People act like every SB was because of Brady. They were not. Brady was mostly a game manager for the first 2. Those teams were powered by a great defense and HOF kicker. You have to give Bellichick some credit as much as I hate that guy. His defense held the greatest show on Turf to 17 points. And the most boring SB of all time #53 he held the high powered Rams once again to 3 points. Defense wins championships and I still believe that to this day which is why I think the Bills have a strong possibility to win it all this year.
Sorry, but this advantage goes to the Dolphins who can actually run the ball. I’m rooting for a Miami rematch in Buffalo although it would be nice to beat the Chiefs in the playoffs once and for all.
This could be a positive if they let Allen throw the ball and stack the box on defense. Rudolph doesn’t have the arm strength to cut through strong winds and it’s limits the Steelers already limited offense. I’m not saying Buffalo should air it out the entire game, but I don’t want it becoming like the Pats/Bills game a couple years ago where they don’t let Allen throw the ball until it’s too late.
Defense was doing great the entire game and completely shut the Fins out in the 2nd half. Why risk giving them great field position attempting a 53 yard FG?
That stop at the goal line was incredible and would’ve been a TD 80% of the time. James Cook also dropped a surefire TD pass as well. He didn’t play as bad as people think. Just not on par with his usual games against Miami at home.
Enjoy him while he’s here, folks because it’s unlikely Buffalo will ever have a QB of his caliber again. I’m going to enjoy the playoffs instead of stressing myself out like some people do here. Whatever happens happens.
Daboll couldn’t produce a rush attack to save his life. I’m confused because everybody hated this guy when he was here and now everyone wants him back if he ever becomes available.
Eagles lost to Jets and Cardinals. Cowboys lost to the Cardinals, Chiefs lost to Broncos and Raiders, Browns lost to a Burrow-less Bengals, and the list goes on. All top teams. Welcome to the NFL where it’s any given Sunday
Bills are out their 3 star players on defense if you count Von Miller who is still injured as far as I’m concerned. I have no sympathy for Miami. The Bengals were missing most of their O-Line when they beat us in the playoffs last year and still mopped the floor with us. No excuses unless it’s your starting QB.
The Miami game was not a big game against a good team with a good coach ? How about Kansas City? Cowboys? McDermott ran the gauntlet against top teams w/ the best records to squeak into the 2nd seed. Each one of those games was a big one.
