Wow...thank you for this great post outlining your experiences in the SB! I can tell you put a lot of thought into it. Also, I am sorry for your health issues. I hope it works out for you. [Many people here really want the Bills to finally win one before...well...you know.] You have great memorabilia. I never even knew SkyBox printed cards live! You are very kind to offer them. And I wonder how much that OJ jersey is worth now, given his crimes. He was really popular, along with Paul McGuire, back in those days, being on NBC. Both were Bills homers, and I loved it. And Hillary's look back in those days was popular. Later, the first name "Hillary" fell out of popularity for baby names though, as did "Monica". As for Pasadena, yes, it is beautiful. I only passed though there once while traveling, but it was gorgeous.

This game in 1993 in Pasadena also marked the Bills' third consecutive Super Bowl loss. Dallas scored 35 points off these nine turnovers. This game is tied with SB XXXVII between Oakland and Tampa Bay as the highest scoring Super Bowl, with 69 combined points. This was also the first time Buffalo had played Dallas since 1984. Michael Jackson performed at the halftime show, which was the NFL's first-ever top-act signing for the game. The only good thing about this game was Don Beebe's hustle to prevent Leon Lett from scoring a TD fumble recovery after Frank Reich was stripped. Tired of these bad memories. The Bills need to finally win one now that we have Josh. Leon Lett's fumble into the endzone:

So SF loses QB1 and QB2 and doesn't lose a beat. Why can't Buffalo do the same if disaster strikes?
-
Sounds like the yummiest option to me.
-
Great. More draft picks for SF. When is someone going to hire Frazier?

Final 2023 first-round NFL Draft order after Super Bowl
chongli replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall
The draft order has now been updated after the completion of Championship Sunday. -
Then again, I've had milk last for a month past the expiration date (but also had milk go bad the day before expiration-- Sunnsyside Farms in the carton and Trader Joe's seem to be the worse for this).

Wasn't there a tradition there to post look-a-likes of the opposing team each week? -

Hmmm... can't remember him, but there was that JayFiedler guy who was a fan of him on both Miami and the Jets. -

I used to post there, lol. And the New England usenet group too. "Klecko's Comrades" on the New England group always made fun of how the Bills were always in last place in the division in the oughts. -

Most controversial poster there, before he was banned after the death of Andy Reid's son, was "Undertaker". Reminded me of Jerry Sullivan. -

Saffold said guys were "exhausted" this week and "out of gas"

Bills are getting brutalized in the comments to the article, by both Bills fans and enemies. One example: "touchback6 says: January 23, 2023 at 12:25 pm No mental toughness. They showed it last year, too. Maybe if you were mature and addressed the 13 second chokejob last year instead of ducking and running like McDermott did immediately after last year’s loss in all of his arrogance, you would be more mentally tough this year as a team. You had every chance in the world to win it for Hamlin and you simply got out-everything’d at home. Suggestion: Stop reading your press clippings that you like to do induce so much via the media and social media. You’re not special. You’ve won nothing except a couple of division titles as NE rebuilds. Enjoy the cap hell and personnel losses in upcoming seasons." -
Reminds of a long-running thread on the old BBMB in the mid-oughts: "Would you trade JP Losman for Tom Brady straight up?" Amazingly, the results were like 50-50, lol

Good lists. Let's also add two other HOF'ers who never won one: Fouts and Moon
