  1. Ok, thanks. The site I was using listed 32 picks, with number 21 being forfeited by Miami. I still want to list Miami's place and record, with their forfeit designation, but will renumber everything so there are officially 31 picks.
  2. Thanks, I had that noted in my original post. I put it at 32 picks since there are still theoretically 32 picks, with one being forfeited.
  3. The draft order for the 2023 first round has been finalized after tonight's Super Bowl, subject to any future trades. [Note: New Orleans has gotten the 30th pick now since they acquired it from Denver for Sean Payton.]
  4. As long as we have Josh, we are going to be contenders, and most likely SB champions one year. Only a handful of great QB's never won it. I can only think of Kelly, Marino, Fouts, Tarkenton, and Moon, vs. a ton of great ones who have.
  5. Well, until tonight. There was talk about Jonathan Gannon being the next Arizona HC. Not anymore. He's going to get the Leslie Frazier treatment. The Eagles fans want him gone now.
  6. Let's let Tremaine walk and get the future comp pick. We need all we can get. From OTC and NBC Sports: https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/bears/what-are-compensatory-draft-picks-and-why-do-nfl-teams-get-them "Who has compensatory picks in the 2023 NFL Draft? We likely won’t know the final breakdown of compensatory picks for the 2023 NFL Draft until well into March. OverTheCap.com currently projects 36 compensatory picks awarded in 2023. According to their list, the San Francisco 49ers lead the pack with an estimated seven compensatory picks. The Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs come in a tie for second with four, followed by the Arizona Cardinals, New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys with three. The Washington Commanders, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are all estimated to earn two compensatory picks. Rounding out the projection chart is the Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns, each with one pick, respectively. "
  7. Well, 31 actually since Hurts fumbled, and KC scored on that play. But I hear you.
  8. But does Mahomes turn it over in the red zone?
  9. Agreed. I gave a similar warning here when people wanted to donate to Tua's foundation after his second (? so many I have lost count) concussion this season. Some people disagreed with me and wanted to show how giving Bills Mafia was.
  10. Agreed...if he had played the full year or so.
  11. Many thought Devin Hester was too. Plus, only one ST player (IIRC) is in the Hall (Ray Guy, from a long time ago). And there might be a backlog at kicker (Gary Anderson, Morton Andersen, Adam Vinatieri, etc.)?
  12. Yeah, but when you are selected for the HOF, you don't go in as a team's player. You are just in, and they list all the teams you played on. But I get your point. Maybe Gilmore, lol?
  13. Year Sirianni would have been a good choice too. I guess he didn't win because he had an already good roster, whereas Daboll had almost nothing. But Sirianni did have a great year at 14-3 and assembled even more talent.
  14. DeMarcus Ware will be enshrined this August, but is not in the Cowboy's Ring of Honor. Neither is Jimmy Johnson, also a member of the HOF. LOL!
  15. Well, except for this year and first year at NE. 😉 But I get your point.
  16. Yeah, but this is hindsight. Many here last year were upset about Daboll's play calling. Let's see how Daboll does in his second year first. I am not necessarily in love with McD, but just really not sure if Daboll would be better.
  17. Some here (like @GunnerBill) think Justin Tucker is a lock for the HOF. I am not sure, but he will have the best shot of any once he retires.
  18. But Pederson was 9-8 in a super soft division, whereas Daboll was 9-7-1 in the league's toughest division.
  19. LOL. Ok, you can tell my age with that one. I'll fix it. Thank you! [BTW, half the time I still refer to the Cardinals as the "St. Louis (or Phoenix) Cardinals". Face palm.]
  20. Add this to another key NFL off-season date this year: More info on which city or cities will get SB LX and maybe LXI will be announced this off-season:
  21. Dallas vs. NY Jets could be the HOF Game, as both teams have two enshrinees.
