  1. You must not spend much time here then! They are used for pluralization all the time! Lots of other things too! For all intensive purposes, they can do anything.
  2. Mac Jones has been outstanding as a rookie QB. Not sure what more you could expect from him.
  3. He's saying we, as Bills fans, do want Cleveland to pay a lot to Baker Mayfield b/c Mayfield isn't that good and it will only limit the team's success. Or something like that. I think.
  4. The kind you write for clicks when you don't actually know anything or have news to report?
  5. The funny thing is he was busy with three boys of his. They were four men living all together, yet the were alone...
  6. WGRZ channel 2 guy says only 1/2 inch of snow for the game, OR LESS. Says won't be particularly rainy or snowy game; will be WINDY GAME. Tailgating all afternoon long should be terrible with rain and high winds. https://www.wgrz.com/article/weather/some-snow-wind-possible-for-the-bills-vs-patriots-game/71-35bc3a62-72f4-49dd-95bf-eda05c9c3c31
  7. Is this how to prepare for a Bills football game? Or how to prepare for a Antarctic trek from George V Land to Dronning Maud Land??? Holy hell I forgot how bad the weather is up there!
  8. I think both of these teams will fade when the smoke clears, but this has to be the best game of the day today. SNF is set to be garbage.
  9. This is probably the best game of the entire day; it's kind of an off day for football IMO.
  10. We have done it at times, but I would like to see it more myself. My main concern is this: back in the Kelly era, we had an outstanding offensive line of lean linemen who could move and run with athleticism. Now they are all lard asses and easily 30-40-50 pounds overweight, and it's all just blubber. I'm not sure they could keep up with a quick, no huddle attack; they'd all be winded.
  11. Here's a crazy idea: get to your seat and wait for the game to start...then wait another 5 or 10 minutes. Then look around and see how many Patriots fans are in the building, cheering when NE does something good, or Buffalo does something bad. You should be able to guesstimate your answer.
  12. If it makes you feel better to tell yourself these things, go for it. I doubt the players are thinking above average about this game. Listen to the recent quote from Stefon Diggs, where he basically says "What? Rivalry with New England? I've only been here 2 years, I don't know anything about that!" LMFAO
  13. That's not accurate; he didn't come off waivers. We traded "Future considerations" for him, which means "nothing" in NHL circles. My God he was horrific last nighty; he was the warm body in net they desperately needed, but nothing else. Of course the team was a train wreck too. As Paul Hamilton said in the post-game show, we are getting worse. LMFAO
  14. No one is asking whether or not we should have a good RB and a strong running game, other than fans who are trapped in the past. Have a look at the best rushing teams in the league this year...look at their per game averages... It's not 1985 anymore.
  15. *lying* ...and screw all things Alabama.
  16. I just watched the game forecast at WKBW's website; I think it was from last night's 11:00pm news cast. They've got winds up to 60mph moving into the area with rain turning to snow, starting around 3:00pm on Monday, LOL. It's gonna be cold (below freezing) for the game, huge winds and gusts, maybe rain, maybe rain turning to snow, and there is a strong shot at a lake effect show situation for that afternoon/evening. The weather is going to be HORRIBLE for this game. I just hope we find a way to get out of this thing with a win....BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE.
  17. I think chance of snow is only around 30%, but that could change. I'm not feeling snow for this game as much as huge wind gusts, which is probably the greatest weather-driven impact a game can have.
  18. Sorry, I thought I'd mark up your grammatical/diction errors; I'm bored.
  19. I've written this many times here in different threads over the years, but... I always thought being an NFL TV broadcaster was a total dream job for millions of fans, and these guys get paid well too. Are these jobs not incredibly competitive? Is it not extremely difficult to end up with an NFL play-by-play or color analyst gig? The quality of NFL TV broadcasting, in my lifetime (50 years old now) has largely been ATROCIOUS with a handful of really good broadcasters sprinkled in here and there. In contrast, and generally speaking, MLB announcing is of a massively higher quality across the board. So is NHL hockey announcing, especially if the announcer is Canadian. But the NFL is just terrible. What's up with that?
  20. Yards is yards and it doesn't matter how Josh gets them. Josh running is one of the most dangerous and effective things we do on offense. Let him go! In fact, I'd love to see designed QB run plays left and right in this game. The notion that Josh will be injured if he runs is just a myth anyway, along with "trap games," "momentum," and lots of other garbage spewed by fans.
  21. It's probably too late to get this stuff now, but...this website is FILLED with head-to-toe outdoor wear for workers who have to work outdoors all day long in terrible weather. This is probably the best stuff you're going to get for something like this. https://pksafety.com/rainwear/
  22. God I hope you're wrong, because if you're right, we can throw this baby in the loss column right now.
  23. In my experience, the actual physical addiction to nicotine is very minimal, if it even exist at all. It's basically all psychological. And man, that is the hardest type of addiction to overcome. Here is the key to overcoming any addiction, again, in my experience...you have to be 100% mentally ready to quit. You can't be faking it, or telling yourself you want to quit when you really don't. When you are ready to quit, you'll quit, and you'll be able to stay away from whatever you are addicted to. It's purely a matter of willpower and strong mindedness. If you want it badly enough, you can get through the relatively short period of time needed to break away from the substance. And once you are past it, it becomes much easier to stay away. So, to the OP: Are you truly ready to stop? Why are you trying to stop? Is someone telling you? Have you decided for yourself? Are you 99% sure, or 110% sure you want to stop? Only you know! If you are 100% ready to stop, stop! It will work out.
  24. Had to look Connie up; I'd say there is a resemblance there, but the teacher is prettier actually.
  25. The OP is inquiring about football playing prep by the team; not clothes wearing prep by the fanbase. LMFAO
