  1. A good of mines wife works the boxes at Arrowhead. She has said Patrick and his I believe fiance are great, and kind to everyone, but he is having to apologize for his mom, brother, and brother's girlfriend pretty regularly. I don't believe this was intentional, but definitely not thinking, and yet again something Patrick will have to apologize for.
  2. I don't know if it is more fear of Mac Jones, but of the coaching staff and history. They are doing a great of putting him in the right play calls for his abilities, and current development. He does make quick decisions, and avoids mistakes. A lot like Brady early on. The key is defense, and they have shown better and better throughout the season. I think it could be two tough games, but they aren't ready to take the division back from the bills this year.
  3. Yes, I find that interesting, too. Sometimes offenses and defenses can kind of seclude themselves on a team. This team, through the number of years playing together, and the culture has a lot of interaction regardless of position. It's fun to follow them.
  4. Jones got his hands on Josh up to top, and Josh just kind of swats him away like a gnat at a BBQ.
  5. It's a little difficult to see what it was exactly only seeing him catch the ball and not the ball flight. One thing might be wanting more touch. The first one might have come in a little more hot.
  6. I will be there. I live in Omaha, so I'm making the drive. If your looking for some bbq while you're there I recommend q39 or Joe's their both fantastic. Nice to see other bills fans are making the trip.
  7. Levi has been amazing as a walk on in college and undrafted. One of my favorite people on the team, one of my favorites outside of Josh.
  8. This all has been fantastic! It's not right to downplay the opponents. Nobody else are heading these teams this bad. The truth is the chiefs and Titans will be hyped. I'm hoping we beat them both!
  9. I will be at the kc game next week. Do you think we give Cody Ford another shot next week or move Williams inside again? In terms of do we make it a wake up call or more a permanent change. I personally think Brown is there to stay and we move other pieces around to keep him in the lineup.
  10. I was at that game. I had forgotten about that. Wyoming hung into early in the third and then he started throwing pick after pick. He was just trying to push the ball down field as much as he could.
  11. While I do think Edmonds does a lot of little things that he doesn't get credit for, part of the disappointment is where he was drafted. As a first round pick at middle linebacker, you're looking for a playmaker. He just doesn't seem to make enough impact plays. Also, being a Wyoming guy, and seeing what Logan Wilson is doing for their defense has me wishing he would be in the middle of Buffalo's. Last game he had 14 tackles two picks and a couple pass breakups against the same Steelers that beat Buffalo, and he is in only in his first year starting. Some guys have a natural ability to attack and make plays. As much as Edmunds seems like a good guy and we'll liked around the team, I just don't see him as one of those guys.
  12. As a Wyoming grad this is interesting. Rico actually played corner at Wyoming. He is a burner. He ran in the 4.3's in his pro day, but Josh never threw to him as a wide receiver in college. He would definitely know him, and no doubt that he comes with Josh's approval.
  13. I'm going to the kc game. I've heard they are generally good fans. I just went through the kc website. I haven't found that stub hub was any cheaper. Most all sections were available.
  14. This is a good topic with a lot of competition. Barring injuries I think Williams, ford, and Dawkins are pretty locked in. The competition comes with the other two spots between IB, Lamp, Bates, and mongo. I believe brown will be the swing tackle with Bates also being a possibility if Brown isn't ready yet to contribute.
  15. I went with Jones. As much as I hate the pats, I know BB is a heck of a coach. We don't know anything about how good the jets will be. They could whiff on the majority of their picks, and everything they accumulated would be pointless.
  16. As some others have said, I'm much more concerned with Miami. The good thing is that they went with Tua instead of JH. I'm thinking they will be wanting to move up in the next draft or two and have to take another swing at a qb.
  17. I really like this pickup. He can add a speed element that isn't currently available for this team. It's going to be hard for rookies to make this roster. So many littles holes are being filled before the draft.
  18. I'm one that has never really been sold on Tua. I watched him quite a bit and it's a little hard to get a read on just how accurate he was. There are A LOT of throws to wide open guys, and more often than not, clean pockets. He struggled mightily when having to face Clemson in the title game, because he was hurried and actually had to throw in tight windows. That is what he will face consistently in the NFL. To be honest I don't love any of the qb's in this draft. I would be doing anything I can to get Trevor Lawrence though. It's all a crapshoot and I could be completely wrong.
  19. Getting him for around 5 a season is not a bad idea. Teddy got paid 9 from NOLA. From all accounts he is pretty humble, and I think he would take to being a backup just fine.
  20. I was thinking cb would be a possibility in round 2, but with this we could look more at edge or OT. I think 3 for 18 with 10 gtd could do it. Then we have tre and him locked in for a couple of years at least. I would think this would be a no brainier.
  21. Hopefully we are still looking at Hyde. That is who I have preferred got a while. I was just watching a Houston game on NFL Network. I think he would be an ideal compliment. A nice upgrade over Gore.
  22. I am on board with Hyde. Gordon is the best player, but am not sure how well he would handle being the complimentary back instead of the primary one. Additionally I'm concerned with him being a negative in the locker room if he sees himself as being underutilized or underpaid in his mind.
  23. If we can get him for something like 2 years for 8, then I'd say let's go for it. We would still draft a rookie around the 5th round. Someone like Dillon to help move the chains.
  24. I saw a major improvement later in the year. If he is 100 percent healthy for a full off-season and regular year, I believe he could still be valuable to this defense. Still would like to add an edge to infuse some youth in the position room.
