. It looks possible that Brown was a good 3rd rounder this year, but Boogie is a big no this far and Groot is a question mark, I’m actually still high on him, but I’m sure a lot of people aren’t.
  10. I have been saying for a couple seasons now, McDermott is a good solid leader, but I don’t think he really has what it takes to be a great coach in the NFL. Personally, I think he’s worried about being liked too much, should’ve fired Frazier, when he had to take over calling the plays during the game. It’s obvious he’s not happy with the O right now, yet nothing is changing, at the end of the day, it’s all on him. So do we believe that he is going to change, or is Time to see somebody that can actually put it all together? I know Sean McVay’s do not grow on trees, but that’s the type of personality we need here. Unfortunately, I would believe that he is safe, but I don’t believe that he should be.
  11. You do realize Wentz salary cap hit is 2x what Allen’s is, right? That’s GOT to be the worst excuse I’ve ever heard.
  12. you think this team would have more than 2 wins if MT was playing QB? I don’t.
  13. It’s the coaching, plain and simple. They refuse to bend when it’s obvious they don’t have the personnel to do it their preferred way. I’m cool with them losing out this year and hopefully getting at least the coordinators fired.
  14. I agree completely, the rotation is stupid, time and time again we give up big plays in key moments because we couldn’t possibly leave the best players on the field.. infuriating.
  15. Groot is playing well, not upset with that pick, but Basham was a wasted pick, along with AJE last year.. oh and Oliver, Beane has been pretty awful in the draft if we are being honest.
  16. Doesn’t matter anymore, this team is not in the race for a 1 seed, they will be lucky to make the playoffs.
  17. So many in denial, maybe after Sunday you will realize the entire season is pinned on Spencer Brown, who wasn’t planned to ever see the field. Beane blew it and the homers just keep on lapping it up.
  18. Ryan is hearing footsteps, rightfully so, but he’s done. The sack to kill the FG and then he looked around looking for a reason to be tackled on the last play. I’d just cut bait, be done with it. He’s a mildly better Goff.
  19. What’s amazing, is he is literally the key to this team not imploding. Beane has a lot to be proud of.
  20. At least he would catch fire when run over and cause people to have to go around him. I’m not going to watch this week, I can’t stand to admit the end of the season already.
  21. He would be a decent third down back if he could catch, the reality is Beane loves to do the exact opposite of his usual strategy of drafting the best athletes when it comes to RB. These guys aren’t gifted enough to be anything more than a replacement in the NFL. Breida had great speed, but has never done anything, he looked like the best back by a mile last week, that says all you need to know.
  22. 1) they have had a bye week 2) the offenses they have played have been as putrid as it gets in the NFL vs almost every team. 3) they are good, not nearly as dominant as the stats say they are.
  23. I said it in the pre-season, the Pats built a team to beat the new league. Everybody has gotten small and quick, they intend to bulldoze you. Now that Mac is up and running decently, they are doing it. They have a very legitimate shot at winning the division, compliments of the Bills tripping over their own *****. They are actually constructed perfectly to give the Bills D fits, they take the short routes and TEs are their best weapons and they can cram the ball down your throat. They also have a real good D that gets pressure, it’s sure as hell no guarantee the Bills beat them.
