  1. Honestly, I don’t think the difference is huge between them. I I could get back a great package for Carr, he’d be on the way out.
  2. I would bet somebody is going to slap down about 15M, it’s not a great QB market, and a lot of teams need one. For all the money guys like Bridgewater etc have gotten, I would think a guy who looked pretty good in Chi for a few years and the mess Chi proved they created last year along with him looking good in preseason and an expert at kneel downs, he should get a decent deal.
  3. Like the guy, but him being here has zero impact on the Bills winning a SB
  4. Can’t expect a lot from a family that would raise their kid to eat ketchup on well done steak.
  5. Who would you put out there as a better option? He’s already guaranteed money, so you are paying him either way.
  6. The funny part is that was supposed to be Haack’s specialty. Overall, he just had a terrible year, I don’t know if it was just a down year or if he sucks in general.
  7. I see your point on the salary of a punter, but even still, I’d look later in the draft if at all. Traditionally, punters get drafted very late, if at all. To my earlier point, I don’t think the difference is there to use a pick on one. Bojo was a good punter for no investment, his holding sucked bad enough to cost him his job. Haack is the opposite. On the overall Bojo averaged about 4yards better than Haack and aside from the SLOW kick that cost the Pitt game, it really didn’t matter all year.
  8. The difference between the very best punter and the worst in the NFL is a whole 8 yards on average. A team punts on average about 4 times a game, the Bills punted on average 3.05 times a game last year. How much is 25 yards a game worth to you? (Assuming you get the very best guy and Buffalo winds don’t skew their stats back to the middle of the pack where it’s more like a 4 yard a kick difference). BTW the difference between the best punter and worst when looking at Net is only 7 yards and the best average distance punter is not the best Net. A great punter is a nice thing to have, but the amount of times that 4-8 yards makes a big difference is rare. The Bills could/should upgrade as Haack is one of the worst in the league no matter how you shape it, but to talk about a 3rd round pick is nuts.
  9. Chark would be awesome, but I expect him to get a pretty fat paycheck too.
  10. It’s a win for them, take the most polarizing play and zing him, clicks are coming. I agree the Bills better have a decent back up QB, won’t be through the draft tho.
  11. Way too much IMO, hasn’t done anything yet and he’s only under a one year deal.
  12. He would be a huge get for this team, it would be foolish to think otherwise.
  13. I’d flip a late rounder for him, you are drafting for potential there anyway, see if a6th gets it done.
  14. Wow is he light.. I’d be terrified to see him hit in the NFL, but that’s some serious speed.
  15. Proof that stats don’t tell the whole story, if you watched the Steelers this year, you know Dionte dropped 5 balls in one game, the guy is not good, nor is the tracking of actual drops.
  16. In a normal business you would just remind him he’s under contract and if that’s a problem, he can stop being paid. The entitlement of this little ***** is insane.
  17. If I were the Cards, Not only would I cut off any talk of an extension early, I’d make him play on the 5th year and then Franchise him twice, then I’d let him walk.
  18. Diontae couldn’t catch a cold, Maple syrup hasn’t done anything and JuJu is a #2 playing as a #1.
  19. You think they would still trade Alden for Chubb? Bahahahha
  20. You could do 4% off a life insurance policy, not a hard thing to do at all.
  21. Real talk, there are a lot of vet QBs that are FA this year and all of them are equal to or have better numbers than MT. He’d be stupid to go to NY to back up Jones who they are going to give the job to. Pitt is a ***** show and agin, not going to get paid there, the WRs suck, don’t care what the national media thinks. He’s gonna end up a back up or a place holder unless something changes. His best bet is here, Tampa, Indy, Washington. Most likely, Tampa will go all in for a real QB again, Indy is appealing, but should go for Mariota or Winston, Washington looks appealing if they don’t go w the incumbent, either way, place holder scenario.
  22. Pitts receivers are pure garbage. Their stud RB couldn’t average 4ypc, but the team sucked so much he got more touches than D Henry in most years. Any (de)illusions that Pitt has a team a QB should want to play is from somebody that didn’t watch them.
  23. They can do it if they want, they have love in waiting so if they have Rodgers a 4 year deal, only 2 with guaranteed money, gave him a massive signing bonus, like $75M and a base of 12.5 for 2 years, then he gets the 50M average for 2 years and the cap hit is spread out over 4 seasons, they could get him and Adams back for 2 more years doing it that way. Would I? Probably not. He’s 38, it’s time to make a move towards the future, but that’s just me talking.
  24. If you were him, you gonna give up 19M to go somewhere else? Understanding this is very likely your last big payday? Hell no.
  25. I can’t blame him, I’d be done working if I had even 5MM in the bank, he’s set for life.
