  2. I hate to do this but based upon where they are at... Offense next round of cuts - Hodges, Devey, Hart, Webb, Fromm - brings them to 25 plus Wade Defense next round of cuts - Bryant, Hester, Butler, Love, Lee, Dodson, Giles-Harris, McCloud, Griffin - once again 25 - Harrison goes to the IR and Butler resigned Ooof - as Ron Burgundy once said "this is hard"

  4. An unlimited number of players can return from a team’s injured reserve list, and they are eligible after missing a minimum of only three games. After three weeks, the player becomes eligible to return to practice. Once he returns to practice, the team has 21 days to place him back on the active roster. Previously, a team had only two IR-return designations it could use in a season and a player was required to miss a minimum of eight weeks. Only players on the 53-player roster after Sept. 1 are eligible to be designated for return from IR or the non-football injury list. In other words the same modfied IR rules as last season.

  6. Watch Beane flip Carolina's 6th for Njoku - he makes $6 million this year and is a FA next year. Much cheaper than what they would have to give up for Ertz and his $12.7 million this season.
  7. The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to sign Newton - to play TE 😉 So now Josh Allen is the most experienced and oldest starting QB in the AFCE - lol!!! Allen AAV $43 million Wilson, Tua and Jones combined AAV of $20 million
  8. I expect they put Sweeney on the IR and bring back Hollister
  9. I've been quite quiet - been here - while going through stats rehab, which is the new "analytics" Thanks for remembering me lol - how have you been?
  10. Bleacher Report put out their power rankings for offenses. Now first, I will say I pretty much agree with the entire order but the thing that I noticed was how the teams the Bills face this year were ranked and then which they play at home and which they play away. It looks like the Bills have it much tougher on the road when it comes to facing high powered offenses which means the fans in WNY should have a lot of fun at the home games. Home Opponents and rankings: Dolphins 23rd; Pats 28th; Jest 31st; Falcons 18th; Panthers 21st; Texans 32nd; Colts 20th; Steelers 13th; WFT 22nd - only one game against a team with a ranking in the top half of the league Away Opponents and rankings: Dolphins 23rd; Pats 28th; Jest 31st; Jags 27th, Saints 16th, Bucs 4th, Titans 9th, Chiefs 1st - 4 games against teams ranked in the top half of the league and 3 against top 10 offenses Do you think the Bills did enough on defense to be able to slow down their opponents so their 2nd ranked offense can put up enough points to win on enemy soil? If not do you see a position of concern how would you like to see them address it at this point? I'll say I'm comcerned about CB depth and would have liked Casey Hayward but he signed with LV a few days ago so I'm leaning bring Norman back due to his experience in the system, for depth and his ability to tutor the young guys. The other concern I have I don't know how they could address but it's the ability to put a team away by converting 1st downs and running the ball, controling the clock late in the game. What say you? https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2942799-power-ranking-every-nfl-offense-after-the-2021-draft
  11. 32 solo tackles, 14 asst, 46 total tkls, 21 for a loss, 16.5 sacks - 6'5" 264lbs, 10" hand, 80.5" wing span - 4.94 40 dash*, 27 reps on bench 34 solo tackles, 20 asst, 54 total tkls, 19.5 for a loss, 15.5 sacks - 6'7" 265lbs, 11" hand, 83" wing span - 4.68 40 dash, 21 reps on bench Top is Chase Young the bottom is a raw and young Rousseau - stats for 2019 Not saying he's Chase Young but the upside is as big as he is!! Love the pick!!!
  12. Traded back in my mock for him but so glad they took Rousseau - now 30. Gregory Rousseau EDGE Miami (FL) 54. Asante Samuel Jr. CB Florida State 129. Bobby Brown DT Texas A&M 161. Tommy Doyle OT Miami (OH) 213. Shemar Jean-Charles CB Appalachian State 236. Jacob Harris WR UCF 2022 SEA 3rd
  13. My final mock - I like but I still like my first one the best which is why I quoted it above. It gives the Bills 13 picks next year (a ton of capital) and 12 of those are in th first 5 rounds. Big Baller Beane and depth and could get just about anyone he wanted in the next draft or parlay thay to keep the team team with young cost effective players and they don't need to do that this year. 1 in 1st, 2 in 2nd, 4 in 3rd, 2 in 4th, 3 in 5th and 1 -7th 42. Gregory Rousseau EDGE Miami (FL) 52. Asante Samuel Jr. CB Florida State 93. Josh Myers OC Ohio State 174. Josh Palmer WR Tennessee 213. Kayode Awosika OT Buffalo 236. Olaijah Griffin CB USC 2022 NYG 2nd
  14. After trading back two spots I still got a top CB and ended up with 3 straight picks in the 3rd that not only allowed me to pick best available but also developmental depth with big upside at 3 positions of need. 32. Caleb Farley CB Virginia Tech 61. Quinn Meinerz OC Wisconsin-Whitewater 93. Milton Williams DT Louisiana Tech 94. Brevin Jordan TE Miami (FL) 95. Elerson Smith EDGE Northern Iowa 213. Kary Vincent Jr. CB LSU 236. Jacob Harris WR UCF
  15. If no one mention Ronnie Harmon I'd be shocked especially after he dropped what would have been the game winning TD pass against the Browns bouncing the Bills from the playoffs - then blaming it on Kelly for delivering the ball late.
