I said less of an issue. Losing those openers are always way more dramatic than a mid-season loss.

We should just scrap Dorsey and hire Jordan Palmer as the OC.

I thought they held up pretty good in their first game as a unit against a top 3 front. That Jets D-line is no joke and they are going to wreak havoc on more than just Buffalo. People need to move on and realize there are 16 games to go and that 1 loss does not define a season. If this happened in week 7 it would be much less of an issue on this board. Offenses will continue to catch up to defenses as the season progresses. Burrow threw for 81 yards last week and the Chiefs took an L versus the Lions.

It’s actually pretty disgusting that we don’t or that public transportation isn’t better as a whole. We certainly have the money. I would feel a lot better if my tax money was spent on resources people actually need.

Buffalo certainly accelerated the process.

The Jets already won their SB. If you think they will be able to sustain this success for a whole season w/ Zach seems highly unlikely. I am 1000% more worried about Miami so hopefully the Jets can steal a win or 2 from them as well. He had a good game and I def give Wilson credit for stepping up. He might have a future as a backup in the NFL.

I actually believe in the O-line we already have. Bills fans need to be patient and let them continue to gel. A whole new offensive tackle would be stupid at this point in the season.

First games are always weird. We should be more worried if they start doing this mid-season.

They have some nice skill pieces, but I’m not worried about Jimmy G or that defense. I have a feeling the Bills are going to take their pain from week 1 and transfer it to the Raiders. If Allen follows up with a bad game then fans should definitely worry, but I have a really hard time believe he forgot how to play the QB position. Bills rout the Raiders 33-14 and Allen will have 300+ yards of total offense.

He looked utterly overwhelmed the entire game.

It was a dumb play that risked a turnover in a game that went down to the wire. I agree w/ OP. If Josh is gonna hurdle then at least be in the proximity of a first down. Making yourself airborne like that leaves you vulnerable to big hits hence bigger chance of injury.

At least he wasn’t be taken out physically which is a good sign since he is a small MLB to begin with. Those types of things will be solved with experience.

All will be forgotten once they string together some wins. It will be like the Steelers home opener loss a couple years back.

Idk how people can be upset with allowing 16 points to someone. Even if it was Zack Wilson, they still have some great skill position players and 16 points is very respectable in the modern NFL. If the offense can’t generate more than that to win the game then it is on them. Bernard wasn’t a liability on the field and that’s all you can ask for.

I remember when we picked Brady off 4 times when Fitz finally beat them and Aaron Rodgers had a 4 pick game against us as well. Burrow threw for 81 yards on Sunday…81! At least Allen could muster up more than 3 points against an equally hard defense. If Buffalo somehow pulled it off in OT then all sins would’ve been forgiven and we would be taking about how spectacular the defense looked. The fact that it was the 1st game of the season makes it much worse as we’ve waited months for this only to **** the bed. The Raiders and Commanders should be nice “get right” games so bring Buffalo back to a winning record and bring this board a little more optimism.

First games are always really weird and defenses are far ahead. I’m not tripping. The Jets is tailor-made to beat Allen, he just needs to reinvent his game when he plays against them, and stop taking so many dumb chances. The next 2 games should be wins and hopefully do a lot to get Allen’s confidence back. This board is imploding and I’ll just sit back and enjoy it in the mean time.

You’re comparing yourself to Tre White? The NFL is in an entirely different stratosphere than whatever level your playing days were at. We would all love an Antoine Winfield kind of CB that makes jarring hits in the backfield, but that’s just not Tre Whites game.
