  1. I doubt the League will move the Thursday game to Saturday. First they already sold that TV time and the sponsors would not be happy. Thursday Night Football is a big money maker for the league. Secondly, a Saturday game would be completely out of the question because they couldn't televise it. The Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961 exempts the NFL broadcasting rights from antitrust laws. That act forbids the NFL to broadcast games on Friday nights and Saturdays from the 2nd Friday in September through the 2nd Saturday in December. I don't know what some supposed football pundits even floated that idea.

  3. Wow - you especially wanted Rosen? Yeah and how's that working out for you?
  4. Thanks - thought he might be a closest Bills fan trying to play it off. Nope - he just sucks at analyzing football.
  5. Cameron Wolfe @CameronWolfe · 2h The Dolphins didn't ask for & don't plan to go to 65K full capacity at games this season, source says. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis gave them clearance to do so now, as @AndySlater reported, but Dolphins feel more comfortable continuing their plan of hosting 13K fans right now. Cameron Wolfe @CameronWolfe · 2h From Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkel: "We'll continue to follow CDC guidelines & put everyone's safety first & monitor things as they go. Right now w/ positivity rates where they are, we feel that we can keep people safe in a socially distanced environment, which is our 13K capacity. Apparently, the Dolphin's CEO is a lot smarter than DeSantis
  6. The Pats are at 52.4%, the Fins are 12.3% and Jets 2.7% to make the playoffs
  7. The winds will be down but there will be some rain - heavy at times. https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/us/tn/nashville
  8. I'm shocked - the USA Today has the Bills in the top 10. Albeit, a spot behind the Rams https://www.usatoday.com/picture-gallery/sports/nfl/2020/10/06/nfl-power-rankings-after-week-4-2020-season/3634054001/
  9. Lol - oops typo The calculator works - my fingers don't
  10. I was just looking at the stats and comparing White to Humphrey Humphrey - 49 games since 2017 150 tackles, 124 solo, 0.05 sack, 4 FFs, 3 FRs, 8 Ints returned for 55 yards, 44 Passes Defensed, 9 stuffs White - 50 games since 2017 186 tackles, 150 solo, 1 sack, 3 FFs, 3 FRs, 12 Ints returned for 180 yards, 46 Passes Defensed, 7 stuffs Seems to me Beane got a heck of a deal
  11. I broke out the old calculator and adjusted Allen for having a proper call instead of a fake Int. That would make him 9 of 13 (69.2%) for 295 yards (22.7 ypa) with 1 TD, 0 Ints and a Passer Rating of 137.5
  12. Crazy the Bills have 4 receivers with over 100 yards, 2 with over 200 and a RB that's 7 yards from breaking the 100 yard plateau yet the Jets top two haven't reached 125 yards yet and their 3rd is still 25 yards away from 100. Gase might have Manning's endorsement but a QB whisperer he's not. BTW - I love that the Bills are averaging a TD per quarter and the Jets only have 4 on the season. Dear NY Jets - Pease keep Gase!!! At least until week 8...
  13. Man oh man I hope they keep him!! Heck give him a contract extension!! In 2015 he became the OC for the Bears. Well under the direction of this offensive guru and QB whisperer they went from 21st in total offense, 15th in passing and 9th in passing TDs to 21st again, but 23rd in passing and 23 in passing TDs Then he took over in Miami from Joe Philbin and Dan Campbell - they went from 26 in total offense, 19th in passing and 19th in passing TDs to 24th in total offense but dropped 26th in passing and climbed to 12th in passing TDs. The next year 25th in offense, 18th in passing even though they took the 4th most attempts and 15th in passing TDs. In 2018 they dropped to 31st in offense, 30th in passing and stayed in the middle of the pack ranked 17th in passing TDs The Jets were 19th in total offense, 25th in passing and 26th in passing TDs before he got there with Todd Bowles. Since? 32nd in total offense, 29th in passing and 27th in passing TDs. This year - 32nd in total offense, 32nd in passing and 26th in passing TDs Please Jets!!! Don't fire him!!!
  14. Davis was one of 2 receivers taken in the 4th round with the other being Antonio Gandy Golden. There was a total of 15 receivers selected before him - 6 in the 1st round, 7 in the 2nd round and 2 in the 3rd round. The results through 3 games: Ruggs - 4 catches on 8 targets for 59 yards Jeudy - 13 catches on 24 targets for 173 yards Lamb - 16 catches of 21 targets for 230 yards Reagor - 5 catches of 8 targets for 96 yards Jefferson - 12 catches of 15 targets for 245 yards and 1 TD Aiyuk - 7 catches on 11 targets for 91 yards Higgins - 8 catches on 15 targets for 75 yards and 2 TDs Pittman Jr - 9 catches on 12 targets for 73 yards Shenault Jr - 11 catches of 14 targets for 105 yards and 1 TD Hamler - 6 catches on 12 targets for 78 yards Claypool - 6 catches on 9 targets for 151 yards and 1 TD Jefferson - 5 catches on 9 targets for 76 yards Mims - IR Edwards - 5 catches on 6 targets for 99 yards Duvernay - 2 catches of 2 targets for 31 yards Note: only 2 games Davis - 7 receptions on 7 targets for 103 yards and 1 TD Gandy- Golden - 1 reception on 3 targets for 3 yards Now I realize it's VERY early and 3 games doesn't not make a season nor a career. However, in this small sample size Davis is at the top of the group in catch rate, trails only Claypool in yards per reception, and is 6th in yards per game. I would love to see him be targeted more (especially after that toe-drag swag yesterday) and continue this. I'm also very glad he ran a 4.54!!!
  15. I would love to see him keep up this pace. In the previous 2 seasons combined he had 5163 yards, 30 passing TDS and 21 INTs His current pace has him finishing this season with 5536 yards, 53 passing TDs and 5 INTs I don't think that's realistic but I'd love to see it.
  16. I'm happy for him but also concerned. The Jags have had two kickers go on IR in two weeks!! He should take out an extra insurance policy before signing.
  17. Way too early to judge on Epenesa. Remember they put Oliver out for about 40 snaps per game to start the season then they pulled him back to around 20 for weeks 8 through 11 before bumping him back up to the mid 30s to finish out the season and he had the advantage of rookie mini camp, mini camp, OTAs, training camp and 4 preseason games to prepare.
  18. Not a bad week AFC Offensive Player of the week FedEx Air Player of the week Angry Run of the week winner
  19. 2 mins to go and after 84400 votes he's still up 44% to 38% I hope the Titans fans didn't buy bots!!
  20. With roughly 2 hours to go Allen is leading 44%, to Wilson's 38% and Prescott's 18% of the vote. There is 82944 votes in so that's approximately at 5000 vote lead.
