Year Sirianni would have been a good choice too. I guess he didn't win because he had an already good roster, whereas Daboll had almost nothing. But Sirianni did have a great year at 14-3 and assembled even more talent.

DeMarcus Ware will be enshrined this August, but is not in the Cowboy's Ring of Honor. Neither is Jimmy Johnson, also a member of the HOF. LOL!

Yeah, but this is hindsight. Many here last year were upset about Daboll's play calling. Let's see how Daboll does in his second year first. I am not necessarily in love with McD, but just really not sure if Daboll would be better.

Some here (like @GunnerBill) think Justin Tucker is a lock for the HOF. I am not sure, but he will have the best shot of any once he retires.

But Pederson was 9-8 in a super soft division, whereas Daboll was 9-7-1 in the league's toughest division.