  16. I had to move up - couldn't resist!! Gave up the 30th, 93rd and a 5th next year to move up to 24th 24. Gregory Rousseau EDGE Miami (FL) 61. Jabril Cox LB LSU 161. Michael Menet OC Penn State 174. Benjamin St-Juste CB Minnesota 213. Nick Eubanks TE Michigan 236. Israel Mukuamu S South Carolina
  17. With so few holes and basically no starting spots available I still like my first draft the best (Which I quoted above). The team has ageing players and the draft capital added would allow them to target players they love and fill a need or potential need next year. That being said I ran it again this morning with no trades and took the BPA/highest ranked except in the first round where I passed on Justin Fields - there was no way I was going to take a QB in the 1st round so I took the 2nd ranked BPA. I admit I was suprised the board fell to allow these selections. Without trading I think this turned out real nice... 30. Najee Harris RB Alabama 61. Carlos Basham Jr. EDGE Wake Forest 93. Trill Williams CB Syracuse 161. David Moore OG Grambling State 174. Josh Palmer WR Tennessee 213. Justin Hilliard LB Ohio State 236. Jack Anderson OG Texas Tech
  18. He's not likely a sane guy - he blew his shot. A lot of NFL teams took him off of their draft boards last year because of character issues. Still the Titans took him 29th and signed him toa 4 year $11.6 million contract with $11.2 million guaranteed. All of the guaranteed money was voided because of his actions with the Titans. Now he gets zero. Big dummy
  19. Add Isaiah Wilson to the list He was the 29th pick last year by the Titans last year - traded to the Fins and released by the Fins today
  20. Tried it again with a focus on depth to develop and add draft capital. I'm not looking for anyone to fill a starting spot - which is a good feeling. 63. Landon Dickerson OC Alabama 72. Brevin Jordan TE Miami (FL) 93. Tommy Togiai DT Ohio State 136. Demetric Felton WR UCLA 158. Victor Dimukeje EDGE Duke 170. Camryn Bynum CB California 174. Jaret Patterson RB Buffalo 197. Janarius Robinson EDGE Florida State After trades in next year's draft Buffalo's picks 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Aquired Houston's 2nd, 3rd and 4th plus Detriot's 4th
  21. 61. Landon Dickerson OC Alabama 104. Tommy Tremble TE Notre Dame 117. Trey Sermon RB Ohio State 129. Keith Taylor CB Washington 150. Daelin Hayes EDGE Notre Dame 202. Nick Eubanks TE Michigan Not very exciting but the Bills don't have a ton of holes this year and I tried to find guys that could not only fill a rotational role this year but could compete for starting spots while being developed. Looking ahead with the trades I made the Bills 2022 draft would look like this... Buffalo's picks: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Aquired from other teams: SF 2nd, SF 3rd, SF 3rd, Philly 3rd, NYJ 4th, Sea 5th, TB 5th, Balt 5th, Atl 7th (Smith trade) Knowing some of the players are getting a little older and wanting to extend the window I looked toward a ton of draft capital next season - especially with the cap expected to rise back up. 12 picks in the first 5 rounds does that.
  22. Finally did one and have to say - I like it!! LOL 32. Pat Freiermuth TE Penn State 85. Eric Stokes CB Georgia 93. Quinn Meinerz OC Wisconsin-Whitewater 95. Chazz Surratt LB North Carolina 161. Benjamin St-Juste CB Minnesota 211. Tommy Doyle OT Miami (OH) 234. Ta'Quon Graham DT Texas 2022 TEN 3rd
  23. Question - how come that plane is basically never in Boca Raton or Buffalo?
  24. I'm going to go out on a limb here but Allen wins!!! The voting ends in 4 mins...
